I called ahead last week and scheduled a 4:45 manicure (builder w/ gel polish) and gel pedicure, no design and one color. Long story short, the services were not completed until 8:39. They had me pay before pedicure was finished because they were shutting down the salon while she finished my pedicure. I had to explain multiple times that at that point I did not care if it was perfect but that I really needed to go. The quality was good but I can't imagine that most people regularly have an extra 4 hours to get their nails done. read more

I hate leaving 1-star reviews but really feel like it's necessary with this business. I went in for a dip color change/manicure and this has to be one of the worst nail jobs I've had in years. The woman doing my nails was extremely nice but clearly does not know how to do nails. I've been getting my nails done for years and based off of her technique, she has not had proper training. She didn't even bother asking me if I wanted them filed down or cut shorter. I should have advocated for myself but it was one of those things where you kept thinking "okay I'm sure she'll ask" and never did. They also claim on their website that they use new equipment for each client, and that could not be further from the truth. Their products were janky, not clean, and overall unprofessional. I now have red polish all over my hands, along with acrylic caked between my fingers because of the "soak off" process. One nail is separating. Very disappointed and would not recommend this place to anyone. read more

After going here for a few years I was charged $38 for a fill and then on top of it $3 for a French tip but because I wanted 3 different colors it was $9 extra... total was $50 which is interesting because the first time I had the nails put on with a French manicure costed $50 so why is it the same price for a fill? read more

Stopped coming because they would change prices every time I came (which was at least every three weeks) and I should have known better than to give them another chance. I get it, COVID has everyone understaffed but make the appropriate arrangements to prepare... and for goodness sake give preference to those who there to make an appointment. I made an appointment for a pedi since I'm having surgery in the morning and will be laid up for awhile. The fairly new girl behind the desk said to go have a seat in a pedi chair and she would bring me colors and someone would be right with me. I watched two new people sit and start their pedis who I later learned did not have appointments before I got up 20 min later to ask. I ended up walking out after she told me she did not have a time to give me which I would be helped despite my 6 pm appointment. It's time to go to the place my friend recommended at the other end of the plaza by the McDonald's. I got a pedicure and a full set. I loved the pedicure I got them done at the same time I came in around 630. I paid cash since they were closing soon no receipt was provided. My nails look horrible I was supposed to get dip full set in white with chrome looks horrible my nails have dip all over the sides some are crooked. These folks literally saved my poor nails! I went to another Yelp recommended nail salon (I won't name names) but they completed trashed my nails, made them so thin and weak and didn't properly apply the hard gel to strength so they broke every time I touched them or washed my hair or did anything. Daisy Nails' owners came to the rescue!!! They looked over my nails, consulted with one another and then went right to fixing them and it's like my nails were never destroyed! They are careful and considerate and so lovely! They're also great at nail designs! I had them put sunflowers on my nails and they're so perfect. 10/10 found my new nail place for sure! read more

I was in town for a few days and saw this place online. I got dip nails with French manicure and a pedicure with French manicure. My technician was so amazing. Not only did she do a great job on my nails and one of the best pedicures I've ever had. I wish she was in my area because she would most def be my regular nail technician. I'm so sorry I forgot her name, but she's petite and from Cuba. The facility is very clean & up to date and the massage chairs are very good quality! I highly recommend this nail salon. read more

Everything's OK. I have never experienced such rudeness in my entire life. What is our world coming to? I went back to this location for a dip powder manicure. This was my first time trying one and as such, I wasn't aware of the process. I was getting them done for a wedding I was a bridesmaid in and upon showing my friends, they were stunned at the poor quality of the work. There was crusty residue around my cuticles that never came off and looked slightly yellow and gross. The technician rushed the process and made me feel slightly uncomfortable. I'm really sad about this experience because my previous one had been wonderful. Maybe it was an off day for the tech or maybe they're not very good at it. This is a great nail establishment. I've tried a couple of their techs who are good. Alison has become my go to. She's great at gel x. Takes her time and doesn't ever give off an attitude if you ask for a nail to be fixed. My biggest appreciation is the care and attention to detail that goes into each customer. I've had 1 or 2 minor concerns since choosing this place as my go-to, and between the owner, Daisy, and the techs, they do their best to rectify the matter fairly to ensure the customer's satisfaction. That speaks a lot to the ethics and integrity of the company. Because of this, since moving about an hour north of my previous residence, I've decided to make the drive every 4 weeks and continue giving Daisy's my business. Thank you! read more

I love this place and have been coming on and off for about 5 years. The only reason I stopped was because I moved, otherwise this place has always been good to me. I get acrylic gels and they hold in place. They're kind, organized and the place is clean. Best of all, they do a great job with kids. My 4 yr old daughter comes and gets a manicure and I've been bringing my niece here since she was 5. This is the only place in plantation that I recommend. read more

Honestly it was hard to give this 4 stars because at times they really deserve less for their serious disorganization!!! Also depending on who I get the work is sub par with the exception of Hanna, I love her and she literally is the only reason I come here. She is as kind as can be, super knowledgeable about nail design trends and her work is meticulous and beautiful. I find that I like the results best with her with acrylic and gel nail polish rather than when she does dip powder. When I want dip powder I go elsewhere cause she does not do it thin enough to my liking. read more

"DIP" NAIL CAME OFF (not customer related) - returned 3 days out. Obviously they had no issue replacing the dip nail that came off- realized I was being asked to pay for the one nail that came off, which I did but with asking about the norm of when this occurs. I realize there's lots of customers and they may not remember each one. For me, this works out as I can observe the difference in their minute to minute change in process and treatment of each customer- the color of money and or cards for form of payments don't change. But the decision and treatment may in some instances. Been a customer for sometime now- a little over a year. The work is decent just not steady or secure. Be prepared to pay for it- your fault or NOT. read more

New favorite nail salon! I was looking to find a salon in the area where I wanted to workout and do groceries so my weekend plans were all in the same place. Daisy's is in the Lucky's Market plaza, which is a perfect location. The salon is very clean and they have a bunch of stations. In the front are all the manicure stations and then in the back they have the pedicure area. Make an appointment if you can! I went one Saturday when it opened and there was a line of people waiting at the door. I was lucky even without an appointment I got service quickly and only waited about 10mins. The manicurists are amazing. Such an attention to detail. I got a gel polish and they did three coats to make sure the color popped. They checked multiple times to make sure the lines are straight, no bubbles everything! Typically gel lasts two weeks and I was so happy mine lasted three weeks! They do such a great job! read more

I called in today around 2pm to see if they had space for a walk in, mani pedi and eyebrows, the women over the phone was very nice and was able to squeeze me in asap as long as I was close. As soon as I got there they were able to seat me and get started. Very clean and comfortable, I was with Ivy, and she was really good. You can tell she stayed focused the entire time and took her time to make sure it looked nice. I did not feel rushed at all and I really was due for a mani and pedi. I went to this salon for the first time today and was given a male technician who was super friendly. I asked for the dip powder with a slight coffin shape, exactly how my nails were when I arrived. I felt bad because he was nice, but it was truly one of the worst nail experiences I have ever had. Two of my fingers are cut and sore to the touch. The color was bubbly, uneven, all over my cuticles, and I can't even begin to explain the shape. I don't know how he allowed me to leave. I was on my lunch break so I couldn't go back in to have them fixed until after work. When I went back, Son was the one who fixed my nails. He did what he could with what he was given considering these were my natural nails and all 10 were different shapes. Unfortunately, this was my first and last time going to this salon. read more

Awesome Nail Salon! The owners Daisy and Son (husband and wife) are fantastic! Very welcoming and warm; making sure all their customers feel at home. The decor is lovely! It's very calming and zen-like inside. Everything is very clean!!!! The pedicures are completed with a new plastic liner replaced before every pedicure (I don't know about you but I personally love this!). All of the tools are new and opened right in front of you. There's a ton of colors to choose from and incase you want to try something different, ask Daisy for a design ... She's fantastic!!! The prices are great! I've been to many nail salons and personally I think it's difficult to find a good all-around salon. They're either too pricy or the service isn't that great. Daisy's Nail Salon is neither! I'm very happy with their work and brought a friend with me who was also very impressed with their work. I brought in a couple of pictures of the designs I had in mind, we put some ideas together and we made it work!. The design, the shape, the length, the thickness, just everything came out great. He was also very patient with me. I got my pedicure done by another girl and I can genuinely say I have never had a BETTER pedicure done. I will seriously never get my pedicure done with anyone else but her. I went for a second time today with a different design and again I was very satisfied with the outcome. They even decided to take a picture to display it! Overall I have noticed that the owner has very high standards and expects his employees to provide nothing but the best service to customers. He also doesn't like for people to wait. He likes to get them accommodated immediately. Very sanitary, clean, and relaxing. They have an unlimited amount of colors and everyone is very welcoming!
