An honest review. I wouldn't go back nor recommend. I booked an appointment for my daughter and I to have pedicures (a manicure for her as well since normally my pedicure takes longer). Rather than do the services at the same time, they opted to do all the services separately: her manicure, pedicure and then my pedicure. I waited for over an hour before they even sat me for my pedicure. Mind you, I had an appointment and confirmed it the day prior. I was there for over 3 hours. Not offered a water or anything. Then when it was time to pay, apparently adding gel (which I know is always an up charge) was an additional $35! I didn't complain at all during my 3+ hour visit, just sat politely but did question the amount of the upcharge. The woman said 'Yes. That's correct. Now goodbye' With all the salons in the area, an expense nearing $200, I expect more. I would never return nor recommend. read more

I went here visiting my boyfriend hoping to find a new nail place while out west. I'm unhappy to say I am NOT satisfied with my nails. I was charged $40 for a full set of acrylics and an additional $20 for gel. For a total of $60 before including a tip I should not be dealing with misshapen and multiple broken nails only a week later. My appointment took close to two hours to complete which is almost a whole hour longer than I'm used to sitting for these services. I asked the manicurist for coffin nails and the shape is anything but. Nail tips were placed on crooked, nails were not shaped or filed correctly. 3-4 days after my appointment the acrylic did not adhere to my nail properly and my fake nails are popping up near the cuticle. My hair and clothing threads are constantly getting caught in between the gap. I've had to glue multiple nails down. Today one of them completely BROKE off. I am totally disappointed with my nails and if this place wasn't 30 minutes away from where I live I would be in there requesting a refund. I'm now going to have to shell out another $40-$60 to get them re-done properly! read more

Miro has been doing my nails for years. She is extremely careful and detail oriented. I go every two/three weeks and I feel that I am at a spa. The nice environment is relaxing and I really enjoy to have that "me" time there. Miro takes care of me and my nails. I came here on a whim for a pedicure. It wasn't busy so they took me right in. Problem number 1 was that the girl doing my pedicure kept answering the phone and scheduling appointments in the middle of it. Mind you there were other people not doing anything. I picked a polish and she told me that polish was an additional $5 but gave me options if I didn't want to pay the extra. I told her it was fine and just to go with the one I chose. When she was done it was really hard not to get upset at what was left on my toes. I'm really not one to be super picky about my pedicure but it looked like my 5 yr old did it. I hate complaining so I just thought I'd suck it up. I paid and she said since it was my first time she wouldn't charge me the $5 for the "special" polish. When I got to the car I took a closer look and wow. The only reason I'm giving 2 stars is bc the place was pretty clean and the girl was nice. Other than that I would never return. Update- I changed my review to 1 star because they apparently have a mani pedi special for $29 and they charged me $35 for just the terrible pedicure. read more

I visited this nail place last night and I absolutely agree with the other reviews that say that this place feels like a farmers market. There is no regards for respect to others as to the volume of the conversations and the way of addressing the clientele. (everything in Spanish) The girl that did my nails really didn't want to do it and kept saying that the French style was a higher price, for what I answered that I knew it and that it was ok, but she kept making faces of discomfort. Then, she kept complaining with me of how tired she was because she was working since 10:00 am. Overall, bad service and ambiance. Will never recommend this place and will not come back. read more

I went to do my nails hoping for a good service, but I clearly said the color I wanted for my manicure and she did the wrong color, and also the problem for my gel manicure was that she did not paint my nails all the way close to my skin, so there is a white space and on both of my thumbs she did not paint it well. When she finished I went to pay and clearly stated that I would pay a part in cash and the rest on my credit card, and she passed the total amount on my credit card!! It is a very well maintained, clean and spacious nail salon with wax services as well. I have had my nails done by a few of the techs but BiBi and Clarissa are my favorites, and BiBi is my go to for waxing. I myself am in the beauty industry and have lived in the Weston area for over 20 years, and by far this is the best I have ever had my nails done. Leidy (the owner) was extremely meticulous in the way she did my nails (full set and gel). She is a true artist!! I also had a wonderful pedicure by Natalia. Since I've been quarantined and haven't had a pedicure in almost 2 months, you can only imagine the condition of my feet, LOL. They made me feel like a brand new person. The salon is extremely clean, new pedicure chairs, and the staff was very friendly. I always saw someone at any given moment wiping down chairs, counters and equipment. I recommended my daughter immediately after, who came up from Miami. I will continue recommending to everyone. read more

Called in to see if there was a wait time and they said I could come right in. It was located in a little plaza that I had never been to right next to Towncenter but it was a hidden gem. Everyone was super friendly and they had the music playing. Overall great atmosphere. They were already ready for me and my friend when we came in and sat us down right away. I was parked in front of their door while visiting POC and as I come out I see 3 young ladies from Vogue Nail Bar standing outside their door while 1 of them was leaning on my vehicle. While I was getting in my vehicle I say "really? Can you please get off my car?" And she said "My car is better"... now mind you I am driving my weekday every day vehicle and NOT my Mercedes Benz. But either way no matter what YOU Drive there is a certain type of respect to others' property and most importantly while you are standing outside your place of business. So disappointed!! I went to Vogue with high hopes and expectations as it had good reviews. The salon was lovely and the lady who did my mani/pedi was also lovely even though we could not understand each other as she speaks Spanish and I speak English. While she was doing my pedicure she dug into my big toe quite deeply, I flinched and she looked apologetic so she knew she had hurt me. Anyway I paid and left and the following day my toe was throbbing really badly! Fast forward two days and I have an infection in my toe! I saw an advertisement on Facebook for $29.99 regular manicure and regular pedicure (Monday through Wednesday) so this is the reason I decided to give this place a try. Viviana was wonderful. She took her time and didn't rush my services. She offered me water and even wine. It was one of the best manicures and pedicures I have ever had. This place was quiet and very relaxing. Instead of the regular polish I wanted to upgrade to the gel (on my nails only). My only negative is this place is more expensive than the other places I have been to. My total when all was done $56....and of course a 20% tip. I guess you get what you pay for??? 1. I made an appointment 3 days ahead of time. My appointment was on a Wednesday. 2. They close at 7pm. My appointment was 5:30pm. I was there for about an hour with barely any wait time once I walked in the door. 3. No massage chairs (however I didn't mind) 4. A girlfriend booked us both manicures here and specifically asked for us to be beside each other during the service. We started out that way but only for the first 10 minutes or so and only her nail technician started so I got to sit and watch her get hers worked on. Finally my girl showed up but told me I had to go somewhere else in the salon. I don't think she liked her job very much or me either. I felt pretty uncomfortable the entire time and she whipped through the session callously and seemed annoyed when I asked her to fix a few spots she missed. On top of everything she ended the session like 8 or 9 minutes before my companion, who had gotten the exact same service as me and had started way before me, was done. I'm sorry but i don't understand how can one leave this place a good review!! Here are the facts. - it cost less than other places ($25 for mani and pedi during the weekdays) but what you get worths $5! -very low quality place both in service and facility. There is no message chair. Instead they have this long and narrow bench chair (see the pic) like what you see in the restaurants waiting area. You cannot relax on that. - no one here has any experience or done a course on doing nails. They cannot do a simple cut and filing. My toe nails all had sharp corners and they did not apply the color on top of the nail!! - they don't give you any hand or foot massage - do not waste your time or money!! read more

Manicure and pedicure technician was friendly but unfortunately her manicure was not good, I even have shellac stuck on the sides of the skin which means it will come off and not last. My sister and I went to Vogue for a fun girls day and were thrilled to know they took walk-ins. We started with pedicures and they were good! Seating wasn't the most comfortable for it, but the pedicure itself was good. I went ahead to get a gel manicure and my sister went ahead to get acrylics afterward. I was pleased with my gel manicure but we were blown away with how long it took them to do my sisters acrylic nails. They finished up my manicure and I was still waiting an hour and 15 minutes for them to finish up my sisters nails. She said it's never taken anyone so long to do her acrylics and I believe her. I will probably go there again for a gel mani/pedi but never again for acrylic nails. Besides that, the place was nice looking and offered free wifi. read more
