I hate leaving 1-star reviews but really feel like it's necessary with this business. I went in for a dip color change/manicure and this has to be one of the worst nail jobs I've had in years. The woman doing my nails was extremely nice but clearly does not know how to do nails. I've been getting my nails done for years and based off of her technique, she has not had proper training. She didn't even bother asking me if I wanted them filed down or cut shorter. I should have advocated for myself but it was one of those things where you kept thinking "okay I'm sure she'll ask" and never did. They also claim on their website that they use new equipment for each client, and that could not be further from the truth. Their products were janky, not clean, and overall unprofessional. I now have red polish all over my hands, along with acrylic caked between my fingers because of the "soak off" process. One nail is separating. Very disappointed and would not recommend this place to anyone. read more

I called ahead last week and scheduled a 4:45 manicure (builder w/ gel polish) and gel pedicure, no design and one color. Long story short, the services were not completed until 8:39. They had me pay before pedicure was finished because they were shutting down the salon while she finished my pedicure. I had to explain multiple times that at that point I did not care if it was perfect but that I really needed to go. The quality was good but I can't imagine that most people regularly have an extra 4 hours to get their nails done. read more

Absolutely love Daisy's Nail & Spa! The salon is always clean, welcoming and relaxing. But the real gem here is Lucy! Lucy is hands down the best when it comes to nails. Her attention to details is incredible, and she always takes her time to make sure everything is perfect. She is talented and professional. If you are looking for a great experience, definitely ask for Lucy. I always leave with pedi and mani that I absolutely love read more

Daisy is amazing. As an owner, she knows and understands what customer service is all about. It is very hard to find in this industry a nail salon owner who genuinely cares about their customers; new or returning. You can't help but to come back knowing you'll always be treated right and they will do the right thing no matter what. Angle is my nail technician. Amazing and very creative. She knows what you want and will get it right from the first time. Highly recommended. read more

Stopped coming because they would change prices every time I came (which was at least every three weeks) and I should have known better than to give them another chance. I get it, COVID has everyone understaffed but make the appropriate arrangements to prepare... and for goodness sake give preference to those who there to make an appointment. I made an appointment for a pedi since I'm having surgery in the morning and will be laid up for awhile. The fairly new girl behind the desk said to go have a seat in a pedi chair and she would bring me colors and someone would be right with me. I watched two new people sit and start their pedis who I later learned did not have appointments before I got up 20 min later to ask. I ended up walking out after she told me she did not have a time to give me which I would be helped despite my 6 pm appointment. It's time to go to the place my friend recommended at the other end of the plaza by the McDonald's. Too bad after years of going to Daisys this is just the last time i will let them treat me like I'm just another sale for them. read more

These folks literally saved my poor nails! I went to another Yelp recommended nail salon (I won't name names) but they completed trashed my nails, made them so thin and weak and didn't properly apply the hard gel to strength so they broke every time I touched them or washed my hair or did anything. Daisy Nails' owners came to the rescue!!! They looked over my nails, consulted with one another and then went right to fixing them and it's like my nails were never destroyed! They are careful and considerate and so lovely! They're also great at nail designs! I had them put sunflowers on my nails and they're so perfect. 10/10 found my new nail place for sure! read more

I was in town for a few days and saw this place online. I got dip nails with French manicure and a pedicure with French manicure. My technician was so amazing. Not only did she do a great job on my nails and one of the best pedicures I've ever had. I wish she was in my area because she would most def be my regular nail technician. I'm so sorry I forgot her name, but she's petite and from Cuba. The facility is very clean & up to date and the massage chairs are very good quality! I highly recommend this nail salon. read more

I'm not sure if there was a change in management but... this place used to be good but now it's more about getting people out of the chair. I got my pedicure done by a lady that was on a phone call the whole time, cut me several times and applied the nail polish in a messy way. I came back a second time hoping things would be different and other lady was in such a rush that I now have an ingrown nail from how bad she cut my nails. Horrible place. read more

I went back to this location for a dip powder manicure. This was my first time trying one and as such, I wasn't aware of the process. I was getting them done for a wedding I was a bridesmaid in and upon showing my friends, they were stunned at the poor quality of the work. There was crusty residue around my cuticles that never came off and looked slightly yellow and gross. The technician rushed the process and made me feel slightly uncomfortable. I'm really sad about this experience because my previous one had been wonderful. Maybe it was an off day for the tech or maybe they're not very good at it. Either way, I'm not so sure I'll be back here again. read more

this is my first review that I've ever written in my life so I made an appointment for 5:30 typed in directions for Davie Nails, it was actually Daisy Nails, called and apologize for typing in the wrong business and they said no problem. Everything's OK. I was nine minutes away. when I got there, they said it will just be a little bit, she's finishing up somebody else's nails polishing, than she would take care of me no problem I have so much patience I own my own company, she's comes over and says the client that we have now before you *Now decided she wanted a pedicure so we have to provide her first, than me now it's 7-7:15 really then the girl that was to supposed to take care of me she said she needs to go home. I have never experienced such rudeness in my entire life. What is our world coming to? I got up after 2 1/2 hours waiting patiently to be waited on and said I'll just go somewhere else tomorrow! no sorry no nothing they didn't care! It was my friend talked so highly about them that she invited me there. I was totally shocked totally I will never ever go back there again. Lot of things need to be fix So totally disappointed! read more

I love this place and have been coming on and off for about 5 years. The only reason I stopped was because I moved, otherwise this place has always been good to me. I get acrylic gels and they hold in place. They're kind, organized and the place is clean. Best of all, they do a great job with kids. My 4 yr old daughter comes and gets a manicure and I've been bringing my niece here since she was 5. This is the only place in plantation that I recommend. read more

This is a great nail establishment. I've tried a couple of their techs who are good. Alison has become my go to. She's great at gel x. Takes her time and doesn't ever give off an attitude if you ask for a nail to be fixed. My biggest appreciation is the care and attention to detail that goes into each customer. I've had 1 or 2 minor concerns since choosing this place as my go-to, and between the owner, Daisy, and the techs, they do their best to rectify the matter fairly to ensure the customer's satisfaction. That speaks a lot to the ethics and integrity of the company. Because of this, since moving about an hour north of my previous residence, I've decided to make the drive every 4 weeks and continue giving Daisy's my business. Thank you! read more

Honestly it was hard to give this 4 stars because at times they really deserve less for their serious disorganization!!! Also depending on who I get the work is sub par with the exception of Hanna, I love her and she literally is the only reason I come here. She is as kind as can be, super knowledgeable about nail design trends and her work is meticulous and beautiful. I find that I like the results best with her with acrylic and gel nail polish rather than when she does dip powder. When I want dip powder I go elsewhere cause she does not do it thin enough to my liking. read more

"DIP" NAIL CAME OFF (not customer related) - returned 3 days out. Obviously they had no issue replacing the dip nail that came off- realized I was being asked to pay for the one nail that came off, which I did but with asking about the norm of when this occurs. I realize there's lots of customers and they may not remember each one. For me, this works out as I can observe the difference in their minute to minute change in process and treatment of each customer- the color of money and or cards for form of payments don't change. But the decision and treatment may in some instances. Been a customer for sometime now- a little over a year. The work is decent just not steady or secure. Be prepared to pay for it- your fault or NOT. read more

So excited to have found my official nail place! I found Daisy's through a referral and was excited to give it a shot. Not only was I happy with the way my nails came out, but I couldn't believe how short of a time it took Tee to do them! I was having trouble picking out a color so he helped me decide and I loved them. Now after returning a second time, I know the nice work wasn't a fluke. I'm beyond happy with how my nails turned out and the color options available. I would certainly recommend Daisy's and Tee as a nail tech. read more

New favorite nail salon! I was looking to find a salon in the area where I wanted to workout and do groceries so my weekend plans were all in the same place. Daisy's is in the Lucky's Market plaza, which is a perfect location. The salon is very clean and they have a bunch of stations. In the front are all the manicure stations and then in the back they have the pedicure area. Make an appointment if you can! I went one Saturday when it opened and there was a line of people waiting at the door. I was lucky even without an appointment I got service quickly and only waited about 10mins. The manicurists are amazing. Such an attention to detail. I got a gel polish and they did three coats to make sure the color popped. They checked multiple times to make sure the lines are straight, no bubbles everything! Typically gel lasts two weeks and I was so happy mine lasted three weeks! They do such a great job! read more

Awesome Nail Salon! The owners Daisy and Son (husband and wife) are fantastic! Very welcoming and warm; making sure all their customers feel at home. The decor is lovely! It's very calming and zen-like inside. Everything is very clean!!!! The pedicures are completed with a new plastic liner replaced before every pedicure (I don't know about you but I personally love this!). All of the tools are new and opened right in front of you. There's a ton of colors to choose from and incase you want to try something different, ask Daisy for a design ... She's fantastic!!! The prices are great! I've been to many nail salons and personally I think it's difficult to find a good all-around salon. They're either too pricy or the service isn't that great. Daisy's Nail Salon is neither! The prices are completely reasonable and the service is outstanding. TRUST ME try this place out you will NOT be disappointed!!! read more

I called in today around 2pm to see if they had space for a walk in, mani pedi and eyebrows, the women over the phone was very nice and was able to squeeze me in asap as long as I was close. As soon as I got there they were able to seat me and get started. Very clean and comfortable, I was with Ivy, and she was really good. You can tell she stayed focused the entire time and took her time to make sure it looked nice. I did not feel rushed at all and I really was due for a mani and pedi. Love, Love, LOVEE this place! I was looking for a place who could do this crazy Halloween design I had in mind and my friend recommended I try this place out. I brought in a couple of pictures of the designs I had in mind, we put some ideas together and we made it work!. The design, the shape, the length, the thickness, just everything came out great. He was also very patient with me. I got my pedicure done by another girl and I can genuinely say I have never had a BETTER pedicure done. I will seriously never get my pedicure done with anyone else but her. I went for a second time today with a different design and again I was very satisfied with the outcome. They even decided to take a picture to display it! Overall I have noticed that the owner has very high standards and expects his employees to provide nothing but the best service to customers. He also doesn't like for people to wait. He likes to get them accommodated immediately. Very sanitary, clean, and relaxing. They have an unlimited amount of colors and everyone is very welcoming! Great place! read more

I went to this salon for the first time today and was given a male technician who was super friendly. I asked for the dip powder with a slight coffin shape, exactly how my nails were when I arrived. I felt bad because he was nice, but it was truly one of the worst nail experiences I have ever had. Two of my fingers are cut and sore to the touch. The color was bubbly, uneven, all over my cuticles, and I can't even begin to explain the shape. I don't know how he allowed me to leave. I was on my lunch break so I couldn't go back in to have them fixed until after work. When I went back, Son was the one who fixed my nails. He did what he could with what he was given considering these were my natural nails and all 10 were different shapes. Unfortunately, this was my first and last time going to this salon. read more

When you go to Rosie's you are always guaranteed to get Rosie's excellent service every time. I am very particular about my pedicures and Rosie does a fantastic job. I always get the Spa Pedicure ($35), which has extra scrub with massage to start. What I love about Rosie's pedicures are her attention to detail when grooming the cuticles. For a small place, she also has a large array of current nail polish colors. Most importantly, the polish lasts for weeks. Rosie does have a large clientele so it is imperative to book in advance. That is the only downside to frequenting a place with one technician. I guess that quality is worth it though. Rosie is lovely. She cares about her customers and does her best to accommodate them. I find it very easy to text with Rosie regarding appointments. I just get pedis, but of course Rosie does manicures, including gels as well as nail art. Prices aren't clearly displayed, which caused confusion from the start. My nail technician was Annie, and she rushed through my manicure. I asked for a white tip with a gel top coat. The staff at the front desk asked if I wanted hard gel, and I said yes because I'd never heard of it before and assumed they were recommending the right service. How was I supposed to know the difference? When I questioned the service, Annie told me I was wrong because I hadn't explained what I wanted correctly--even though she wasn't at the front desk during the conversation. She then told me I should have come to her directly. That's not something you say to a customer, especially when I didn't even know who my nail technician would be. I also didn't appreciate her attitude. Within a week, my thumbnail chipped and broke off, and black marks started appearing under some of the white tips. I returned to have the issues fixed and asked to speak with a manager, but it felt like talking to a wall. Annie repaired the two damaged nails but then told me that hard gel "wasn't for me." My response was that the problem wasn't the service--it was the application. Shortly afterward, more nails started popping off. I ended up going to another nail salon, where I paid $5 to have the one nail repaired, and I also had to buy press-on nails to match. I spent $65 at Venetian, plus more money afterward, for a total of about $80. What a waste of money. I will never return. This business needs better customer service and better training.

There were several friendly women at the desk and I asked about getting a gel manicure and a regular pedicure. I also wanted an extra coat for protection. They made a point to look at my nails first to check out what I had on. I was quoted $45 for the gel manicure, & $5 for the extra strengthening coat, plus $35 for a pedicure. I made an appointment and arrived on time a few hours later. They have numerous stations and the decor is very nice. All the technicians were wearing black. I was introduced to Jenny and told to choose a polish color. Jenny led me to her station so she could remove my previous gel polish. While the gel was soaking off, she moved me to a pedicure chair. There were big screen TVs around and she brought me a bottle of water. The water in the tub started out cold., but after it warmed up I received an amazing pedicure! The polish looked great and my feet and legs were rubbed with lotion and then wrapped in a warm towel . (The massage chair was nice too!) When I finished it was $80 as quoted and my fingers and toes look great! I think I may have found my new nail salon in Plantation!

I have been going here since the grand opening & I refuse to go elsewhere. The atmosphere is the most relaxing & beautiful place to be. A family owned buisness the employees are humble, sweet & have great relationships with their clients. Everyone is such a hard worker, you're always greeted and sat with bottled water & the workers are fast and diligent. I have recommended so manny to this salon and everyone falls in love every time. My nails are healthy & i get the most out of each visit because my nails last & done to near perfection. Love love love this salon. Daisy the owner is incredibly talented at nail art & T is my favorite nail tech. All are great though. Definitely recommend them. May they have a very successful & prosperous buisness. read more

Other than the occasional bloody cuticle from fast speed work I'm overall happy. I cone in every week sometimes twice. I do have a complaint however. If you park on the north side of the building next to Subway unfortunately the nasty employees and the owner open the side door and are smoking right on the sidewalk. Smoking is disgusting and secondhand smoke is very dangerous. If the employees are addicted to cigarettes so badly they should be instructed to walk down peters Road a couple hundred feet away from any other normal person. read more

I have been coming to…read morethis salon for quite some time approximately 6 visits with my mother and three daughters and I have always had positive experiences. Unfortunately, this visit was very different. The technician who worked on my nails, whom I believe was named Kevin, appeared to become frustrated when I politely pointed out that several of my nails were not straight and were leaning slightly to the right or left. I simply asked that they be corrected before the service was completed. As a paying customer, I believe it is reasonable to expect attention to detail, especially when it comes to nail services. Rather than addressing my concerns professionally and making the necessary adjustments with a positive attitude, he became noticeably rude and asked if I wanted someone else to finish the service. I specifically told him that I wanted him to continue and simply correct the issues I had pointed out. Instead of resolving the concern, his demeanor made the experience uncomfortable. I consider myself a respectful and professional person, and I always communicate concerns politely. That is why I was surprised by the way I was treated, especially at such a beautiful salon where I have consistently had good experiences in the past. The atmosphere in the salon was pleasant, but the service I received from this particular technician did not reflect the level of professionalism I have come to expect. While I will continue to appreciate the salon itself, I cannot recommend receiving services from this technician based on my experience. Customer feedback should be welcomed as an opportunity to ensure satisfaction, not met with frustration or rudeness. I hope management addresses this situation so that other customers do not have a similar experience.

Last week, my scheduled pedicure appointment with Kelly was switched to another technician without prior notice. Unfortunately, this technician was visibly upset and, when I politely instructed her on how I wanted my pedicure done, she became aggressive and began yelling at me. To my shock, she stopped in the middle of the service and told me to find someone else to finish. Another technician eventually stepped in and completed the pedicure, but by that point, I was already humiliated. I asked to speak with a manager at the time, but my request was ignored. Three days later, I called and spoke with Sophia, who assured me the manager would return my call, but no one ever did. I find it unacceptable that I was treated so unprofessionally and then disregarded when I tried to address the issue. At the very least, I expected an apology and some acknowledgment of the poor treatment I received. Since that did not happen, I will no longer be returning to the salon. I hope you take this feedback seriously so that no other clients have to endure a similar experience.

Her name was Nancey and she did a great job so there's nothing against her. she was kind and talented and I enjoyed my actual mani and pedi .. what happened next was a disgrace... I went to give him the gift certificate and the man at the desk who proceeded to tell me that I was handing him a fake. That they never had gift certificates like that! (dated 12/24. And there was NO Expiration date) .. I said it's not possible because I purchased many of them here myself. I know they look exactly like this, and my sister-in-law would never have given me a fake. He said that he has cameras dated back to then and that if I could prove that she bought it here and had a receipt that he would accept it, but he knows for a fact that they're fake because somebody else brought one in it looked like that and it was a fake. I wasn't mortified and embarrassed with other customers in the salon, and I know my sister-in-law would be too, so I brought it to her attention and drove it over to her. She quickly went over there and explained that she did buy it there, and that she was offended that they would accuse her of giving me a fake one .And then she asked them if he could look in the camera like he told me to prove that it was her buying it that it could be used. Then he told her that he can't do that after he told me that she could come in here and prove that she bought it he continue to argue with her and pretty much called her a liar. She explained the same thing that she's bought many of them there and they always look like that. He continued to argue and then the manager came over who chimed in and said the same thing that they never had gift certificates like that and they were fake. It was ridiculous. They were very rude and she actually said is there anything you could do about this? I wouldn't come in here and face you if I had a fake gift certificate. And you won't look at the video camera to see that it was me so is there anything you could do even to give my sister-in-law another certificate of any amount even $20 to come back and they said no we're not doing anything because this are fake! And then he proceeded to say and besides that it's over a year anyway so it's expired. And our gift certificates expire after one year. Even though the one that I had and have bought for many of my family and friends, it always said no expiration and I've used them before past a year my sister-in-law has never been so rudely spoken to and I felt terrible that I even had to bring it to her attention because it was a gift. Not only was it embarrassing for her and myself when I was accused of giving them a fake and then they had to be extra rude and call her a liar. So I would never go back there again and I'm wanted to put it out there that the front desk and the manager are rude and unprofessional. I feel bad for the girls that worked there to work under management like that. So I would never recommend this place of business and it's sad because I went there for many many years when I lived over that way and never when I go back again and neither would she and I'm happy to share this horrible review. Shame on them. The funny thing is what I mentioned it to another friend you know what she told me, that her mom went there recently since there's New Owners and they were rude to her too and she would never go back so this seems to be a trend. Shame shame on them. They really need to learn proper etiquette and how to treat a customer.
