Love this nail salon!! Located in the shopping plaza just southwest of Pines and Hiatus, it is tucked away in a corner shop. The techs are all friendly and the prices are reasonable too!! I was able to do a walk-in, but if you are on a tight schedule or have a specific tech you prefer, highly recommend making an appointment!! I did a fill-in with gel French manicure and gel French pedicure and it was just under $100. Compared to other salons which would run at least $25+ more and the quality of service, this place is worth every penny. Happy to have found this place very close to Home! read more

After leaving disappointed that another nail shop was unwilling to service me when they had one hour of operation left , I quickly found this place and drove here. I was told to wait about 10 minutes and now I am in the chair at 7:30 being serviced because they close at 8pm. This is how one should be treated like you know any their business. I am almost certain I will leave here satisfied, but for now I will enjoy the warm water and back massage!!! read more

I want to start off this review by saying the service I received up until I walked out was excellent. The man who did my nails was very kind and I understand that mistakes happen but I was cut so badly when he was drilling my nails that I had to walk out because the pain was just too much. He attempted to stop the bleeding by adding a powder to it that made the pain so much worse and added almost an acrylic like texture to my open skin. I'm going to attempt to treat this at home but the cut looks borderline infected. Again, accidents happen and I've been nicked before but never like this. read more

They don't like black people. So if you're black go elsewhere. Walked in and they looked at me straight in the eyes and never said a thing. There was an older black lady telling them the dry machine wasn't working and they ignored her. Until another lady who was waiting for a while got up to turn it on herself. They heard the lady asking for help and completely ignored her. And they kept looking at each other, talking among themselves. If I could leave no stars I would.... multiple people didn't know what they were doing cut my boyfriends nails terribly, cut my toes terribly when I asked him not to repeatedly. Charged 5 dollars for buffing nails.... and price was a few dollars more than menu price.... sad honestly because they used to to good work years ago.... DONT WASTE UR TIME OR MONEY... read more

The nail tech, I believe her name was Lisa, was kind at first. When I went home, the GEL manicure didn't seem that great but she was nice so I let it go. The next day though, the nail polish chipped off and my nail tip came off and it looked horrible (pictures attached). I went back and told her what happened. I assumed maybe it was a defect in the polish, so I asked her to change it and she said she would charge me. I told her nevermind then, and she "fixed" it. She filed it all off instead of soaking, and she kept filing my skin, did not replace the tip, changed the color and left streaks of unfinished sections. (Pictures attached). It looked horrible, but at least better BUT then she said if it happens again she isn't going to fix it -- as if it was my fault that her gel manicure lasted 2 days. I will never be returning and I was incredibly dissatisfied with the quality of service. There are so many other better places to go than here. read more

Just came here and had a horrible experience. I went in for a simple mani pedi. The gentleman who did my nails did not even remove the old polish before he started to paint my toes. Once he finished I wanted a full French gel set with my ring and middle finger with a light pink tip and small hearts for Valentine's Day. I was told to wait for 15 minutes before this older man begun to do my nails. The second I told him what I wanted, he immediately shut me down and offered to do a lazy version which included using white tips on the design fingers and going over it with the French color, instead of painting the tips pink as I preferred. When I told him I wasn't comfortable with that, he said something under his breath and started to do my nails. He used little to no glue, did not measure to see if he cut the tips even and laid the acrylic like a 5 year old. There were corners with no acrylic and lumps everywhere. When I kindly asked him to fix it, he looked over to a colleague and when I asked him to file them down a bit more he moved me to another nail tech. The other nail tech was nice, but made me feel so rushed and I was already so uncomfortable being there with my experience so far. She cut me several times and used two gel lamps to get me out faster. I decided to change my nail idea to just a French tip to make my visit faster and she wasn't even able to do it semi straight. When I told her to remove is nicely she smeared it off with her finger and that was whmade me feel horrible. I told her to forget about it and just do a regular polish and if that was not enough, when she was doing regular polish, she did not even cover my whole nail. I payed full price for this service and cried as soon as I got in the car. This place is literally horrible and so mean to customers. I will not be coming back and also had to drive to my regular nail tech and have her fix all of this. I decided to go to this salon on a whim, just to try someplace different. Glad I did! Kevin has only been there one month & did a great job, very meticulous. Got a gel mani & pedi plus he put a design on one nail - there aren't too many people who do a good job with nail art & he's one of them. The price was extremely reasonable on top of it, probably because it's not in a high-end strip center. The place is not fancy but it's definitely worth a visit. I'll go back! read more

The salon is nice but they didn't do a good job on my nails or pedicure. I got the SNS powder nails and they powder was put on very thick. Too thick. Now a week and a half later and the nails are lifting and separating from my nails. The Polish on my pedicure is chipped and peeling after a week and a half. $50 down the drain. I wouldn't recommend. read more

Jenny is the best nail tech I have ever had. I get my nails done on the regular. Jenny took her time and did everything right. She is truly a perfectionist. I am very very verrrrry picky and usually my cuticles bleed bc of carelessness but not one of my cuticles bled. She made sure each of my nails were filled perfectly to equal the same size. She used brand new nail tools and files which is by state board standards. The price was very reasonable. Since moving to Florida it has been challenging to find quality work and Jenny is now my nail girl! Thank you Jenny! read more

I go here for my fills with Nancy who does a wonderful job and is quick. Also, they have the best pedicure chairs ever, while I have not had a chance to get a pedicure yet, I sat in them for a polish change. Cost of gel refill $25 and then my brows waxed for $4. Nancy is one of the few that understand clean waxing and not getting rid of half my brow. I did make an appointment when I went in on a Saturday at 3:30. I had to wait about 5 minutes and then I was in. read more

Icky salon. As far as the Asian salons go this place looks like the bottom Of the barrel. I came for a pedicure and I felt very uncomfortable with the cleanliness of this place. No one speaks English here. You cannot communicate with them at all. She used the same towel on my legs as she did to clean out the tub I had my feet in. U know those hot towels?? None of those are used here, it's the same microfiber cleaning towel they will use it on u. That big cheese grater thing? She cut me with it, then when I said ouch she laughed and said ok, ok and threw it into the water my feet were in. I'm scared about the cut. That's how they clean those things after possibly cutting several people per day? Yuck read more

Just got a pedicure.. I must say I really like this place... Kim did my nails and she gave me a nice which felt like a lengthy massage (not like other places for a min.. he went out of her way to find me the color nail polish i wanted too. My nails look beautiful! I will be back again.. oh... not to mention the massage chairs where you can actually stop it at a certain area of your back! BONUS!!! read more

If I could give this establishment a 0 I highly would. I've been here on 2 separate occasions. The first time was decent despite my nails being cut so low and filed that I bled both my hands and feet. I thought it was a fairly decent mistake & let it be. I went several months later trying to give them the benefit of a doubt and that was even worse. Typing this physical hurts from the fact that my manicure were cut and filed low once again to the point my hands are sore. Picking up a penny is painful, as well as my toes being treated the same. In the midst of asking for a clear coating I was looked at like I couldn't be understood after receiving a horrible buffing job. I normally try not to bash anything but if I can save others the time then I will try to do my best. I don't comprehend the high rating of the establishment. Maybe it's just my luck to acquire assistance from the wrong workers but I will not be returning nor recommending individuals here again. Pray for my cuticles, because it hurts to even put my palms together to pray for myself. read more

I've been a loyal customer for over 2 years but they've slowly have been going downhill in not only their nail service, but customer service as well. They also never have a set price. Every time I go, the price randomly increases even though I get the same thing done. At my final visit, I was at the salon for almost 4 hours for a simple refill. The older lady who sits all the way to the back right clearly needs to go back to nail school or choose a different profession. She refused to do anything that I asked for, cut my cuticles to the point that they were throbbing, and shaped my nails like cement blocks. My nails were so horrendously thick and she expected for me to leave the salon like this. BUT WAIT, there's more! I ask politely if someone else could please just re-do my nails and she starts BALLING HER EYES OUT AND YELLING AGRESSIVELY FROM THE TOP OF HER LUNGS IN HER LANGUAGE (mind you, with the salon full of customers). If I could give my experience a 0 I would. Take your business somewhere where you'll be respected please. read more

I went here to get a pedicure with my friend and everything was going good until my tech asked me if I wanted to get my bails done as well but I said no because I get my nails done somewhere else. Not knowing I speak Vietnamese she started talking shit about me to her co worker. I didn't want to say anything at first but towards the end when I asked her if I can wait in the chair to dry my feet because my friend wasn't done yet. She then started talking more shit about me in Vietnamese saying "you're done already get your ass out my chair and go dry up there" that's when I finally said something to her and let her know that she's not very nice and I understood everything she was saying. She didn't even know what to do or say sorry. When I went to the front to pay I also told the cashier what happen. He didn't say anything either or sorry on her behalf. This place has no respect for their clients. Whether I'm Vietnamese or not they should not be speaking shit about their clients while working. I wish I got her name but I really just wanted to pay and leave. The customer service there is horrible. Don't go here unless you want to have them talk shit about you while you're getting service!!! read more

I've been coming here quite sometime now and I must say this is my go to place ! And now with its remodeled inside it has the appearance to match the service. All new everything makes it a pleasant and relaxing nail salon. Each pedicure is done with a new sealed bag of disposable tools making it super clean . Please disregard the star. The service is HORRIBLE. Just a little lesson for the owner Cindy/Sandy the beauty of NexGen (the color dip) is no UV light. Thanks God I paid with a debit card and disputed the charges and the money is back on my account. I come in every two weeks for gel mani/pedi and eyebrow waxing. Ask for Nancy or CoCo. You will never be disappointed! This place has a friendly environment, not all nail places have. Usually when you walk into a nail salon all they want is to get you out of there asap but not here. They really take their time with you and make you feel at home. Highly recommend it! read more

The place was mediocre at best. I got a gel manicure and it was $30 which seemed high. On top of that the place was dirty, they didn't even have a pad on the counter to put your hands on you just put them straight on the counter. The guy was rushing, didn't use any lotion or moisturizer of any kind, no massaging, nothing. Also they didn't have the gel color I asked for, so the guy replaced it with a similar color without asking me. Finally he got gel nail polish all of the tips of my fingers and didn't get it off. Overall very disappointing. read more

She analyzes the skin and provides options on the services that my skin may benefit. My skin is VERY sensitive so many times I'll choose for the sensitive skin care products ( that's like $20-$30 additional upgrade) . The facial includes extraction of white/black heads, scrubs, moisturizer. Even an upper chest /shoulder massage. I tend to always fall into " I want to get pampered" so I tend to upgrade my services. Facials I will upgrade with something like the LED light (red or blue) I have requested combination and the tech has accommodated my needs with both!! I've upgraded my facials cold stones that feels amazing and helps with puffy/redness. (Me) As for my Massages my lady is no doubt Lydia! She is excellent! She will ask on your expectations and she knows how to target the tense shoulders! She is firm but won't leave you sore. Oh! With my facial service last week with Claudia I mentioned to her if any services that could be added for my sore feet. She recommended the "Foot Treatment" that targets tired soles and restore step. That includes a foot scrub, massage with lotion. ( totally helped me) I would recommend as an added service. Back to Massages... well I have upgraded my massages with CBD oil , aromatherapy, hot stones (amazing) . Highly recommend adding the mini or the Himalayan Salt Stone. Feels so healing! At the end of the service you are offered water or tea. The front desk girls are friendly. Parking free and plenty near the front door. Also they have accommodating hours Sunday-Saturday 7 days a week from 9am to 9pm. So it works with busy schedules and preferences on the relaxation time. The lobby was empty and it appeared that The NOW Massage had just opened. My masseuse, Anastasia, came out to introduce herself and to get to know me a little. The rooms are partitioned off by thick beige curtains and the sounds of waves crashing seemed to be playing throughout the facility. The table appeared sturdy and clean. There was a hanger for clothes and a box yo leave all other belongings in. I had chosen the hot stones as my "add-on" and I received a wonderful, relaxing, enjoyable full body massage. Anastasia was fantastic I and if I return in the near future; I will definitely request her again. Afterwards I was offered infused water while I left my tip for Anastasia. The staff did try to sell me a monthly massage membership; but I told them I wasn't interested at this time. They weren't really pushy; and I think a monthly massage membership sounds great; it's just not in my budget right now. I did give the card with the details to my husband and suggested it would be a perfect gift for me in the near future. I went in for one nail and a polish change on acrylics and they tried to charge me $25!!! Then Ethan wanted to get rude with me and told me F U & was rude as Hell!!!!!! I wouldn't recommend this nail place to anybody!!! The nail they did shape is horrible and my pedicure sucked !!! I was taken right away to remove my old dip and select a new color. I selected to have a female nail tech to work on my nails. I regrettably did not ask for the name of my nail tech. I know she was Hispanic, thin, and wore glasses, but she was very good. She took her time and made my nails look gorgeous. I had read that many people had nail techs that hurt them or made them bleed at this salon. I did not have that treatment whatsoever. She was incredibly gentle and patient. The owner confirms she knows she sold the gift card, emailed the digital gift card and literally sees the gift card on my account, but REFUSES to let me use the digital gift card (which by the way even gives you the option to send to someone else who would then only have a digital gift card). After going back and forth for far longer than should have been necessary I end up paying because the business refused to accept and apply the gift card they took the money for and emailed to me. Now, I have to go through the process of disputing the purchase with my credit card company. In a city where there are three nail salons every two steps save yourself the time and headache and go literally anywhere else. Spouses, parents, friends do not purchase gift cards from this location. They will gladly take your money and then refuse to honor them.

We landed on apres. The nail tech was rushing through the whole service and applied almost every tip on my left hand crooked. I asked him to fix it and I was able to fix most of them by filing but had to redo the whole application for my index finger. I go to the front and I asked if cuticle work wasn't included on services anymore. He informed me that it's an extra add-on I should've asked for because it's not typically included for any service besides regular manicure and gel manicure. So then I said they should let people know this if they're new to the service and then the front desk guy starts arguing with me about how I should have asked. How would I know to ask if that's typically the standard for most services? He continues to go back and forth with me (which is ridiculous and insane) and I eventually had to just cut him off and say can I just pay and leave I'm not going to argue with you anymore. So I paid and left really annoyed. As soon as I left I looked up if cuticle work is typically done with apres and IT IS. I'll attach the screenshot. If they're going to charge more for cuticle work whatever but you have to let people know if that's something specific to your salon. Overall super disappointing experience especially because this has been my all-time favorite nail salon for like 8 or 9 years. Even when I lived out of state, I made it a point to always come get my nails done here when I visited. I've recommended this place to countless people over the years and I'm honestly sad at the service and attitude I received today.

It was good. But when I got home, I noticed he didn't cover the entire nail on the second coat; on multiple fingers so I could've save the 18 bucks.
