I can honestly say I have finally found my perfect nail technician in this place! DANI is the answer to my prayers!! Since moving to Broward in February, I have been in search for a decent pedicure, with a gel manicure that does not peel off in 3 days. Dani is meticulous in her work! I suffer from ingrown toenails, and no other place in this county has had anyone who comes even close to how well she handles them for me. She is so great that she convinced me to give a gel manicure another shot with her. Words cannot express my surprise in the time and presision that she took while applying my polish. I am 7 days in so far and not even a chip has ruined my manicure. The nail salon is great with a huge selection of colors and options. Prices are a bit higher than expected, but the satisfaction I got from my visit totally backed that up. The Instagram shows something completely different than what they offer at the salon, I went in with an inspo picture and had to switch nail techs three times !!! If you can't do it just tell me that !! Priscilla did half my service after switching the design many times cuz she couldn't do it, I had to tell her to add another coat to kind of play off the fact that she started my nail very far away from the cuticle then she was going to start painting right away and I had to indicate her to file them! I shouldn't have to provide instructions ... then somebody else came to end up doing a complement different design and it still wasn't great, apparently Priscilla couldn't do it because she had another appointment which is still very unprofessional to just get up because you have somebody else like I wasn't there ..?? Then she still ended up coming back and got food delivered so I don't know to what extent what's true or not. Unfortunately, the boy who attended me was extremely clumsy, he didn't know what he was doing, his hands were shaking all the time, he doesn't know how to use the cuticle pusher, nor the cuticle cutter. It was also impossible for me to submerge my feet because the water was too hot and full to the top, and he was washing my feet the hose, with cold water. First and last time here. I called around 4:30p to make an appt and told them I wanted to get those holographic butterflies, I was told they have techs who do it no problem. The next appt they had available was for 6:30p. I was greeted by a nice lady who helped me by showing me all the available butterflies they had available. The guy that did my nails was obviously rushing to leave, he wouldn't let my nails soak long enough and just kept drilling at them to take off the dips that I came in with. I had to pull my hand away because it hurt he got my cuticle from working so fast. Every step felt rushed, and he used acrylic on my dip nails for the butterflies which I've never seen before. I called to see if they had an appointment available for the same day and they did. I got Lina, she was great, very delicate and professional. However their prices are higher than you find at other salons and it's not worth it. They charged me $65 for gel mani and regular pedi, no special designs, no changing shape of nails or anything. And that's not including tip. I regularly tip $10 for both mani and pedi so paying a total of $75 for doing my nails it's a no for me. read more

I had nice jewels on some nails, now they're naked! And then 4 days later, a whole nail falls off. I don't do much to require them to fall off so fast, and other salons i go to I could last to about a month! This is rHowever, this place gives THE BEST pedicures and my gel toes last a good month. Im a Nail tech and sometimes Im a little lazy to do my own nails. I just got my nails done with Kevin monday Feb 26 i was told $65 for gelx with soak off included on the phone . First time here and I was charged $90.. $25 more I didn't know i needed to bring my own buffer and file so they charged me for the kit. In my salon we don't charge for any kit at all because we have files and buffers to replace each client or after 1 day.. Usually your suppose to seal really good around the cuticle area and side of the nail for them to last a month or have no lifting. I have 2 nails already lifting and my edges were not properly sealed. I'm not sure if he has had much of experience with Gelx but it was not it and i'm a gelx nail tech.. read more

My daughter tried this place for Dip manicure--After just 1 week the nails started falling off!! This is unheard of. DO NOT bother wasting your time or money here. Horrible customer service. When I called, the receptionist told me many people that had their nails done with Lina had complained with the same problem--they were falling off after just days. I would not recommend going here unless you have your own technician. My daughter decided to get her nails and feet done for a formal event which she paid for out her own money. To begin with, she asked for an acrylic fill and replace 3 nails. When they were about to do her nails they switched it to gel x, causing them to soak off her acrylics and charge her for a full gel x set and the soak off. This is not what she originally asked for and planned on paying for. Aside from arriving at 5:15 and leaving at 7:35 for a mani-pedi with a technician who was obviously inexperienced. An experienced tech would not cut my daughter six times with their drill, she has the cuts to prove. He also didn't measure the nail properly causing my daughter's nail to go through the entire soaking off process and UV process multiple times. In the end, we left with French looking nails that hardly match the picture shown to the nail tech. The sizes are different for the nails and so are the French tips. They were cut extremely short with only one long nail. When questioned about the experience and the delay, the response given was "very experienced technician", although I beg to differ. Three different workers were instructing him and watching over him doing my daughter's nails. For the price, my teenager's hands look like it should have been a manicure for me, her mother. Least to say, my daughter left very unhappy with the result, having paid for them herself and hoping for nice nails for her event. read more

I have to write a detailed review on this salon after two exceptional experiences. The first time I visited I called and spoke with a young lady who went above and beyond explaining all my options and guiding me to the best professional to do high end art design and shaped nail extensions. She texted me links to the salon and practitioner Instagram pages so I can see their work. I was scheduled with Nastassia who is a Rock star nail artist and she did an incredible job. She took her time and focused on detail. Dani gave me one of the best gel pedicures I ever had. I opted to upgrade to have a callus Elimination with a power tool. Lol! Wow! My feet felt as soft as a baby's butt! She looked like she was sanding off my heal but the outcome was unbelievable. Today I left after another extraordinary art project with varied purple green Mylar striped encapsulated coffin shape with unicorn accent. Wow! So many cool names for name designs now. Opi watch out! These are super Lux designer nails that the pic won't do justice! Today's nails another amazing fill by Nastassia. Ahh! I'm in love with my nails! Life is Good! just want to add that Nastassia is a super sweet and creative young lady. I normally love this place but yesterday i was extremely disappointed. Leo is my favorite nail tech! He is fantastic. Yesterday I got a gel mani pedi & had a gift card to pay. When i went to the desk to check out, the lady was on her personal phone and took several minutes to hang up. On top of that, my gift card was 30$, which was perfect to cover my manicure, but later she told me my total was 80 DOLLARS!!! INSANE! I was hoping to pay about 25 after the gift card but not noticing my pedicure was 50 DOLLARS?! I've been coming here since day one and my pedicure has NEVER been $50. They told me this was regular price for a gel pedi. First of all, i would not of gotten a gel pedi if i knew it was $50!!! Every-time I've been there they ALWAYS charge me 30 for a pedicure. I find that it was pretty ridiculous. Not only was it my hundredth time here I'm sure, but the fact that i had to pay so much when i usually don't pay that amount?? It was very odd. Not to mention the fact they charged my friend $12 for her GEL MENI.... how odd. After discussing with her about my price for several minutes, i couldn't take it and had to step out. I'm not a person that leaves bad reviews, however I feel this one is necessary. I've been getting manicures for a long time given i'm in the service industry. It was my first time at Polished and will definitely be the last. I got a basic manicure on Fri. at about 1pm and by Sat. about 20% of the semi gloss had flaked off, and mind you I didn't work just went to a friends house for the night. After further inspection I also noticed that my nails were very uneven. I went back the next day to get them fixed and was treated so poorly. I asked if she could even out my nails and fix the semi gloss. The tech removed the polish and redid it but didn't fix the shape. Upon finishing, being rude and dismissive, I asked if she was going to reshape them she, walked away sat down and went on her phone. So disrespectful. I'm not sure if I got poor service because i'm a guy..? I left a 20% tip...? After going to the same nail spa for more than 10 years, I stop at Polished Nails spa one day because my daughter needed to wax her eyebrows and they don't do that at the other nail place they only do nails, and what a surprise, this place is beautiful, the nail polish selection is huge and organized, the spa itself is super well decorated, clean, modern, the employees super nice, so I decided to give it a try and get a manicure/pedicure....they didn't disappoint me, what a great job they did!!! I asked before making an appointment if they used the Apres system for applying the Apres tips. They said yes and I went to have my nails done. They first make you buy a sponge file and a nail file saying it is so you dont have to share with other people and it is your personal items. They charge $5 for this but then they use the nail clippers, bur filing bits, polish and the rest of the equipment that is used on everyone else. So this tale of having your own nail file and file sponge so that it is sanitary is just to fleece an extra $5 from the customer. When it came time to apply the materials to put on the nail tips it was all cheap materials that were not even Apres. First a common gel base that is usually used before applying the gel polish. This followed by some cheap liquid from an obscure manufacturer. I felt very cheated because on top of everything else they charged as it it was all an Apres system job. Im never going back there. They may use the Apres tips (which Im not so sure, they felt very flimsy) and that is it, the rest is garbage materials to make a profit. Very dissapointed read more

He cut them without asking how short I wanted them, filed them uneven, and grew agitated when I would stop him to check. I originally wanted a design and 2 fingers, he took it upon himself to choose a completely different color from the rest and began the design he could not do. Once I noticed, I told him it was completely different, he said " well that's the closest color we have." So then I had to tell him to remove it and to just give me the original color without any design. He let out an annoyed sigh and WENT EVEN MORE RUSHED this time around. I went in before Mother's Day weekend for acrylic nails, I wanted to get the sculptured nails without the fake nail glued on. The man doing my nails was trying to talk me out of it, he seemed like he did not want to do them that way but I insisted on wanting them done that way. I never got offered any drink or refreshments even though manicurist around were offering the clients, mine did not. It took a long time to do but the end result was great, I loved how they look but not 2 hours later my ring finger nail snaps in half while washing my hands. The next day my middle finger followed. I ended having repair two nails and now a third has broken for no reason. I heard great reviews from this salon and was excited to try it but fell greatly disappointed in their customer service as well as the quality of the product. Since deciding to get my acrylics again, this has been my go to nail salon for the past six months. I absolutely love my nail tech Liz. She does my nails exactly how I want them every single time. I only wish that the salon had a better customer-service guarantee. I always pay extra to get Gel Polish, and it has always lasted me up to three weeks with no chips; with the exception of 1 occasion (This is in no way my nail techs fault, but rather the polish that was used that time.) The gel polish started to lift from my thumb the very next day. Since it had not lifted a completely, I simply glued it down and I wasn't going to make a big deal about it. However the following day other nails started to lift in the same manner. I called the salon on the 3rd day-after my service to complain. I was told they could not see me that day, but to come in the next day 1st thing in the morning. I showed up at 10 AM the very next day and was surprised to find some resistance from the receptionist to get my issue addressed. First she told me that I was not down for an appointment and there was nobody available to fix my nails. Then she went on to tell me it would not be a covered service since they only have a 72 hour guarantee. I was extremely frustrated with the situation, and I feel that if I had not been as persistent as I was, I would been left with "Sorry... there's nothing I can do about this." This was my first time here and I had men work on my hands and my feet, very haphazardly not really aware that some people are extremely sensitive. The pedicure was interesting, there was no time to soak my feet in the beginning as he got right to filing. The nail brush was a cactus! Couldn't let him continue with that part of the pedicure. First and last time here. Came in to get an acrylic fill. The nail tech's station was so incredibly dirty and the plexiglass looks like it hasn't been cleaned since May 2020. As soon as he pulled out his tools they were crusty, dirty, and smelled horrible. These are the precautions this business takes during covid? After the tech aggressively chipped at my nails and painted them, my total came to $40?! What kind of price is that for a FILL? Save your time and money before you come here.
