I came here on a Sunday and was immediately seated. I got a pedicure done and it came out to $32. The pedicure was good and he did a good job on every part. it did not feel rushed. The place itself is pretty clean and you're allowed to order a drink during your service which is unique. read more

I have been going to DN nails for the past year and have left satisfied every single time. Whether its a manicure or a pedicure I know my money will be well spent and I will walk out with compliment worthy nails. Trang, Na and Doug are my go to techs and I would highly reccomend and do come here with my friends frequently. I got engaged in December after my now fiance paid for me to get my nails done ahead of our trip to Iceland and I couldn't be happier! read more

I've been growing my nails out for my daughter's upcoming wedding and of course they started breaking. I've been wanting to get dipped nails to prevent any further breakage and had some free time mid afternoon so I did a Yelp search and saw that this was on my way home. Luckily they take walk ins. I only had a 5 min wait before Sky started working on my nails. It's been a very long time since I've had my nails done. I didn't get my nails soaked or cuticles done but maybe that's the trend now because my daughters have gone to other nail salons and they didn't get that either. Be prepared when you walk in, you'll get hit with a strong chemical smell (formaldehyde?). I had on a surgical mask and had to swap it out to my N95 mask which made it a little more tolerable. Sky was able to "fix" my broken nails by adding tips to them so that my nails are now all about the same length. Now I don't have to worry about them breaking! read more

The reason it does not get 1 star is simply because of the guy who did my nails .He was nice and chill. It was an expensive price for both mani and pedi but I did not mind if they would last me long and were of good quality. With my mani being tips +dips+coffin shape and my (cheapest choice) pedi , it was a total of $96 plus tax. From first glance I've gotten cuter and better nails with design for less, but Again I wouldn't have minded if they lasted long. It's been one week and these are my nails. I did not play any sports and I am a waitress. My first two nails broke from washing my hands and tying my shoes two days after i did them. I wish I did not spend that much just for this to happen because I am a student and I do not even have that much money to spend on myself. I'm pretty bummed out so this is my first ever bad rating. read more

I stopped in on a Friday morning for a mani and pedi. I didn't have an appointment but they were able to seat me right away to start the pedicure. I asked for just a standard manicure and pedicure. My girl Hani is the BEST!! I always bring her ideas from Pinterest and she brings them to life. She's a pro with the dip powder and always takes such care and time on each set, making sure I love the shape and color. They last 3 weeks or more if I'm cautious with them. The salon is always super clean and staff is friendly. 1000/10 recommend read more

Surprisingly impressed with this place! I only have been going to local places my entire life (born and raised here and I'm attached to my two salons). If one isn't available, I usually go to the other, but both were booked and I really needed to get a mani/pedi. Checked some salons in my area and D N Nails Spa came up and their reviews looked great. I made an appointment with the owner (most of the reviews were about him so that's why I requested him), but he was already busy and passed me off to somebody else. At this point, I thought this is where everything was going to go downhill. This nail salon looks like a basic nail salon with semi-decent looking pedicure chairs, but ripped manicure chairs. I didn't really feel welcomed because since I was obviously a new customer I felt as if I was less important their regulars. However, the nail tech I got was great! He was super friendly and definitely did a great pedicure! This nail salon also didn't bombard me with the extra cost bologna (which I absolutely hate!!) which was so greatly appreciated. They do the callous removal, massage and warm towels all included in their price!! The manicure was also great! I felt really bad because I had to take a conference call in the middle of it, but he was so understanding. When it came to paying, I was completely shocked at how reasonable the price was!! I paid only $34 for both a mani (regular polish) and pedi. At my other salon I pay $35 just for a pedicure! Will definitely keep this place in mind for the future and have already recommended it to some of my friends. Proof that first impressions can be turned around! read more

I love this place! It's family-owned, which is very endearing, and even though everyone loves Q, Doug is my favorite. He always shapes my nails exactly the way I like, which is something I've struggled to find, and he even suggested that i get acrylic instead of dip because I struggle with breaking my nails and acrylic is more sturdy. They've also set up the interior to make the nail process super quick and efficient. All in all, it's a great place! read more

Okay this is from back in December but I recently re-found my receipt in the car from this experience and was re aggravated by it. It was the holidays and things were so stressful and busy for me I normally get my nails done in Orlando where I live but I booked a walk in here cause I was visiting family and in a bind... 3 of my tips had broken since I got to pines so I needed them fixed before our family Hanukkah party. I read the reviews online and some looked pretty good! What I hadn't caught on to was it was the same few names people mentioned only. I booked the appointment as an acrylic fill since the rest weren't broken I was just changing the polish. Before getting there I also called and added a pedicure to treat myself for the holiday! They had pretty open availability from what the person at the front said. I got a young dude who had me go to the pedicure chairs first per usual but he didn't offer to soak my 3 broken nails so I just figured maybe he was filing them down nbd right. First the pedicure which I got a deluxe one w jelly he rushed through and didn't massage AT ALL just cause I said the inner part of my foot can be sensitive at first which is pretty common and a warning so I don't accidentally kick him. Whatever I didn't wanna be rude or anything so I continued... We go to manicure station and immediately he starts using an unused nail tip to slice off my broken nails!! I said "It stings a little" he ignored me and continued to slice off another nail that wasn't broken(I also didn't think the broken ones needed to be entirely removed either honestly) and I asked "why" he said "it was cracked" okay maybe? Then he proceeded to do my whole hand! I said "I don't want a full set! Just a touch up!" He just said "you need too" and tried to start on my other hand and I told him if that's the case he needed to soak it off then I wouldn't do this peeling off thing it hurts. He seemed super annoyed at me. After multiple times stabbing my cuticles and me saying "ow you're hurting me" he continued to do a terrible job on my nails (super simple color) and refused to make things even or change them until I asked him to double check it looks not right... which I could tell annoyed him more. After all that my nails looked OK. He brought his tab to the front desk person while I dried my nails and went to have a cigarette. I'm in the service industry and I know what it's like to have a bad day so I wanted to give him the benefit of the doubt. When I went to pay my tab it seemed unusually high I figured it's soflo and paid it and left him a hella nice tip in the hopes it was a bad day or whatever that he would be kinder to the next person. And I'm sorry I did cause when I saw the paper receipt this man added on extras I never wanted in the first place or even truly got. Things like the soak off(one hand after her ripped the other off),a new full set, shaping(what?) and tips(again what?) + a deluxe pedi. I spent over $100 for services that didn't come out the way I requested and even broke quickly afterwards. I'm not saying all this to tell people not to come here it seems there are a core group of favorites that provide awesome service but to let management or owners know they need to check techs sometimes to make sure they do adequate service and fair/correct pricing. I feel majorly ripped off by this person and it's still one of my worst experiences at a nail studio. I hate to leave bad reviews but this was truly a necessary one in my opinion. read more

Perfection done by Jo!!! Would give them a 10 star review if possible .... Best of the best and in Cooper City!!!

Normally don't post negative, but I had a terrible very expensive experience and I want to hopefully help someone else avoid this. Made my app, went in with a picture of what I wanted. Was sat down, had my 'ok' pedi. When it came to my hands, it however, this is not the place to go to. Just look @ the pictures.... The finishing on my nails is terrible, never mind the little flowers and design I asked for. The first person that started with my nails, went ahead and did a prep work, painting my nails with the base, I asked that it match my pedi... which was a very light pink, to my surprise my nails were Pepto-Bismol pink. I asked him to please correct it and give me the proper matching color. After that, I had to sit and wait for half an hour for someone else to come do the flower design...To my surprise when he came to do it, he could not do a flower. We then had to improvise this terrible design. Suffice to say I'm going to look for another place tomorrow to fix this. Now here's the problem with this, a pedicure, this horribly done acrylic manicure, was $89... and over 2 hours. In normal terms well done It would be an OK price, what made this even more audacious, was the fact that nobody apologized for the long wait, The guy even thought it was funny when I said look I just want to go just finish. he found it acceptable that the nails looked so unpolished, and couldn't even put oil on my cuticles to try and hide how horrible of a job they had done. I would extremely recommend that you do not go to this place. read more

I've had two main/pedis here and both times they did a nice job. The polish lasts almost a week, which is pretty good for regular polish. I bring my own polish. I noticed their selection is limited for regular polish. They seem to have a bigger selection of gel polish and color powder. read more

On Saturday January 28 I came in to do gel-x and I left with a full white set (pictured below). Sunday was fine but once Monday (January 30) rolled around I noticed the tip of some nails were a light yellow, I didn't really think much of it until mid-day they all got worse. By Monday night they were a very faint orange, by Tuesday (January 31) morning they were maybe light orange by end of day Tuesday they were completely orange, EVERY SINGLE FINGER, some nails started to hurt. I came in to speak to someone and I got the manager, she immediately became hostile once I brought up a refund and just started getting loud with me. Basically saying "that's what happens when you get white nails". I've been getting my nails done for YEARS I have done all sorts of colors, shapes and sizes, my nails have never discolored. Instead of treating me like a human being and giving me good customer service, she tells me, "You can remove the nails, but you have to pay". Now why would I pay for something that is at fault of the nail salon. I got no apology just hostility, she had no intention of helping me. Very disappointing. read more

I would have to say almost the worst customer service in a nail salon. Girl at front had zero personality. Even when checking out she didn't say "thank you " or have a nice fucking day. The guy who did my pedicure and nails did an ok job. Never asked if I wanted them cut or filed. Never helped with my bag and polishes or putting my pant leg down after my pedi. Ugh! Conveniently located, walk-ins or appointment, cash/Venmo/zelle/cash app only, atm and credit card machines not working. Made an appointment and was taken on time, pedicure with Hannah , the full acrylic set with the guy zero stars, I didn't feel relaxed yet rushed, some toddler of an employee was unsupervised touching my toes, bumping into my legs with location, all the while the man doing the full set as I tried to relax in the massage chair getting my pedicure and I needed to sit up and twist sideways for him to get to my other hand, sometimes he came around and sat in the massage chair next to me to each my hand, either way paid top dollar, double than Miami prices, nails were wrong size for nail and you can see the real nail from the side, cut me under my pinky, no washing hands, lotion or oil, chunks of acrylic and glue under nails. I felt more stressed leaving than I did walking in. They offered to fix the full set the following day but not by soaking off and redoing and they wouldn't explain how. I refuse to go back unless it's for a future pedicure only. Good luck folks! read more

I decided to check it out... and this is definitely the best place ever! They take their time and they are artists at what they do. They joke with you and the atmosphere is chill. Other places I've been to they don't even talk to you and you feel like a number not a customer. Here is complete opposite..... they are very welcoming.
