I've come here on and off for many years. Today I felt as if I was an inconvenience to "Ken". I came in for a pedicure, sat in chair 5. I asked the man if I could pick my color. The look and response he gave me was rude and uncomfortable. He did a rush job and was even a little rough. When I sat down there was a lady next to me, when I left she was still there. I know I was rushed. Women come to relax and be pampered. Needless to say this will be my last visit. Hopefully "Ken" pursues his true dreams in life. read more

So I used to frequent here all the time to get my mani and pedis. No longer! I recently came in to get a refill and was talked into getting a set of "pink and whites" after a few weeks I decided to take my business elsewhere and have them removed, during my soak off I found out that Nails Lamour uses MMA powder on my nails! That's the stuff that's used in dentistry!! The soak off process was horribly long and not to mention because of the lack of knowledge with the drill tools it imprinted lines into each one of my nails! Thanks for nothing! I have been to several nail salons in my local area (Northern Broward County) but have concluded that it is totally worth the trip to Nails L'Amour. I highly recommend Quinn. She does her work with great care and professionalism. The salon was expanded and renovated and has a relaxing atmosphere. read more

I can't speak for everyone that works there because I am not sure - but I can highly recommend Daisy for Mani/Pedi (which by the way she is talented when it comes to designs) and her husband when I decide to put a full set. read more

I really liked this place. They were very patient with me, because i couldnt figure out a color I liked. They gave me a pretty flower on my big toe. I messed up one of my nails during the drying process and they fixed it for me no problem. Very friendly people and great work. read more

I've only been here a few times because it is literally next door to my office. Yesterday was the last straw. The last 2 times I have been seated a pedicure chair, no water running. waiting for 15 minutes. I get asked what color I want but no one ever handed me the color samples. I pick my color wait another 10 minutes i decided to walk out. I should not have to wait with NOT ONE SINGLE person acknowledging If i am OK or is someone going to help me. If i can give a lower rating I would. They have no customer Service, the very first time i didn't know they closed at 7:30 and they closed all the credit card machines and made me walk to Publix to take out cash. Should they have warned my i could've paid for my service and tip in advance. Do them a favor, and stay away don't even get tempted, they suck. read more

Worst nail salon ever! Went here two weeks ago with my mother and sister... first of all, they are very unprofessional arguing about who is gonna do whose nails and especially arguing in front of my sister making her feel bad about coming into do her nails because the woman wanted to go home. Second of all, I caught fungus on two of my toes which I had to go to the hospital to get antibiotics and the reason I did this post... because they don't properly sterilize their equipment just spray a little alcohol and expect to be clean don't even wipe it off... 3rd of all I got acrylics done for my babyshower they broke the next day because they woman was in a rush I even complained to her that the acrylic wasn't on my whole nail she told me she'll fix it but not today because she's in a rush to go home to her sick child. I'm disgusted with the way they operate their business. I paid $91 no eyebrows just acrylic and toes I can go to posh nail salon on university get my toes nails with powder and eyebrows for $91 they'll rip you off for some cheap ass service. read more

This place is wayyyyyy better than my old nail salon. The staff wasn't rude nor did they make me feel uncomfortable. I walked in and didn't have an exact person to go to, but I ended up with Susan. I had a bad experience at the shop. I went to the shop last month. My manicurist came over and started ripping my cuticles to shreds with the cuticle nipper. She was buffing my nails but ended up doing such a sloppy job. I saw raw skin and my thumb area started bleeding. When I told her to just buff my nails and not my skin, she dropped my hand and stopped doing it altogether. I then went over to the table to continue the polish. She applied the color all over my cuticles and skin, along with managing to get some on my nail. After that, she took her sharp nails and dragged them across the skin to remove the excess polish. It really gave an awful feeling. I asked her please stop to getting color all over my skin and scraping it with her nail. I suggested her to use the brush with remover like most salons use. She gave me a weird look and ignored me. I again told her that the color didn't look right but she assured me once she put the top coat on everything would be fine. It was not. Once the manicure was done, it looked really bad. I complained again, and she said "what do you want me to do about it? take it all off and start again?" Yuck! read more

This place is TERRIBLE! Let me just start by saying that it was recommended to me by a co-worker who said their service was great. I decided to check it out on my hour lunch break since I figured I could get a quick mani done within that time. When I arrived it seemed busy like there was people waiting for services, but the man at the counter sat me immediately and I was instantly pleased that I didn't have to wait. But that was just the beginning of the most terrible experience! The woman that was doing my nails was more focused on her conversation with the woman next to her than on my nails and would stop every few seconds to continue her conversation. When she finally began to focus on my manicure, she asked if I was working today, my reply was "yes, and I'm on my lunch break", from that point forward it was like she really just didn't care what she was doing to my nails. So she filed them all crooked, didn't even fully remove the previous nail polish I had on, AND when she got tired of cutting my cuticles she said "you have too much cuticle, you go home each day and push back you own cuticle so it no stick". I have NEVER had a nail tech tell me that specially if I'm paying for the service! If It was that simple to do it myself then I wouldn't be going to have someone else do it! Duh! I was done in 36 minutes which is great for a lunch break mani, but it was the worst spent 36 minutes! I'm telling you, FIND ANOTHER PLACE!! read more

What can I say. I started coming here about 6 months ago. At first, it seemed like a quality place. The people were friendly and the work was good. This has changed lately . I went today, and by the time he finished with my acrylic fill in .. They were SO short. I asked to trim down a little. Then he cut me with the electric drill. He immediately tried to hide it from the man that controls the front saying " the boss will yell at me if he sees this" ...ummmmm. So after I'm bleeding and my nails are short , I decided against the pedicure and just went for polish change . I bought my own color. When finished he pocketed my polish. When done, I said " can I have my polish back" . He acted like he was so offended, and was so sarcastic saying " yes, yes , I give you polish" . At this time, a customer returned to complain about her eyebrows. She was very polite, and stating how they were uneven , and not as she requested. There was NO empathy at all from the " boss" man, it the tech that did it. At that time , the customer escalated stating she would never return. This USED to be a decent spot.... No more. i came in to get a simple pedicure. but this place is so unsanitary. none of the instruments were sterile and when i said something the lady just wiped them on the towel. i wanted a basic pedicure which cost me $35 to essentially just paint my toes. the water was cold and my toes look super dry. the only reason i didn't give it 1 star is because i was there for no more than 20 mins read more

I would give this place no stars if I could but I guess one will have to do. I will NEVER come to this nail salon again. I got a pedicure by Le & my right toe is now inflamed & so painful. Plus I did the next gen on my nails & it chipped 2 hours after I got it & then everyday since it just kept chipping. I did all this on Sunday & yesterday which was Wednesday so 3 days later. I had to get my nails done again somewhere else. Worst nail salon ever. I mean a pedicure should not hurt like it is right now. & if you don't know how to do something.
