Stopped by this shop because the location was convenient. Very modern shop with clean atmosphere. Music playing was pretty good. Service was friendly and prices were clearly posted and average. I received a basic pedicure and didn't feel rushed. My tech was pretty nice and did a great job on my toes. I didn't feel pressure to upgrade to gel. Massage chair was good and made me feel relaxed! I guess it is a fair place for a $12 manicure; however, the place itself is super dirty and I didn't see any utensils being sterilized and they were dirty. The table were I sat had dust from someone else's nails (yuck) and really really dirty. The manicure itself was not a good one, didn't clean properly my old nail polish, yes I had red nail polish on and I still have it on the sides. Also, didn't take the cuticle properly on the sides since I still feel it spiky! For $3 dollar more I can go and get a proper : regular manicure ! Never coming back here read more

Although, it was not Faye, they could be better at customer service when scheduling an appt because they didn't take down my name, but later explained they just use the name seen on caller id. It's hard for me to give an accurate review for this cause me and my husband went there and got 2 totally different experiences. His was (looked) phenomenal and I got the SAME service done but it was nothing at all like his. I started 15-20 minutes after my husband yet was finished at the same time. My tech skipped 4 steps that my husband had performed on him by another tech. When we questioned why ... I was told that all techs are different when it comes to performing the service. I can understand that but if your paying for a SERVICE that offers specific scrubs, masks or lotions, no matter who you have as a tech, those items need to be used during your service. We've never had a problem so it's very disappointing that this happen this morning. I'm not one to bash someone so I'm going to leave the nail techs name out of this that worked on me ... but if you want a nail tech that took her time to perform the service your paying extra for, I'd highly recommend Hannah. read more

By far the worst salon I've been too. I stopped going there years ago after they told me about a up charge for "ghetto nails"! I went today for a fixing of a missing nail with Almond shape. I even called prior to make sure someone knows how to do that shape. He butchered my nail. Super crooked and even told him I was unhappy. Compared to the other nails that were perfect. The owner which was some young Chinese girl didn't bother to try to fix the nail and I was sent on my way. Yet again another bad experience. If you like basic square nails or manicure maybe. If you are into specialized shapes or better color selection this is not the place for you. Horrible service. Currently paying more for a soak off to redo their mess up at another place. read more

Used to come into this nail salon and used to think very highly of it....Its near my job so I would only go if I was coming straight from work..... I will never go again. The staff was super rude, the lady that did my pedicure had the worst attitude. She asked if I wanted a deluxe pedicure half way in, I said no thanks. ( I'm very ticklish so I like simple, I don't usually even care for the massage part).. Then she went to use the grater on the bottom of my foot and I asked her to please not to use it,she rolled her eyes and grabbed the little purple brick (mind you I have like 0 callus and the grater causes callus to grow thick).. I asked for her opinion on the colors and you could tell that was the biggest bother for her. Then I got to my nails and the lady was super nice until I said I didn't want gel on top of the acrylic. Her whole demeanor changed she would even make eye contact with me. The quality of nails she did was crap. She left the dried acrylic all over my fingers, I went home and had to buff it all off. She filed the nails uneven. There are all kind air bubbles and she didn't even paint on the sides of the nails but she got polish all over my cuticles. Oh and during my pedicure I asked one of the younger girls for the WiFi password and she snapped at me when I asked which wifi account it was (they have more than one). Then they let the water over flow in the pedicure bowl and the water was going all over the salon, so my shoes got soaking wet. I asked her if she could give me a paper towel so I could wipe them off before I put them on my feet... I'm thinking to myself , I just paid to have my feet done and she acted like I was such a difficult person. I never once complained about one thing but I hate giving business to people who act like it pains them to deal with you. Never again will I get my nails done here. Staff is beyond rude and the salon is filthy. I highly recommend Lee Nails on Pine Island State Rd 84 OR Posh Nails on University and Nova.. read more

Rude people. They don't do good work. I have given them a shot twice just to see if it was the manicurist. They are in a rush to finish and leave the edges of your nails unpainted. Also I had to point out several parts of my cuticles they missed and the second time I went some of my nails were round and others were square. Every once in a while I come here when I can't find anywhere else to go. I came here on Saturday 12/15/18. I always get dip on my hands and regular pedicure. I'm rough with my hands sometimes but my nails always last a month with no chips. When I asked for dip, the girl I believe is named Thao comes back with a gel polish. I told her I wanted dip and she said they don't have a lot of color options so they put clear dip powder; then use gel on top. I told her I didn't want that because every time I get gel polish at this salon my nails look lumpy. She giggled about it and said no, you've never tried it this way so you don't know. It looks exactly the same. Since she was so confident I said okay, go ahead and do it. MY NAILS LOOK EXACTLY THE WAY I SAID THEY WOULD. I said it but I was pressed on time so I paid and left. I decided I'd just go to my normal salon in two weeks, no big deal. Well I was prompted to write this review because it's 6 days later and my nail chipped! I was so gentle with them too! I'm annoyed. On top of that, my friend who always comes here told me they charged me $10 more for the same thing she always gets. The only difference was that I got a layer of clear dip powder which I don't think was worth $10 since my nails chipped after 6 days. This place sucks! I've been there multiple times and previously had decent experiences. I decided to go back there last Tuesday 4/2, when I went I got a pedicure and a gel polish manicure. It looked good for the most part, although 2 of the nails were very uneven. I decided to let it be, because it was only noticeable when you looked at it at a certain angle. Saturday night, (4 days later) the polish LITERALLY peeled off 2 of my nails, I called Sunday morning to see if they could help me out, the guy I spoke to said they could fix it, but I would have to pay. I felt that was completely unfair as it hasn't even been a week. I specifically got the gel polish too avoid chipping and peeling as it is "more durable and "lasts over 2 weeks." I could understand if they didn't want to fix it if it's been over a week, but even at this point it hasn't been a week. Now the polish on another nail is peeling off too. Funny how 3 nails are peeling off... clearly it's an issue with the application . The worst part is I tipped the lady $20 P.s. THEY DO NOT STERILIZE THE TOOLS THEY USE ON YOUR HANDS AND FEET. They wipe it off with alcohol and put it back into the SAME sterilization packet( packet where you would put equipment after it's been sterilized through a sterilization machine.) read more
