They've updated their menus, as they offer more services since I've been back. I was looking for manual lymphatic massage, and this place had it! I was impressed by the overall technique and the gentleness that was provided. I also added a +$12 for a essential oil scalp massage. It was so relaxing. They have great specials on their website. The receptionist is so nice and friendly! yovanna was still there and she was great! read more

I came here a couple weeks ago for a microdermabrasion. It was my first visit here and my first time getting a microdermabrasion. I didn't know what to expect from either. The spa is very easy to find and clean inside. My esthetician was very thorough in cleaning my face and doing extractions before staring the microdermabrasion. When she got to the microdermabrasion portion of the facial, again, I felt my esthetician was very through and focused on areas of my face that really needed the attention. She used the microdermabrasion tool on some of my dark sports which were primarily on the right side of my face. After the facial, I felt as if my face was visibly brighter. Some dark spots I had on the right side of my face were lighter. I did have deep, red lines on the right side of my face after the procedure but I was told it would go away after a couple weeks. The red lines appeared on my face because the esthetician focused on certain areas and the back and forth motion of the tool on the same area, left me marked with red lines. A week or so later, my face broke out really badly where the esthetician primarily focused the microdermabrasion tool. Once my face healed, I had to worry about the dark spots that were left behind from my breakouts. I wasn't too happy and I don't think I will ever do a microdermabrasion again. This was my experience and how my face reacted but I would still recommend coming here as overall it was a good experience. read more

Their website uses the Vagaro app for gift card purchases. I downloaded the app and purchased a 60 minute couples massage for my husband. The price listed for a couples massage is $104.95. My husband then booked the couples massage. Upon arrival we are told the couples massage purchased is only for one person. We had to pay another $104.95 for the second person in the massage. At that point I had already purchased the gift card and was told that's how they have to list their "partner massage" because when booking two therapists are needed. I explained that was deceitful because when purchasing a couples massage gift certificate it's obvious that two therapists would be needed. They said that's just how the service is listed and said there was nothing they could do. They offered no apology, refund or complimentary service. The massage was just ok, nothing to rave about. The couples massage room was too bright and just basic. I've had better ambiance and massage for $209. read more

Yovana, Yovana, Yovana!! I cannot say enough good things about my experience here. I came in for a prenatal massage and by the time I left I was upset with myself that I had not scheduled a 90 minutes session. To say Yovana was attentive would be an understatement. She made sure to pay attention to my areas of concern, made sure the pressure was fine throughout the session and my favorite part; there was pregnancy pillow for me to lay on! Winning!! I will definitely be back before baby boy is due and I am definitely booking a 90 minutes session!!! read more

Loved my massage!! I forget her name, but I would definitely be back to experience her magic hands again she had very short hair. In the future, I'll update and when I find out her name her name. I also had a skin tightening facial that was delightful. It left my skin glowing and youthful. The ambience is great. I love the music. They played in the background and made me feel very relaxed. The staff was very kind and attentive. I highly recommend!!! read more

Attention to those of use who use massage as a lifesaving treatment for spinal injuries or any traumatic physical injuries: this is going to be a sufficient, not only but exceedingly incredible facility for massage. I've been desperately searching for a capable masseuse for years since I left Ohio where I had the best therapist I've ever known. I have recently been blessed to have found Yulia here at barehand spa who seems to specialize in deep tissue high pressure massage therapy, which I've received two sessions thus far that have alleviated the disabling pain I've held in my muscle tissue and nerves for the past few years. She knows how to manipulate the arms and legs to gain access to trigger points behind the shoulder blades, she knows exactly where my muscle "knots" are and always overcomes them through her massage technique. She asks you how hard you prefer the pressure and what areas you need. I'm not only grateful to have found her and this exceptionally professional establishment, but am now comfortable knowing I can build a beneficial relationship with someone who can get to know my injuries and ailments and help me heal them. If you need someone who can FIX your PAIN.. yulia is beyond the best massage therapist I've ever had. She's amazing. Can't say one negative thing about my experience here. 10000/10! *insert heart emoji* read more

Booked a deep tissue massage for neck pain I had been experiencing for weeks. The online scheduling was very easy. Arrived and was immediately accommodated. The massage was amazing. Yovana smoothed out a trigger point I had had for months. So happy to have found this gem. Woke up the next day with zero neck pain. Will return. read more

It was a good experience overall. I made an appointment and left a deposit as a first time customer and then I went ahead at the time of my appoint and was taken care of as soon as I filled out the form. The massage was nice and relaxing, I have definitely had better massages but this was also very good and professional, relaxing and comforting. I got a deep tissue massage and I like when I walk out completely without knots but they used a more gentle approach. I liked my masseuse she was very kind and comforting. I would definitely recommend and go again aswell read more

After a long busy weekend, my girlfriend and I decided we could use a massage and we were blessed to stumble across Barehandspa! My masseuse Adriana knew exactly what she was doing and hit every spot perfectly. Jackie took care of my girlfriend and she could not stop raving about how great it was. This definitely our new regular spot 10/10! read more

I'm a satisfied massage client who had tried the RF facial for the first time about 7 weeks ago. I also added the glow facial as recommended. This rating pertains to the facial services only. The glow did what it should as expected and experienced in past, unfortunately no immediate improvement nor to date has shown with the RF facial. I had hoped I'd see something to make another appt but I'm not wasting money with that service. They offer a lot of new anti aging procedures however I'm hesitant with the lack of patient portfolio and this not being a medical facility. Please post before/after photos in same lighting/position if you've had a positive experience with the anti aging procedures. They will continue to be my go to for massage and glow facials. read more

Friendly, clean, professional. I put my name on a waitlist on Friday. Often these requests seem to disappear and you never get called, but they called me later that day with an opening. It's a calming place, the massage was excellent, and I will return. Yovana clearly knows the body. I felt her full attention the whole hour. In just the hour she managed to what felt like realign my whole body. Pressure was deep, which I requested, but not painful. read more

I just had THE BEST prenatal massage with Yovana, I'm currently 38 weeks pregnant , very uncomfortable and swollen everywhere, Yovana not only listened to my concerns, she made sure to go on the specific areas of concern, she is a true professional , the staff were all nice and professional as well , I will definitely go back ! read more

I had a deep tissue massage here and my body feels like butter! I felt so bad for Yulia because I had 2 years worth of stress built up in my body but she found EVERY KNOT IN MY BODY! Even the one I didn't know I had in my left foot! The decor of the spa is relaxing and beautiful and if I could've gotten away with it I would've taken one of those waiting area chairs with me . All in all my experience was a 10/10! read more

Went for a hour massage. Suite was nice & clean. Yovana did a amazing massage, at one point I fell asleep. She really knows how to get the knots out. And her foot rub was also amazing. I will definitely be booking another appointment.. plenty of parking & it's located in the fountains. Her new location is beautiful, plenty of room's now. Facial & couples massages now offered. I've been going to Yovana for years. My mom & daughter use her. Love love love her read more

This morning I had an hour long massage with Yovana. Yovana did an amazing job! Yovana made sure to use the right amount of pressure. Usually I always think the pressure is too much, but Yovana made sure to do light/medium as my request. The oils and lotions she used smelled really nice. I liked the fact that Yovana used warm/hot towels to make sure the oils and lotions were off before I left - as I hate getting the oil/lotion all over my car. Both my grandma and my mom raved to me about how they loved Yovana (before I scheduled my appointment) and now I know why. I can't wait to book another massage with Yovana. read more

I would say slightly better than terrible. Marisol was my masseuse and to be honest, I asked for a deep tissue, and then requested she use more pressure 10 minutes into the massage, which she did not do. I went in to be relieved of my neck tension which usually causes me to have a headache and she rubbed the same areas around my scapulas applying pressure in areas that didn't make sense. The most annoying part is not the bad massage, but the fact that at the end she says you need a chiropractor for your neck. I get massages frequently to relieve my headaches and the right therapist always helps. Won't be going back. read more

I am so happy I came across BAREHANDSPA. This place is wonderful and their massage therapists are excellent and professional. These ladies are hardworking and dedicated to making their clients feel special. They recently moved to a new and bigger location in Davie and it is great to see them grow their business. My partner and I both see Anabel who has magical hands. She really listens to your concerns and works strategically to alleviate any pains or aches. Their prices are extremely competitive, especially their memberships. I highly recommend this spa! read more

I just had a 90 minute massage with Yulia and she was amazing! I will definitely be back!

Worst experience of my life! I recently had Lipo and found this place online for post op and called to make an appointment. I wanted to try this place because they offered a 20$ coupon for new customers. Once I arrived I laid down on the massage table and the "masseuse" waited for me to get comfortable and then said she needed me to pay "now" since I'm a new customer. I found this extremely unprofessional as she proceeded to go in my bag and take out my wallet. Then she informed me the credit card machine wasn't working. Now let's get to the "massage." I recently had a post Lipo massage that was incredible so I know what should be done. This "masseuse" began to poke me. I asked her why she was poking me and why she wasn't using lotion. She then told me she was "an American citizen and she didn't have to take this" and left me in the room. She ended this horrific experience by telling me to "go on pain pills" and to "get to a hospital," I left in tears! Worst experience ever! Do not go! read more

Love this place!!!! I've been coming here since Dec 2020 and I haven't had one complaint. The spa is super clean and modern. The staff is professional and don't pressure you for additional services.
