I recently broke two of my natural nails and had to find a salon nearby because my regular tech was booked solid. I entered this nail spa and was well-greeted. They asked what services I needed and I explained. I told them I wanted to "trim" my nails just a bit to allow for the two that broke to grow naturally until I could have them all even again. I've done this dozens of times! Given that I had an event to attend that evening, I asked for a French manicure. The tech who I was assigned to refused to do a French manicure unless I got gel nails. She said, "I won't do French with regular polish." Long story short, she insisted on cutting my nails down and did what "she" wanted in the end. I didn't want to argue with her nor much less make a scene. Needless to say, I left extremely disappointed and will not consider going back--even if I don't have options around here. I have been to this salon three times and every time I have have a great experience. I've never had to go home and re-file my nails because the shape is always on point. There are a lot of estheticians, so there is minimal wait time. The staff is friendly and the place is clean. They serve free alcohol drinks as well! read more

I am extremely disappointed with the service and professionalism of this salon. I called ahead the same day and asked if they had availability for two gel pedicures. I was told they did and was given a 4:30 PM appointment time. To respect their schedule, I arrived early and waited in my car for 30 minutes. I walked in 10 minutes before my appointment, only to be told that they could no longer take me because they had taken in walk-ins and no one was available to do my nails. This was infuriating -- I could have walked in at any time since I was already there, but I waited until my scheduled appointment time out of courtesy. So how does it make sense that walk-ins were taken instead of honoring my appointment? I explained the situation to the manager, who apologized and told me they would be able to take us after a 10-minute wait. We agreed to wait, but after 20 more minutes had passed (now 30 minutes after my appointment time), nothing had changed -- so we just left. This is completely unprofessional and reflects terrible customer service and poor management. Appointments mean nothing here. I won't be returning, and I don't recommend this place to anyone who values their time or expects basic professionalism. read more

Nails are so important for us women and keeping them up is a must. Finding a place you can trust to do the job and make sure you always leave happy is rare. Angel nails does not disappoint, I've been coming for the last few months and can say I have never left without feeling fabulous. Each experience has been great and the techs really take their time which I appreciate. I don't feel rushed and my nails are always flawless!! I have to say Emma is the cuticle queen, she really trims them so well and leaves me feeling brand new. A lot of the techs are great I've seen about 4 so far and I haven't been disappointed by any of them. I highly recommend this place if you're in the area, I come from Pembroke Pines just because I know what I'm getting each time I come! Thanks again angel nails, see you in 2020!! read more

Paid for a fancier style pedicure only to have it come off 2 weeks later, wax on my shoe, and my foot minir burn! Came in during the break to get a gel pedicure. It was obvious from the beginning that they did not know their menu. Got one of the fanciest pedicures on the menu only for the guy to pour hot parafin all over my 100 dollar sandals and then tell me I could clean it up with soap and water. Not relaxing or enjoyable! The worst is that my ped did not even stay on very long. Such a waste of money. read more

THE ABSOLUTE WORST!!! I cannot recommend. I had my dip and pedicure done by Steven, he was very nice but while doing my pedicure he took the scrubber and cut the whole side of my foot. Blood and all. He wiped it and said sorry. After my nails were done, he disappeared and never came back to check me out, I asked for him so I could tip him and they told me at the front they would give him the tip for me. I later called because I was bothered about him not apologizing or checking on my bleeding foot that I wanted the manager, Jackie to know. All she could offer was I'm sorry. I told her it was a giant cut and would appreciate a discount for the future and she just said sorry you got cut by accident. Terrible customer service, the worst pedicure I've ever had, and not into getting cut and potentially infected when I get my nails done. Would not recommend and I will not be back. read more

I just relocated from Pa to Fla. I was worried about finding another nail and eyebrow tech. I took a leap of faith and tried Angel Nail & Spa. They did such a PHENOMENAL job that this is my new permanent spot for me AND my 2 daughters. They were better than my spot at home for nails, eyebrows and pedicures. I cannot recommend them enough! These people don't know anything about nails. I should've known to walk right out when I saw the lack of customers and employees there. I visited Angel Nails & Spa to repair a broken nail from another salon. I opted for a fill, and initially, everything seemed fine. However, the technician struggled with the broken nail, which lacked a guide from my previous set. She ended up leaving my square nail with a rounded shape and didn't execute the design I requested.When I politely asked for corrections, she responded that I was asking for too much and that it was too much work to fix it. Mind you, there were no other customers in the salon--just me, the receptionist, the technician, and two other techs who were doing each other's nails. She stated she had the right to refuse service to anyone, implying I was too needy and complicated. This experience was disappointing, and I won't be returning. This place is a ridiculous excuse for a nail salon. read more

Absolutely horrible. Firstly the place was loud! People taking calls on speakerphone, including the owner! The lady who did my nails was so rough and filed them so hard I could feel her filing my skin. Tools she used were not in sanitized packs but just in her caddy so who knows how often they are cleaned. My nails were uneven and the dip powder was not cleaned up nicely around my cuticles which she also didn't tend to. Towels used for my legs smelled musty. If I could give this place zero stars I would. Find another place !!! read more

Is zero not an option? The actual most unbelievably horrific experience. For the THIRD time. I'm not sure how I came back here after the last one, but I did. We'll start with experience #1. Because I'm allergic to gel polish, my only option is dip powder. I found a guy that I really liked, so I made an appointment to come back with him for a second time. When I came in the second time, he was sitting at his desk, and told me that he couldn't do my nails because he didn't have time. This was after I had made an appointment WITH HIM, FOR HIM. #2 (about a year later I tried again) as I was getting my nails done, an older woman came in and asked if anyone spoke Spanish. The ENTIRE staff pretended not to understand, while there was VERY clearly someone there that did speak Spanish. I could NOT believe it. That brings me to #3, tonight. I called this morning and made an appointment for myself to get my nails and toes done, and my boyfriend to get a pedicure. After waiting about a half hour, the lady shut down all of my color choices saying she "couldn't do them." Everything I said was shut down to the point where the entire salon was staring, to where she now announced she refused to do my nails. I am a third grade teacher. I preach kindness all day long. I wanted to get my nails done with an orange French tip, because that is what my third graders voted on for Halloween. I left with clear nails and red toes, and cried my eyes out of frustration in front of the entire nail salon. I hope I learned my lesson this time. What a horrific, horrific experience. In fairness, the man that finally did my nails, and the woman that did my boyfriends' were both apologetic and helpful and did a good job. Unfortunately, won't be returning and will never recommend. The service gets worse every time. From the reception to the techs, rude and bad attitudes. No foot rub or lotion during pedicure, though advertised. Gel mani doesn't last. Everyone looks and acts miserable and the bad energy from them affects my experience. It's just not a welcoming or relaxing atmosphere. Especially considering the high price and recent unreasonable price increase. I'll spend my money where my patronage is appreciated. read more

I tried this place three times to see if maybe it was just me or an anomaly that the service was bad. I loved Lily who did such an amazing job on my nails...but the guy who greets you when you first walk in is just plain annoying and rude. The first time he was the same technician who did my nails, he burned me with the rotary tool and cut my nail cuticle which I bled from, and then he looks at me like I insulted him when I jerked my hand. I can't keep ignoring HIS bad customer treatment so I'm out. Wait times are also bad even with an appointment; I wish they would just be honest and communicate with u that they are running late. read more

I needed to treat my feet to a spa so I decided to give this place a try. Walking in and seeing it was busy I asked the receptionist, "if walk-ins were welcomed and how long is the wait?" The girl was sweet and answered my questions. After washing my hands I browsed at the wall with all the nail polish colors. The manager walks in and pointed at Margarita to assist me with a pedicure. I followed her and she gestured for me to sit at the massage chair. Prior to placing my feet in the water I asked about the pedi service and what were my options. She pointed to a kit and recited a price, when asked about how long will the massage be she quoted, "it will be an extra $10" after 30min. A gentlemen nearby attempted to help her by answering my questions. It appears as if she was not well informed of all the different pedicure services they offered, after a few minutes of trying to understand what type of service I was about to received and her rude, abrupt responses, I decided to ask if I can wait for the gentleman to finish with his client. At this time Margarita become extremely rude and gestured for me to go because she has "other customer anyways." As I was walking out, I spotted the manager and made sure he was aware of what had just transpired. He then apologized and offered to do my pedicure himself. When I sat down, however, another technician, Tiffany, walks in. Tiffany was a delight, her customer service was exceptional. I ended up having a decent experience. Excellent service! I love the way my Dip nails came out. I am a very picky person with my nails because I like them to look as natural as possible & they came out better than I expected. Lilly is very detailed and patient, she did an amazing job! The manager Steven brought out so many light pink colors because I didn't know which to choose from he was very helpful and also you could tell his goal was for the customer to be 100% satisfied. Not only was she on her phone the entire time, she is sitting there coughing up a storm the entire time! I asked to speak to a manager and he said he didn't care and hung up the phone! The salon opens at 930, my mom and I had pedicure appointments at 930... it's now 10:02 and my water is just being filled (mom is over 1/2 way done). If this was the first time we had issues, I wouldn't be writing this.... Last time we came in, the lady my mom had was on FaceTime with her family the whole time, and because she wasn't paying attention she nipped my moms skin and made her bleed, and then didn't put a top coat on so we were back the next morning having the polish re-done. The guy who sits up front (maybe owner/manager) always says "tell me and I'll make it better" but I'm not going to come to something that's supposed to be relaxing and complain every time. Had a 10:30 am appointment for a pedicure. My wife and I waited until 11:00. There were 2 staff there doing nails. At 11:15 a customer walked in and went immediately to get a pedicure because she had a specific appointment. The manager, who is rude and unprofessional, told us it was our fault because we were impatient. By 11:25 we chose to leave. He made no attempt to apologize or to rectify the problem. The spa lost 2 good customers who were going on average every 3-4 weeks. Poor business practices. Let's see if an apology is forthcoming. Doubt it. read more

DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE!!! They take advantage of their new customers and will overcharge you. I went there with my mom to get a regular pedicure, and they charged me for a spa pedicure. When confronting their manager, they did not apologize, stated that it was a miscommunication on their part, and refused to give the difference back. I had asked for a REGULAR pedicure ($26.00) and eyebrow wax ($10.00), and my mom had asked for a REGULAR manicure ($16) and pedicure ($26.00). They also charge $0.69 for a card fee. With 8% of Weston Tax, the total should have come out to $84.93. I asked to give my nail salon artist a 20% tip which brings the grand total to, $101.92. They charged my bank account $176.69 saying that me and my mom asked for a spa pedicure. I went there on April 1st in the afternoon, and my sister went the next day in the morning. She had an appointment scheduled for 11am for a full set of acrylic and pedicure. They made her wait for 30 minutes before getting to her. She got charged for a regular pedicure for $26.00 and that's when I realized they over charged me. They weren't even able to do her full set of acrylic. This place is dishonest and are completely unprofessional. They are playing business and have no clue what they are doing. read more
