    Great selection of colors!

Lovely spot. Always clean& rarely a wait. The staff is very sweet. Prices are average - not the cheapest but not the most expensive. Hannah was my tech, quick & super kind.

I went first thing in the morning and was able to get in and out quickly. I got regular polish which unfortunately began chipping within days on my hands. The polish on my toes lasted much longer.

Anyway because practically many other salons turned me down and asked me to find another salon when they found it challenging to groom my left side, I was apprehensive to see if they were professional enough to groom my left hand. I was pleasantly surprised when their technician Ken was willing and able to groom both hands beautifully. I gave this review only three stars because when I returned several weeks later for my refill, Ken was not there so I asked the male manager (or owner whomever he is) if he would kindly service me, we'll he did and complained about how difficult it was for him. He did just an okay job because it was obvious about 15 min in that he was not skilled to do pink and white acrylic. When I returned a few weeks later asking only for Ken, they told me he was "on vacation and will mot return until February" It was obvious he was lying to me and then refused to service me. I tell you I will always spill the tea on salons that turn away people with disabilities. It is shameful to get good service only for it to flip 180 because of a prejudice. They have good technicians but stay away from the manager owners. In fact because of my experience I caution you. I do not enjoy leaving bad reviews but because of the abrupt treatment I must.

I was well accommodated from the start when I changed what I wanted from a gel manicure to tips with dip last minute. Jolie did a wonderful job on my pedicure and manicure. She cleaned up my cuticles well and took her time. I've been rushed numerous times throughout salons in south fl but she had certain techniques that my nail lady of 10 years in Chicago had, so I could tell she knew what she was doing. Zeus did my tip with dip. Phenomenal job, I gave him a photo and he executed it well. I've gotten tips with dip on my nails before and they looked terrible- too chunky for my tiny nail beds, but Zeus took his time to shave down the tips so they are not as chunky. I personally love how they turned out, I loved that I was not rushed and treated well. Great conversation with Zeus. Will def be coming back- I found not one, but two great nail techs!

My mom asked for a simple mani-pedi--no polish, just basic cleanup. During the pedicure, she politely asked the technician if she could lightly file the bottom of her feet since she had some dry skin. Instead of accommodating or even responding professionally, the technician dismissively told her to "just use Vaseline." That kind of response is incredibly disrespectful and not what you expect when paying for a service. It didn't stop there. When my mom asked for a square nail shape with slightly rounded edges (a very common request), the technician became visibly annoyed and rushed through the job, leaving her nails uneven and poorly shaped. On top of everything, $65 is absolutely not worth the service and treatment we received. This isn't an isolated issue either--the last two times I've come here, the quality has clearly gone downhill. Customer service is lacking, and the attention to detail just isn't there anymore. Sadly, I won't be coming back.

Although Toi Spa has two locations, my nail artist Favi works out of this Davie location and she was absolutely amazing. Favi is incredibly talented and patient. I had a specific design in mind, and even though she didn't have the exact color I was looking for, she was determined to make it happen. She took her time, mixed and adjusted until the design came together perfectly. That level of care and creativity truly sets her apart. The salon itself is beautiful .Very aesthetic, clean, and relaxing. Toi Spa is more than just a nail salon; it's a full beauty spa. They offer everything from massages and facials to brows and lashes, making it a true one stop shop for self care. I also loved that they offer an express manicure option, which immediately caught my attention for future quick visits. I left feeling pampered, relaxed, and so happy with my nails. I'm already planning to come back to try out other services. Making an appointment is definitely recommended, especially if you want to book with Favi. I am prefacing this review with the fact that my daughter has been coming to this nail salon for…read morethe past 8 years, religiously every 2 weeks. She sees the same nail technician, Cindy, who does an outstanding job. I have also had my nails done when I visit my daughter, this most recent time is no exception. And I am visiting all the way from California. Jack did my nails- and he did a great job. This review does not concern the nails techs, Cindy and Jack. Rather, this is focused on the poor customer service from the receptionist, Shania. My daughter scheduled our appointments on Saturday afternoon. We arrived on time, my daughter went to her technician's station after checking us in. Unfortunately, the receptionist did not show me where to go or tell me who my appointment was with. First impressions are lasting impressions. I noted this as I returned to the front desk and repeated my name, that I had an appointment but did not know with whom my appointment was scheduled. Shania showed me to Jack's station but still failed to tell me his name. At the end of our services ($300 of services for my daughter and me), Shania asked me if I wanted my receipt, to which I said 'Yes". I asked Shania if I could tip in cash, which she said 'Yes'. I gave Shania 2 $20 bills and informed her I was tipping $20 to Jack, $10 to Lin (the techs who did my mani, pedi). My daughter already tipped her nail tech. Shania failed to give me my change and I did not notice until we left the salon and went to our next destination. By the time we got to our destination, I told my daughter we need to go back to the salon because I did not receive my change. When we returned, my daughter went inside, explained to Shania that she did not give me my change ($10). Shania told my daughter that I told her $30 tip for Jack and $10 for Lin, that Jack already left for the day and we'd have to wait until Monday before we could get the change. My daughter told her that was wrong, I would not have tipped $30 on a $100 service and did we really have to wait until Monday to get change that was owed. My daughter returned to the car and gave me Shania's explanation which was unacceptable to me so I went into the salon. I confronted Shania who repeated the same story- that I told her $30 tip for Jack, $10 for Lin. I said, "You're lying because I clearly told you $20 for Jack, $10 for Lin". I don't normally call people out like that but there was no remorse from Shania, no apology, no words like, 'I'm sorry for the misunderstanding." Instead, she responded with feigned shock, said it was not a big deal and gruffly put 2 $5 bills in my hand. I said if it was not a big deal then you should have given my daughter the money when she came in a minute ago, particularly because we doubled back once I realized I did not get my change. This is not about the $10. Rather, this is about the principle of the matter- how to treat customers who are spending good money in your salon. This is not how a receptionist should deal with customers. She took no accountability, no responsibility for the mistake. If she had genuinely apologized, that would have been different. I explained to Shania that we doubled back because I realized the error and even then she could not manage to muster an ounce of remorse. She is a horrible receptionist. A receptionist is the face of a business. The first person that a customer interacts with whether over the phone or in person. Shania should not be the face of your business. Please put a receptionist in place that understands the value of providing good customer service and has the maturity and wherewithal to acknowledge when a mistake has been made. Until then, your business will suffer. I echo the comments of a prior reviewer- the additional charges for every little thing is annoying and leaves a poor taste in customer's mouths, not to mention seeing each technician with signs posted at their stations with QR codes to send them tips. Seeing those posters and signs for how customers can tip each nail technician through Venmo or a Cash App service really cheapens the ambiance and having to interact with a receptionist who has no clue on how to treat customers does not help!!!! $300 for nail services for 2 people, plus tip and a bad attitude? I don't think so.
