I came to this nail salon because my go to nail salon was closed. And I had no regrets. I was a walk in and they took me in pretty quickly, the guy who took me was nice and friendly but I unfortunately don't remember his name. The nail salon even offered me soda or water and wasn't rude at all. The only thing I didn't like was the base color of the nails but I wouldn't blame them for that because I chose the color I just felt like the other color that they had would've been too dark. Ok so I live close by I tried them out and they did a horrible job on my feet ...Filed half my nails off..I don' t like to complain or pull the race card ..But if you are or color stay away from this place ! I was treated so poorly and they kept talking in there language to each other...The one guy old he is to the left 2 desk was so nasty to me ...When I asked to talk to a manager or get a name they refused ..I find that these saloons are similar with poor treatment towards African Americans...This is a RACIST PLACE ! If you're looking for a nail salon with kind, patient, and skilled nail technicians, this is the spot. I've been to many nails salons & I've been dissatisfied so often . It is extremely hard to find places that hit every mark. The customer service is great, they're very accommodating, kind, and understanding. So far all of the technicians I have been with do a wonderful job, they take there time, and will happily adjust anything you want if needed. The space is clean, cute, and very welcoming. They made me feel very comfortable dispite having my crazy toddler with me, and me being outrageously OCD about nails. And ultimately they do quality work for what you are paying for. Upon entering the salon, we were sent immediately to a chair. The salon was spotless & tastefully decorated for Halloween. I received a Hot Wax Pedicure. OMG. I tried to give them a chance. I have been back at least four times to repair my gel nails. They chipped after a week. I do not see the licenses up for each nail tech either. That needs to be display for customers to see. I went back for chipping again last week. Faith was kind and did all of my nails over however the middle finger nail cracked on yesterday 4.3.23. It is very clean professional and has a great atmosphere but I am not coming back here again! You guys either need training and/or you need to get better products. I don't recommend this place the guy tried to be nice, but he was huffing and puffing him the whole time like if he was bothered, the nails ended up being uneven, and I didn't even leave the design I originally wanted, which was a simple black French. Spent $57 on my mani pedi and this is what my nails look like. I think the girls are all great and very friendly but dont let the young guy touch your nails. He barely cleaned up my cuticles and left callouses on my middle toes. I'm adding pics of my gel polish manicure which is sad. Sloppy lines and undersides with rough edges at the tips. What a waste of money. I'll have to get them done again somewhere else tomorrow. read more

I came here as a last resort on a Saturday afternoon because my normal nail spa was booked. Wow, I wish I would've waited. I called ahead of time to book an appointment, the man who answered told me they were free and could see me. I let him know I was about 15 minutes away. I ended up showing up about 5 minutes early. He seemed annoyed and told me "you're early, you need to sit and wait". I wanted a gel mani and pedi, I picked a light lavender. The place was dirty, dust on the counters and nail stations, hair and dust on the floor. Not even 5 days after getting my nails done, the gel on my fingers start to chip and peel off. Normally my gel nails last 2-2.5 weeks. Overall, horrible experience. Definitely won't be back. read more

I came to get a gel manicure on 9/18/18, and the color chipped the next day. Then a few days later, the polish lifted from 2 nails and another one was chipped. I came in today because my regular nail lady said to go back for them to redo my nails since it was a bad job because gel shouldn't chip especially that soon and they charged me again. I will never go back, but I'm also sending my 3 friends that go there to my regular nail shop. Sad they're a rip off with lack of customer service. I'll figure out how to attach my receipt and pictures of the bad job. I'm not a complainer, but wrong is wrong. read more

The pictures alone speak for themselves, but the service was unbelievably horrible. I cannot fathom the fact that they could have refused service and simply said that they couldnt do the job, but instead i was left with these bubble nails that chipped before even walking out of the salon. All i asked for was a refill and white nails. They still wanted to charge me $75 for nails that honestly are not even worth $20. The front desk offered 20% off and that was still not enough to fix the damage that was done. The guy doing my nails just slapped the paint on all over, he drilled my actual fingers.. the pain im in is ridiculous. I have a wedding to attend and need to completely remove and redo my nails. I would've rather them tell me that they cant get the job done. I've never had such a bad experience or outcome at a nail salon like this one. Definitely one to remember. Never coming here again! The first time I went here the service good, the nail technique was great! This time the service wasn't good and the nail technique was horrible. Not worth $56 for dip fingernails and regular pedicure. You can see right through the polish. When I asked why it was so see through, she ignored my question. She should have offered to do another coat. She was rough and made grunt like noise to get my attention. I've never not left a tip for a stylist, but this experience was so bad I just didn't feel it was deserved. I will never come to this salon again. It's now impossible to get an appointment on a Saturday, even if you call weeks ahead because he wants to leave his weekends open for walk-ins. It's also very difficult to get an appointment during the week because they changed their hours and close earlier. Also, now, even if I CAN make an appointment, if I don't need a pedicure and only need a gel manicure, they won't make an appointment for me unless I agree to soak off my own gel. I have NEVER heard of a place that won't remove the gel that is on your nails. I have referred MANY people to this place but will never do that again. I have spent a LOT of money here and they have lost a very good customer!! They don't know how to treat their loyal customers so I will find a nail salon that does!! read more

Do yourself a favor and don't even try this place! I had read several glowing reviews and thought to give this place a shot. I called and made an appointment since nail places can get busy. I showed up a few minutes early for my appointment and the manager, I guess that's what he was told me it would be a few minutes. I said that was fine, no problem. My first impression of this man is that he was either irritated or angry, but I didn't read too much into it. I picked out a color, and was asked several times what my name was and if I had an appointment. Which I gave the info, I was told again to wait a couple minutes, which I was fine with, no big deal. The manager guy then clarifies that I am there for a mani pedi. I confirm, usually places ask you if you want to start with your mani first or pedi first. This manager didn't and motioned for me to go sit in one of the pedi chairs. I didn't like this, but I shrugged it off as no big deal. He opened the water, didn't ask if it was hot or cold, said something to one of the techs seated nearby and then walked to the back of the room. The tub filled up and then the tech came and shut off the water. The manager then walked past me several times, not once did he assure me that someone would be right with me, or that it would be a minute, or point out who I should expect would be with me. I waited for 5 minutes, and the water was now getting cold, the manager comes by and turns on the jets to the tub thing and again walks away, and doesn't say anything. At this point, I just didn't have a good vibe about staying and giving this place my business, so I got my feet out dried them off and walked out. No one came after me, or tried to stop me. I have been to this place 3 times now, and the nails themselves always come out great. However, I have a bone to pick with the management who treated me like a criminal after their card machine declined my card. I had just deposited over 100 dollars at the bank next door so I there was no way I was suddenly broke haha. Anyway they "tried" my card twice and each time I was told it was declined. Although I wish I could say quietly because the manager yelled it out twice for everyone in the salon to hear. Eventually I was commanded to sit somewhere management could keep an eye on me while I called my bank. My bank advised me that perhaps it was due to my chip so I had to call my mother to come pay the 15 bucks. Her payment went through, so naturally I went back to the physical bank next door to ask about my card. My banker informed me that not only was there nothing wrong with my card but that the nail salon had charged me TWICE for the nails! So I was out $30 while my mom was out $15 (I had paid the rest with a gift card). I was livid to say the least because their attitude towards me was extremely unprofessional. I returned back to where I live the next day so I couldn't go in person (was too heated to go back that very day myself). My mother returned at a later date to get her nails done and when she kindly tried to bring up that perhaps their card reader needs to replaced, she received quite an attitude from the manager who told her it wasn't their problem. read more

Horrible experience with the new owners today. They area very young couple with minimal business experience and absolutely NO respect for exsisting LOYAL customer. They made an error on nail dip color and offered to come back tomorrow so they could fix it ( I had to go to work and couldn't stay) the CRAZY young lady began yelling at me in front of other customers and screamed at me not to come back tomorrow that i wasted her time. This place is absolutely awful. My wife went in to get a mani and pedi and they responded that it will be about a ten minute wait. Fine. No big deal. However, after twenty minutes, she decided that she didn't have time for a mani and just wanted the pedi. They took her to the pedicure area and started the process; however, most nail salons will offer their customers a bottle of water while they are waiting. This place did not. About half way through the pedicure, my wife started to feel a little queasy and asked for a bottle of water. Nothing happened. She had to ask several additional times before an employee finally went and got her one. She still was feeling faint and asked if she could lie down in the back for a few minutes. The owner replied, "No. There is no where to lie down." "What about the rooms I see back there? Isn't there a bed in one of those room? I really need to lie down." "Those rooms do not have beds. No where to lie down." "OK. I will lie on the floor then. I don't feel well and I need to rest for a few minutes until my husband comes back." "No. Do not lie on floor. Floor is dirty. No where to lie down." She then got up out the pedicure chair and walked to the rooms in the back. What was in each those rooms? A bed. The owner flat-out lied to one of her customers. Why? They didn't have any customers on any of those rooms. One of your customers isn't feeing well and you purposefully don't accommodate her? I arrived a few minutes later and needed to pay for the pedicure. I went to the cashier and asked if I could pay only $10 (half price) since they didn't finish the pedicure. The cashier checked with the woman who did the pedicure and he came back and replied, "$18. Didn't polish." "What? Hold on. You are charging me almost full price for a pedicure that you didn't complete? That doesn't make any sense." At this point, I didn't want to argue because I just wanted to get out of there and my wife needed to get home and rest. The other issue is that the employees do not speak English very well and it is sometimes hard to understand what they are saying. Needless to say, I do not recommend this nail salon and you will never see anyone in my family back in here ever again. read more

Jenny is my GIRRRRL!!!! I wanted to update this because it's been a year and they've only improved.. I call specifically for her and they're very accommodating with me. My nails last a lot longer than they ever have because of her technique. Also, this is gross, but whatever. My big toenail digs into the side of my toe (that's a hangnail right?), and she goes all in and gets the job done so I'm not in any pain afterward. Jenny's also a master with the eyebrows (hers are BEAUTIFUL) and she shapes them without making them too thin. Anyway, I love this place, and they've really earned my loyalty. read more

Been here twice and love it! The technicians are very nice which makes the environment comfortable. They put a base coat which I think helps the polish to stay on longer. I don't get the gel nail polish because it ruins my nails so on my first visit I got a regular manicure with regular Essie nail polish. It lasted over a week without chipping! My second manicure is holding up pretty well too which was done by a different technician. Definitely recommend this place. I went under the new management so I can't compare it to what it was before, but this is the salon I will continue to come to. read more

From the moment I walk in it's nothing, but pleasant conversation (granted it took some time to get there). The owners are a lovely couple and always willing to please. There have been days when I have gotten out of work late and the owners have still taken me. I've been coming here 2 years. Before I found this place, I was often frustrated by the rejection of the "popular," overpriced locations. The times I've gone to other places (i.e.:"Vietnan Nails") I leave with my nails not fully painted and a bill ranging from $60-95.00. I've recommended everyone here: my mom, boyfriend, law school classmates and everyone has left here happy. My guy there is good however I brought my husband in to get his feet done and the female doing his feet was totally unfriendly and even questioned me as to how I heard about her! She acted like she didn't want to be there! I know she is there on a regular basis, but who cares how I heard of her, I saw her and thought she would do a good job. Apparently she hurt him. I forgot her name. Now, I'm even questioning going back. I gave a three because of my guy Huey but should have given a one because of her!
