I like classy lashes, not too dark, and I especially do not like when the ends are thick and long. I am so happy to say that Sydney executed the look I asked for to perfection. They aren't dark, because I requested brown lashes and they are not too long but long enough to notice, and the shape came out amazing! The salon was clean upon arrival, and they have a cute backdrop of white flowers and an LED light that I thought was so girly and fun! When I came out the girl said it just needed to be touched up not replaced, so the old lashes were not removed -the girl told me my bill was 160 and I asked her about the $99 and she said that I had a master stylist and I got volume lashes. No warning on the upsell .I didn't ask for the master stylist or the full BLACK lashes. No warning on the extra 30 dollars for the 'master stylist' or the 30 extra for 'volume'lashes-Snotty young girl at the counter. She was playing with a necklace in her mouth .They try to make you join the club to get discounts, but they really just want to get a hold of your credit card so they could charge you every month.

Last time I was here she asked if i was ok with some purple in my hair, I totally was game for it, but wasn't sure it would be appropriate for work.. :/ she ended up cutting my haircut shorter last time and I loved it! I would have never suggested she chopped my hair , but it looked great! Now as I sit here again she's doing something new with the color of my hair... It's been highlights and lowlights for awhile, but now she's applying my color in a new way, Balayage.. We'll see what we end up with, I'm sure she'll impress me again!
