First, let me say that her prices are comparable to other companies offering the same services in the area but with Jenny, you aren't just another customer like the "chain" wax salons make you feel. Her salon is very clean and hygienic... super important! Jenny made me feel super comfortable and after my first visit, I felt like I had just spent time chatting with a friend! She gets to know her clients well. She knows what she is doing and she gets you in and out in what seems like no time at all with very little pain! I also like that she has an online booking service because my schedule is wacky and I don't like to book appointments in advance so whenever I'm ready to go, I can check her site and see what she has available and book it right away. I drive 30 minutes just to go to Jenny because I refuse to get waxed by anyone else!

I personally love this place for eyebrows, second year coming here but honestly would not recommend for lashes. It felt like a rush job. Felt chemicals in my eyes and I already know the placement was odd considering i've had my lashes done a few times by real professionals and this felt nothing like it. I over paid for lashes that didn't fully work out so now I have to pay someone else to fix them. Would not recommend for lashes at all. Stick to the name! Unfortunately threading left me with a few cuts, honestly not looking forward to coming again unless its my last choice.

An Exceptional Experience at Toi Spa…read more My daughter and I had the pleasure of visiting Toi Spa yesterday, and from start to finish, the experience felt incredibly thoughtful and elevated. What truly made our visit exceptional, however, was Nataly. Nataly's attention to detail is impeccable. She was meticulous, patient, and genuinely committed to making sure everything was perfect. You can immediately tell when someone takes pride in their craft, and Nataly absolutely does. What impressed me even more was the care she extended to my daughter. She was incredibly attentive, warm, and made her feel completely comfortable and special throughout the experience. That level of personalized service is something you don't always find, and it made our mother-daughter visit even more memorable. If you're anywhere near Miramar, put Toi Spa on your list and ask for Nataly. Whether you're treating yourself to some much-needed self-care or making it a special outing with someone you love, you'll be in wonderful hands. Nataly, thank you for making our visit such a beautiful experience. We'll absolutely be returning. Your hands and feet will thank you.
