I have tried SO many of these places. They are all pretty good. Still, a key issue is communication with the staff (front desk mostly) to emphasize areas of treatment or what I want due to language barrier. Chi foot spa has someone at the front that speaks English PERFECTLY well. Furthermore , HELEN was the therapist I used twice now. I have never ever had such a great massage. Her technique, pressure and communication was stellar! Truly amazing! I went in with lower back pain 8/10. I left feeling amazing at pain levels about 2-3/10 Highly recommend!! read more

I've been to Chi Spa twice, and the massages are excellent. Both times I went in with real pain--once in my feet and another time in my neck and back--and the therapists did an amazing job. The spa itself is clean, quiet, and very relaxing. My only complaint is the checkout process. It's uncomfortable having the masseuse stand there watching while you're deciding how much to tip. On top of that, there's a sign suggesting tip amounts up to $50. It feels like unnecessary pressure and takes away from what was otherwise a great experience. Tipping should feel voluntary, not intimidating. Makes me feel like they are not paying the masseuse. If they changed the checkout process to give customers more privacy, the experience would be close to perfect. I'd still return because the massages are that good. read more

I really love this Spa, conveniently located very clean and the price is decent, i've recommended them in the past to a few friends of mine

If you're on your feet all day for work or constantly dealing with tight calves and tired feet, this place is a must-visit. The ambiance is relaxing, the staff is fantastic, and you'll walk out feeling noticeably lighter and refreshed. Highly recommend. Amanda and Lisa were absolutely amazing! We will definitely be back and more frequently. read more

Chi Foot Spa - Massage Therapy Near Me - Pembroke Pines, Florida

I was looking for a spa that provided reflexology as a service and also a body massage . I I found you guys on TikTok through a view great review posts and decided to check you guys out. Oh Amanda! She gave the best deep tissue massage I've ever had! She noticed right away my shoulders were tight and I had knots all over. She did an amazing job with her techniques. She massages muscles I didn't even know I had pain in! I highly recommend! read more

I've been coming to Chi Foot spa for years! They are hands down my favorite massage place over any other "chain" name. They seem to be family-owned, the staff is always very warm and attentive. They offer a variety of reflexology focused massage therapy but my go-to is always the foot massage that includes a short nevh ad shoulder massage too! The place is small but well distributed- foot massage area is small beds separated with curtains for privacy. When you lay down for your service, you get a blanket on your body and a warm towel draped over your eyes. In my experience throughout The years, the masseuse always communicates with you what areas they're working on/what they recommend. They also use Chinese medicinal oil! Their body massage is also under $100 and is just as great with hot stones, oils, and even a moment where you get a back walk to finish off ?this is optional haha) Overall, a great hidden gem! I can't gatekeep it any longer. read more

Wonderful location! Do not be fooled by the reception area. Called and made an appointment super fast with Tiffany for the next day. Hour long body massage and 30 minute foot massage. We were led to a private room as it was a couples massage. You lay one bed in front of each other on individual massage tables. We removed our clothes and laid face down on the tables with a clean soft sheet on us. Then they came in and started the massage. I am very sensitive and in constant pain. They switched me to be massaged by Tiffany. She was amazing and didn't hurt me at all. I felt so great during and after the massage! I didn't want to leave! Need to unwind go to CHI Foot Spa!! read more

Hello! No sooner did I sit down that the the upselling began. It was like being in a car dealership with a pushy salesman. I asked for a 60 minute foot massage and then that was changed to 30 minute body/ 30 minute foot massage, and then 45 minute body/ 15 minute foot massage. There were nonstop questions asking if I wanted to change the length or add services. It was not relaxing and unprofessional and pushy. During the body massage the upselling to a longer time or adding oils continued. This was framed as "You really need.." At one point, I raised my head and and said,"Stop trying to sell me stuff." When I went to pay, the young lady at the desk told me I had to pay for a 60 minute body massage. I asked,"I had only 45 minutes of body massage and 15 minute foot massage?" and she replied,"This is considered an hour body massage." I expressed my concerns about the barrage of upselling and she said she would tell the owner (?) the manager (?). If I could give this no stars I would. I defintely do not recommend. read more

I had a 60min body + 30 min massage and feel awful. The massagist didn't speak any english and she kept leaning her elbow in my back for a very long time, without moving to other parts of the body. She barely touched my arms and the foot massage is not worth it. Very sore the next day and had to take 2 Aleve to exercise read more

I visited this reflexology/massage place with my three sisters and brother-in-law, and unfortunately, it was one of the worst service experiences we've ever had. To start, the quality of the massages--both foot and back--was incredibly poor. None of the staff appeared trained or knowledgeable in proper technique, and not a single person in our group enjoyed their service. The staff also didn't speak English, which made it impossible to communicate any preferences or concerns during the session. What made things worse was the constant pressure to upgrade or add more services while we were already on the table. This made us feel beyond uncomfortable. The woman at the front desk was just as unprofessional. When asked basic questions about reflexology, she clearly had no idea what it actually was--highly concerning for a place that advertises itself as a reflexology spa. On top of that, she tried to guilt us into tipping despite the awful service. Tipping is a choice, not an obligation, especially when the service is subpar or, in this case, downright terrible. The checkout system even prompted a $20 minimum tip--for a $15 cupping session that was rushed, sloppy, and poorly done. I still left a small tip out of decency, but it certainly wasn't earned. Bottom line this place was unprofessional and a complete waste of time. I wouldn't return even if it were free, and I absolutely wouldn't recommend bringing friends or family here read more

My daughter and I had the worst massage ever. Unable to communicate with the persons since they only spoke Chinese. They did what they wanted, it was so painful using knuckles over bony prominences. They rubbed and rubbed until the skin was on fire. On top of it when paying, they suggested a minimum of $20 tip. I believe those ladies maybe just getting paid that tip. Very bad and very sad. I have never experienced anything like this! read more

Great massages for a great price! Professional masseuses! Clean and friendly! Would definitely recommend!

This was hands down the best massage I've ever received. Do not waste your time at at "high end hotel". THIS IS THE PLACE! Both me and my partner left feeling better than ever and super refreshed. Customer service was amazing from start to finish. Can't wait for my next visit! Thank you guys again! read more

Evan is amazing highly recommend went above and beyond I feel brand new. I was tense and in so much pain

Went back today after not being here in a while. I really liked this place but service is not the same. They also added a tip board which I find tasteless. Will not be turning. read more

I have been here over 3 times my husband and I. Never an issue. Today 5/11 on Mother's Day, very disappointed. I called made an appt. 1 day before for 11am... for a 2hr massage for my mom ( first time) and myself ( 4 time) I was called back later ask to move it to 1:30pm. We both arrived for our appointment with May and Evan! When I arrived with my mother I was told they can only do my mom because they took someone else that had an appt. That is ridiculous. How can u give my appt. to someone else. Or you book 2 people with Evan. Even loss money because the person they took was less then 2hrs and gave less tip of $28... That is very unfair and they didn't even care. Didn't even offer me another time. I will think twice before I come again... read more

Very bad service. Plus, they up charge for everything without informing the customer first

I've been here before and loved it. Stopped in as a walk-in and was taken right back for a 30 min body/30 min foot massage. The place smells like menthol and it's unpleasant. It feels dingy inside and it's not kept quiet. The massage was extremely underwhelming. The foot massage was nothing close to reflexology and the body massage was mostly just pushing. I felt a hot stone on my back and that was nice, but brief. Laying there, I knew i wouldn't be back. When I left, the $60 I expected to pay increased to $65 and I went to tip $10 and was asked to tip more. What? I'd try another place if you want an enjoyable experience. read more

I loved it!!! It was clean and cute looking. Wendy, her American name, did a fabulous job. I feel so much better and I want to go back each day and get more. I will use this place each time I'm in the area. I have used them two other times and I had someone different each time. I am pleased with the service, I just feel awkward because everyone expects you to tip everywhere you go now, and when you pay for a service it's supposed to be paying for your services but now you fill your tip is paying for your service... and is just awkward. read more

I have been a weekly customer of the Chi Foot Massage for many years and, until recently when family health concerns have restricted my ability to leave my home, have depended upon their wonderful services to allow me to continue to walk and enjoy a fruitful life. I am 92 years old and, because of growing neuropathy, I have been losing the feeling in my feet and legs. The massage therapists at Chi have maintained the circulation those extremities well enough for me to walk without the cane recommended by my neurologist. Elsa and her father have always given me a warm welcome. I would highly recommend this business to anyone who needs or wants the services they offer. read more

Absolutely love going here. Been many times and have brought many people here. Although im partial to the guy masseurs, all are very good there. Its clean and professional and they know their biz. I would recommend though that when you go in you a tually point out the massage (s) that your getting and also any add ons because language is limited but not a problem if you point out beforehand:) I get the 1hoyr foot with the 1 hour body for $95 i add on the chinese oil so i pay $103 for 2 hours of heaven! Kevin is one of my favs! But as i said above they all are really first rate:) read more

I saw the overwhelmingly good reviews and figured I'd try this foot spa since it's a little closer than the one in Davie I usually go to. It was a spur of the moment trip with my 13 year old, as he just wrapped up a long soccer season with a tournament and was feeling like getting pampered. With nothing else going on, I told him to call and get us an appointment. That was the only time we were on the same page with this place, unfortunately. He calls and asks for a foot massage for two of us at 7:30. They ask "what type of massage?" He says "just the feet." Sure, reflexology may be the best answer, but I've been in foot spa's all around, including many in seedy areas of Las Vegas, and when you say feet, they know the drill no matter how bad their English is. We show up, and they ask "hey are you the ones that called?" I said yes, looking at the clock seeing we're exactly on time. "What type of massage do you want? She asks..... "He booked a foot massage. We both just want our feet, no body." Her reply caught me off guard "Okay so you go 60 minutes and he goes 30." To which I replied "No. Why would I do that and leave my son alone? 30 each please." She leads us into the hallway and I see the standard day bed type things you get the bucket of hot water by and I immediately sit down and take off my shoes. She shakes her head "no, no, no. Over here" and points me to a room with a closed door and a bed. The type of bed Robert Kraft would lay down in and love, but I wasn't looking for a massage nor a happy ending. I wanted my feet rubbed, kneaded, and caressed. So I bring this up to the woman, and said "NO BODY RUB...FOOT MASSAGE." She points to the bed and says "yes, foot massage, right here. Right here, he come." Okay, I pride myself in cutting bait in situations I can't win, but this is ridiculous. She's clearly not telling the truth or this place does their foot massages on tables, with closed doors, and without a bucket of hot water. As my son gets led to another room, I'm like "Okay, let's give them the benefit of the doubt here, maybe they warm you up here and move you...." But first, she pops her head in and says "you go 60, he goes 30, right?" I'm like "NOOOOOOOO. 30." I get the massage, and other than lifting up and dropping my feet to the table a few times to stretch them, the feet weren't touched. I'm angry the whole time, just wondering what my son thinks in the other room. Finally, it's done. 30 minutes is up. The masseuse (zero English) walks away. I meet the woman in charge in the hallway and ask my son quickly how it went. "It wasn't a foot massage." I knew this, of course. When she asks how it was I reply "It wasn't what I asked for, four times." She replied with "but you want body massage." I gave her a look of death and shook my head, trying to take the high road yet tell her she's an idiot with my eyes. Then she presses further and gives me this karate chop motion with her hands and says "you get that on your feet, yeah?" Actually, no.....I'm thinking to myself. So I just say "the foot spa beds are right there, we told you what we wanted on the phone, in the lobby, and in the room. This was not a foot massage, but whatever." She then goes on to try to charm us, saying "oh your boy so handsome." To which I ignore and just carry on. I shouldn't have paid, but I'm not like that. It's $60 for two of us, so I whip out my wallet and pay. She sees cash and asks for it, but screw her, I'm not doing her any favors. I said you can run my card. She then cites a $2 fee, which to their credit was posted on a note by the machine, but still, whatever. She runs the card, and then says "wait you can leave a tip here." I don't say anything and just leave it zero, and then she asks if I want a printed receipt, to which I decline as well. Then she has the audacity to ask "do you want to leave a tip on the card or were you going to do cash?" I took this opportunity to say "there will be no tip. We didn't get what we asked for, but we did get service, which is the only reason I'm paying. You know damn well what we asked for and we didn't get it. I'm just going to cut bait and get out of here. "Oh but you say body massage," she continues with her idiotic lies. "No, clearly I didn't. Did we talk about this buddy?" I ask my son, who nods his head and gives them a look like are you f-ing kidding me lady? By now three people are all talking Mandarin and clearly frustrated. They try to talk to me with their b.s. and I just said "goodnight, it's not worth my time. You know what you did." And that's that. A very disappointing experience. If I was some noob to foot spa's, didn't know how they worked, or the lingo, or anything like that, I'd take some blame, but I could NOT have been more direct, or given more benefit of the doubt that they actually knew what they were doing. You can tell by her pushiness and lies. read more

I have been wanting to get a foot massage for a while now. The reason for three stars was because the massage started off with feet only. I saw other patrons getting a back massage also so not sure of that was part of the package but it was not offered to me as a first time customer. Also I was hoping some lower leg rub would be included but it was only done on one leg not the other?! . There is a fee to pay by credit card - just heads up. read more

Massage was good and price for service is pretty high which I had no problem paying. But then I was told my tip was not enough And I have to give more As far as I know tips not mandatory and to be force to pay what they want is ridiculous As there prices are already high tip should be already included . They need to have a sign saying that tips are 20% for there store and it is mandatory. Instead of a sign saying suggested tip and then they don't like the one they got. Consumers beware read more

Chi Foot Spa - Waiting area - Massage Therapy Near Me - Pembroke Pines, Florida

Clean, friendly staff. I booked my massage through ClassPass and it went smoothly. I did the combo massage (30 mins body + 30 mins foot/reflexology). The massage was good and firm enough that I felt all my muscle knots were being worked. I was instructed to lay on the bed facing down with a bath towel to cover my body. 1. Body massage- first was a massage over the towel, then an oil massage, ending with a hot stone massage 2. Foot massage- reflexology, foot/lower leg. It's great for people that have problems with foot pain. Would not recommend if you have wounds, infections, etc. Or if you're ticklish. They followed COVID precautions- temp check at the door and everyone was wearing masks, including clients. read more

Absolutely amazing, this place is not high end but the service is high end. They do a better job than any fancy place. I absolutely love it and this is my second 90 minute massage with 20 minute foot massage. I feel renewed and we tent to forget to papered ourselves. We come first and our body & mind are the most important thing to continue the hustle & work. I am very happy and pleased. This place is not expensive but please tip them well, at least $15/20 dollars. They are super nice and work very hard. read more

Absolutely worth it! The foot massages are amazing! Everytime i go, i fall asleep for a little bit. It is so relaxing and once it's all over you feel lile you are walking on clouds! The only thing is that you will hear people talking at times which is a bit annoying so maybe bring some earplugs, hopefully they read this and make some efforts to correct that. For other than foot massage you are in a closed room so no noise there. Overall it is great! read more

Hadn't been here in a while and with all that's been going on I really needed to destress. When my BF suggested that we call to make an appointment I was beyond ready for a massage. I had the 60 minute Reflexology Foot massage which also includes an upper body, neck and hand massage. My BF opted for the Combo massage which is 1/2 body and 1/2 foot but in a private room for a more in depth massage. They will have you sanitizer your hands, they are taking your temp. and everyone is wearing masks. After our massages I observed them cleaning the stations and wiping them down with alcohol. Got my water bottle for the road. We both walked out feeling brand new and promising to come back soon. A total hidden gem and well worth it. read more

Love this place! Been coming here once a month or more for the last 5 years. Service is excellent and massages are wonderful.

It's a relaxing place, staff is pleasant and very accommodating! Always have availability as well as can be plan ahead.

Love this place- very good price for an hour massage- $35 or $40 (don't recall exac...you can't beat it!! It's a great way to relax and refresh, clear your mind, and promote a positive outlook. Always clean, quiet, and relaxing. Highly recommended- and for guys that think this is not your thing- I challenge you to give it a try. Life can be very stressful impacting your mood and approach with family and friends and this provides an opportunity for you to sit back and put things in perspective. One thing I will recommend is to let your masseuse/ masseur know if the pressure is too much - so that it is totally enjoyable based on your needs. OK- SO HERE IS MY UPDATE: I'm NOT HAPPY THAT YOU'RE CHARGING 2 (TWO) EXTRA DOLLARS BECAUSE I USED A CREDIT CARD. Your cards say $35 but you charge $37 if a customer uses a credit card. The first time it happened i WAS NOT happy- and when I didn't want to offer up most of my cash the second time- I was definitely NOT PLEASED. There's a nice place on Pines that offers the same services- perhaps I'll go there next time. Not nice CHI read more
