This was my third visit, and unfortunately, it confirmed that I won't be returning. The first time, Lena (the owner) did a great job on my nails, but the quality and service have gone downhill since. I understand I'm particular about my nails--especially when paying $120-$150--but that level of service should come with consistent quality. Each time I ask for my nails to be filed straight or express concern about cracks or lifting, she seems irritated. I work out regularly and wear long nails without issue, but she tried to convince me the problem was my nail length rather than acknowledging the poor application. On top of that, there's a dog in the salon that was sniffing me and rubbing fur on my clothes--something I find unprofessional, especially when no one tries to stop it. I should have trusted my instincts after the last visit. Lena's attitude was dismissive, and to make matters worse, she asked me to Zelle the payment. When I said I needed to use a card, she quoted $120 but charged $123. Not a huge difference, but it felt shady. I still tipped generously, knowing it was my last visit--but honestly, I regret even that. That salon has been empty for a reason. read more

I genuinely feel bad leaving negative feedback- as the owner is really nice and I like the laid back vibe of this place- but my nails have been destroyed for the last 4 months since going here. The guy that did my regular mani pedi (no dip no gel) drilled my nails so thin that they have been breaking off and cracking in half for months on end. I have natural plain nails- with plain nail polish there is no need whatsoever to drill on them. I went twice and didn't think anything the first time- by the second time I needed a new toenail and now my thumb nail is split in half horizontally- it's also extremely painful. Why on earth they would use a drill on healthy natural nails blows my mind. Unfortunately this suffering has been so bad that I can't go back. I took a chance coming here to get a refill and pedicure since most of the reviews were good. The young guy who did my nails was very nice. I showed him a picture of my nails done at my usual salon so he could have a good reference photo of the shape and length i wanted. The nails ended up being thicker and wider and not the thin almond shape i requested. My pedicure was done and it was also very thick and blotchy. You could see the brush strokes and had to try to repaint them again, but same outcome. They tried to blame it on my nail bed and then say it was the lighting. I paid $87 and now i will have to pay somewhere else to get them fixed. I would not recommend, i should have just asked to take off the polish as i was not satisfied. read more

After about an hour of searching for a nail salon, I chose to give Elite a try. Walk-ins are welcome but I do recommend making an appointment ahead of time because they do get packed. When I showed up, there were about 3 others getting services done so I waited about 7-10 minutes before I was assigned to Phat. Phat was a super cool guy and we made small conversations here and there. I showed him a picture of what I was going for and he did exactly what I wanted. He took time to compare colors with me for good matches and made the experience fun. Once Phat finished my nails he told me this was his first time doing an ombré and I can say he did an amazing job! I regret not getting my toes done but I'll definitely be back again for more services. Also, don't worry if you don't have cash for tip because they have cash app! read more

I have been here a few times, until the last straw. I get acrylics that are long, but not ridiculously long. Every time I came here they were break because I noticed that they were always made too thin. Not a big deal but I stopped going. In January 2024, I came in to get a soak off of nails that I had from a different nail tech. Instead of getting a soak off, what I got was my acrylics ripped off of me with a nail clipper and just cut down to the NUB and left three of my fingers bleeding at the cuticle. Unfortunately I have no pictures but it is now August 2024 and my nails have finally grown extremely long and healthy, but of course, I never returned. I was still in shock when this had happened when the service was done, (they didn't even do anything) I tipped the lady because I didn't think they were going to charge me because I was left bleeding but they still charge me $20 for three bleeding fingers. I would never in my right mind recommend anyone coming here. I am not confrontational, I don't yell, but I'm leaving this review in my truth because I didn't speak up for my self and I should have. But this lady doesn't even speak English so I try to explain what I need for my nails, but she keeps talking in her language in the air and on her phone trying to do something and looks at my nails and all of a sudden cuts a nail that I've been growing then asks me "good?" So I said no.. I don't like short nails please just file. Then she files without even looking and everything is not straight so I said "straight please" and she doesn't know what I'm saying but still on the phone. Then passes the phone to lady next to her and I see that the other person is translating on the phone about the nail tech buying her house.... really? You're not even listening to what I'm saying or even trying to listen to me, on your phone and ruining my nails and now just talking about buying your house? Then she gets upset because I keep trying to explain and closes her nail equipment box and just gets up talking in the air again and walks away. So I get up and told the owner I can't stay because she doesn't even know how to file nails. The owner tells me she's been doing nails for 10 years like they always say. It's not about the language. I came to this establishment around 4pm in the afternoon. He was not busy at all. I was able to walk-in and get seated. the young lady who was doing my pedicure and nails. Took less than 5 mins to clean both feet. She literally let me dip my feet in the water for 1 second. She didn't allow time for me feet to soak. Then she proceeds to apply the nail polish which was super sloppy. From there I should have left. but I let her do my nails which I originally wanted dip but because she was doing a terrible job so far, I didn't want to go through all those steps with her so I told her I wanted gel nail polish which was terrible work as well. Once I realized I didn't like the look of the color. I told her I didn't like it then the owner told me it would be a charge for her to remove and do it over. So I said forget it I was also Asked if I wanted another coat of the polish which I didn't want. Because the lady work was terrible and clearly they didn't want to fix it by changing the person who's doing my nails or giving me some other options to satisfy my concerns. At the end of the service I felt unhappy with the outcome of my nails. And I still was charged for the service. I would not recommend this place due to the lack of customer service. If you appreciate your hard earned money go somewhere else were you are valued as a customer also a place that takes pride in there work. read more

I went for a pedicure and a dip powder. I can tell you that the pedi was okay, the manicure was first she rushed so much she did a poorly and Terrible job, my nails were not straight, told the lady who did it but she kept saying it was and she was filing it more so... i payed the 81$ they charged me and i left crying also had to go to a different place so they can re do my nails because believe even my boyfriend that doesnt know about nails said they look ugly. I've always had Acrylics (since my nails were so short) but recently they recommended me the Dipping Powder and I'm in love with it!! It lasts so long and never chips or cracks. They even can do different designs on the Powder. I love how my nails grow out so strong that I don't need to use the tips anymore. They have the Ipad for Check-in, it is a system to save points and you can get a reward after earning 250 points. It's really nice and I don't think any other places have this kind of thing. The prices are also very reasonable and the staffs are helpful. I love Elite nails!!! Definitely recommend you guys! read more

Friendly people, clean place, however there's no clear listing of the services and pricing. My pedicure was done by a very slender nice gentleman, it was a very good pedicure. He did a careful but thorough job. My dip powder nails on the other hand, that was sub par. Amateurish job, I can't even say I'm disappointed because I walked in with little to no expectations. I wasn't asked if I want the nail extension, and was automatically fitted for tips. The results, very boxy, chunky, and uneven shaped nails. I went to Elite Nails and Spa for the first time yesterday, and I really loved my manicure! My technician took the time to clean up my cuticles and shape my nails. For a basic manicure it's only $12, so its incredibly affordable! The only drawback for me was that I didn't see if the nail instruments had been sanitized/properly cleaned as they were just taken out of a drawer, and not opened from a new package/etc. Other than that I was incredibly happy with my experience. Hi! So i usually come here myself since it's right near my house. My friend was in town and we wanted to get pedicures so I took her here. WORST customer service ever. I do feel like I'm pretty reasonable/easy going as I've worked in retail so I understand the public and how irrational some customers can be but this wasn't us. We give them the color and the lady my friend had was just not friendly- she acted like she didn't want to be there. After her pedicure, she said "Don't they look so much better" in a passive aggressive tone. Of course her feet are going to look better after getting them done. We got there around 6:30, they close at 7pm. They finished and we sat at the nail dryer at 7pm to ensure our nails are dry before we leave. At 7:10pm, a guy who works there comes up to us and shakes our hand saying "it's nice to meet you". Is that your way of saying "we need to get out, you guys are closed?" Again, rude. Simply just say, "Your nails should be fine. You guys are free to leave". It's convenient and quick for me but their customer service sucks. Went here for the first time. Pedi was great but my mani wasn't. The second coat of paint wasn't applied as detailed as the first so on the sides it can be seen how the polish wasn't applied to the whole nail. This was regular polish. Would be nice if they would get closer to the edges so this won't happen. Seems like they do this to avoid cleaning the edges but then you don't get a nice polish application read more

This place is just ok. I was wary of going here because of some of the poor reviews but I decided to give it a shot. I called 20 minutes ahead of time to see if they could take me in at 10.30am on a Saturday and they could. Not super friendly, just run of the mill customer service. So I walk in, pick my polish and sit down for a mani pedi. The whole experience was just eh. The only thing that really upsets me was the quality of the work. For my toes, some of the polish is touching my nails on several toes. For my hands, the nail tech rushed through it. He seemed to be haphazardly cutting away at my cuticles with no rhyme or reason. It wasn't painful just not super neat. One of my cuticles was sticking out cause he didn't cut it fully, and he just painted over it. The polish is so messy around the edges you can see the first and second coat of white nail polish. After he was done polishing my nails, he cleaned up one hand with acetone and then decided to give up. Didn't bother to clean up the other hand. After I left, I noticed a number of nails started to bubble. For $40 including a $5 tip, the entire experience was just meh. I wish I would have taken my $40 somewhere else.
