The woman did not argue but the clerk began to lie about who was In line first and kept repeating herself trying to shame the innocent woman who was actually first in line. The customer was patient with the rude clerk and asked the clerks name. I'm not sure if the clerk is really "Kimberly" but Kimberly was abusive to the customer. The store should fix the middle entry if they want to stop using it. It's been a middle entry situation for the five years I have been going there, there even used to be a small sign a few years ago, next to the bananas. The employee was not only incorrect about which customer was first but the Walgreens employee was abusive and rude to this average polite middle class female customer. It was appalling to witness.
