Robin came highly recommended by a colleague who couldn't stop talking about how great she is, so I decided to book with her after hurting my back. I had bent over to grab something and suddenly felt this sharp pain on my right side just above my hip and butt area. It started spasming so badly that even breathing felt uncomfortable. After two days of ibuprofen and using a TENS unit, I was still having a hard time moving around. Thankfully Robin had an appointment available. From the moment I walked in, everyone was welcoming and helpful, which immediately put me at ease. Robin asked a few quick questions to understand what was going on and then got right to work. She spent extra time focusing on the painful area and really worked through the tension. I can honestly say I felt so much better after the deep tissue massage. The relief was noticeable right away. If you're dealing with muscle pain or just need someone who really knows what they're doing, I'd absolutely recommend Robin. read more

We threw our bride-to-be a bridal shower at Contour Day Spa and it turned out to be a wonderful day! We were told we could bring food and drinks and a room would be reserved for us to hang out in between services. It ended up not being a busy day for the spa, so we were actually able to spend the whole day enjoying the amenities. Most of the girls had massages booked, a few had the jacuzzi hydrotherapy soak, and the bride-to-be also had a hair appointment. Everyone raved about their services and our friend's hair was so fabulous we had to do a double take to recognize her! Initially I was preparing to give a lower rating because the place is a bit dated as far as the lockers, a few areas of peeling paint, no real privacy to change behind sheer curtains... but the level of customer service bumped the experience up to 5 stars. Nancy was the person to welcome us when we arrived and she made sure we had everything we needed the entire day! She went above and beyond to make sure that we were enjoying ourselves. Extremely Disappointing Experience - 2026 Mother's Day Visit I am writing to express my deep disappointment with my recent experience at Contour Day Spa, which unfortunately turned what was meant to be a very special Mother's Day gift into a stressful and upsetting situation. This visit was especially meaningful to me because it was a gift from my 21-year-old daughter, who is a full-time student and worked hard to save enough money to treat me. She scheduled and paid in full for an 80-minute hot stone massage with a specific massage therapist at least three weeks in advance. I personally confirmed the appointment by phone two weeks prior to May 9, 2026, and it was again confirmed upon my arrival. Despite these confirmations, the experience quickly became disorganized. After checking in, I was taken upstairs where no one was present, had to return downstairs for assistance, and was later informed there were no available lockers, forcing me to carry my belongings into the massage room. The massage itself began late, and shortly after starting, I was told it would only be 50 minutes instead of the 80 minutes that had been booked and paid for. The therapist had to stop the session to verify the discrepancy, taking additional time away from my already shortened service. I was then told that my appointment had somehow been scheduled for a different date and that I was being "fit in," which is completely inaccurate and was never communicated to me at any point. After the session, I spoke with the front desk and was only offered a partial refund of $37 plus the $11 charged at check-in. When I explained that this was not my error and requested the remaining 30 minutes of service, I was told I would need to pay full price for another appointment. This response was both unreasonable and disappointing, especially given that the issue stemmed entirely from the spa's internal miscommunication. What should have been a relaxing and meaningful experience instead caused frustration, stress, and disappointment, not only for me, but for my daughter who made this thoughtful effort. The lack of accountability and customer care in resolving this situation was truly disheartening. I sincerely hope this matter is reviewed and addressed, as no guest, especially on a meaningful occasion like Mother's Day, should leave feeling this way. read more

The facility could def use some upgrades/modern touches. It felt very outdated and some areas had duck tape on them or out of order signs. My masseuse, I didn't catch her name but I did a 70 min Swedish massage and fell asleep on the table. She massaged my head, face, arms, back, feet . After the massage I had access to the sauna and steam room. The steam room had me feeling like a lobster in a hot pot. The facility provided lockers, slippers, and robes for our use. read more

My husband got me a 80 minute massage as a gift for Mother's Day and I was so excited because I had previously enjoyed the massages here. This time around I was a little disappointed..as much as she was sweet and hopefully didn't mean any harm -- the masseuse kept trying to make small talk. At first I was dry with my answers to give a subtle hint but she kept being so persistent in knowing so much about me I just gave in to not ruin it for myself any longer. I love to talk but I just felt like that was the wrong time. You'd believe people just want to relax and not have to talk when the ambiance is already set for that. To top it off, her phone kept going off and she had to keep stopping to tend to it.. I also wasn't a fan of her technique as I've had the same masseuse the first two times who was absolutely amazing. This time around I felt like I was just getting rubbed back and forth in the same motion with an ocasional elbow. She massaged one hand but didn't the other. Maya was amazing! It's been a while like nearly 10+ years since I've been here. The last time I was here, the service and massage was ok. I moved to downtown Fort Lauderdale and found a cheaper and way better option for a Swedish massage, which was my go-to at the time. For Christmas, I recieved a gift card for Contour, which brought me back. I'm so glad I found Maya! I now live in the area again and don't have to travel across town for a massage anymore. Her lympthatic drainage massages are fantastic and if you're interested in learning about the technique as she's going it she educates in the most peaceful, uninterrupting way. Maya has found a loyal client in me and I highly recommend that you give her a try!!! I want to start by saying I have always loved this place and I have never had anything to complain about until today. 1) When I first got there, they did not give me the massage therapist that I booked and they didn't say anything about it either. 2) the massage therapist cell phone kept going off during my massage which was really distracting and annoying. I paid $162 for an hour and 20 minute massage. 3) They had no towels in the sauna area on the rack. It was empty. While I was in the sauna, someone took my robe, so I had to sit there and waited for someone to come around to ask for a robe and a towel. 4) when I finished with the sauna, I went to the showers and there was no body wash in the dispenser. I'm just really disappointed. It's not the usual experience. read more

really wanted to love my experience at Contour Day Spa, especially since my sister gifted me a massage for my bachelorette weekend. Unfortunately, it fell short in a way that left me genuinely sad. My mom arrived a few minutes late after rushing from work, so our massages started slightly behind schedule. While my sister and mom each received their full service time, my masseuse ended my session early because she said she needed to catch her bus. As a result, I waited alone outside for about 25 minutes until my sister finished, and my mom came out about 10 minutes later. It was supposed to be a shared, celebratory moment for all of us, and instead I felt cut short and left out. When I politely voiced my concern afterward, I was told nothing could be done because the massages were purchased during a discounted weekend. For such a special occasion, this was really disappointing. I hope the spa considers honoring service times consistently, regardless of staff schedules or promotions, so that future guests don't leave feeling the way I did. read more

1 Star I had a terrible experience at Contour Day Spa and will not be returning. We booked VIP services but didn't receive anything close to that level of treatment. First, they weren't ready when we arrived for our appointment, cutting into our massage time -- we did NOT get the full hour we paid for. The massages themselves were extremely disappointing. Both Sara and Ricky seemed rushed and unskilled, and it felt like they were just going through the motions. On top of that, they didn't even bother to wipe the oil off us afterward, which made the whole experience feel careless and unprofessional. For the price and the promise of a "VIP" experience, this was a major letdown. Save your money and go elsewhere. read more

I went to contour day spa for the first time. Firstly, the ambiance of the spa is welcoming and clean, not to mention the smiles on everyone's faces after their services. I was recommended to Maya. She is absolutely amazing! I was very tense and my left arm I wasn't able to lift up, after leaving maya's massage table, I felt light, relaxed and pain free! I had been to Contour Day Spa a few times in the past & this year my husband bought me a massage membership for Valentine's Day. Basically it means I can get a 50 minute Swedish massage or a facial once a month. I have been very impressed with all the massages I have had and I've had male and female massage therapists. I highly recommend Debbie or Robin if you want a female or for a little more of a deep tissue massage and a male therapist I recommend Namido. I was really happily surprised that I have been able to get appointments every time I've called on the day and time I wanted. They have many rooms and many massage therapists. The facility is beautiful with lots of parking and easy check-in. The ladies' locker room is full of large lockers and they always provide silky Contour Day Spa robes, flip flops, and water bottles for guests. Plus after a massage you are welcome yo use the sauna, steam room, showers, etc. They even have shampoo, razors, shower caps, blow dryers and several other amenities if you want to freshen up before you go out. The only thing I wasn't crazy about is that the sauna is co-ed. (it wasn't on my first few visits.) In addition yo the spa services; they offer all kinds of hair and nail services. They even offer "vagina steaming" which sounded strange to me, and they sell all kinds of handbags and boutique-style jewelry downstairs. Overall Contour Day Spa is a convenient and lovely place to pamper yourself or a friend/family member. read more

I came with some neck pain and stress out the door. Sara was not only intuitive but professional snd kind. She made me feel at home. She asked me how I felt and found points in my body I didn't know needed attention. My neck feels brand new. I feel brand new! We recently visited Contour SPA. I invited my girlfriend for her birthday to a massage while I got a facial. This is not a SPA! There was no one to greet you, no service, no towels! , no water or tea. Decoration was dated, dark and creepy. Luckily the massage was decent as well as the facial but not worth the visit. I complained to the manager after the treatments as she wasn't around when we arrived to our appointment. she acted surprised and defensive. She did nothing. read more
