To top it off, I was given a $48 gift card for a one-hour massage that was purchased on February 13, 2026. The gift card clearly states it is valid for 180 days and does not expire until August 12, 2026. On August 5, I called to schedule an appointment for August 6--a full week before the gift card expired. The employee asked when the gift card had been purchased. The moment I told her the purchase date, she flatly said "No" and refused to schedule my appointment or honor the gift card. There was no explanation, no attempt to help, and no offer of another appointment. Instead, I was treated with rudeness and hostility. Selling gift cards and then refusing to honor them while they are still valid is unacceptable. It feels like they are happy to take your money but have no intention of providing the service they promised. I will be filing a complaint with the Florida Attorney General's Consumer Protection Division and the BBB because consumers deserve better than deceptive business practices. If you're thinking about buying a gift card here, don't. You may end up paying for a service you never receive.
