When I arrived the place in general was very clean and organized with pleasant music playing in background. It had a more open and friendly environment if that makes sense When it was time for my pedicure she was kind with providing the options for the colors while I was seated on the nail chair machine thingy. We had a very pleasant conversation as she would kindly remind me to relax(as I tend to get rather stiff) Overall a very pleasant experience that has me noting this as a place to go again for a pedicure.

I had a 3:30 appointment for a fill, only to show up and be told my nail tech was running 45 minutes behind. Funny how they have no problem calling when I'm ONE minute late, but can't bother to give me a heads-up when they're nearly an hour behind. Completely unprofessional and inconsiderate. What's the point of making an appointment if you can't honor it? Deff won't be coming here anymore

I will never come back here again. I got a dip powder manicure and one nail chipped on a corner…read moreless than 3 days after my manicure. This normally lasts 3+ weeks and no problems. Less than a week in and I have had two chips. I went in to have the one fixed and all they did was not fix the problem but filed my nail down so the chip was not visible. Normally in multiple other salons a dip manicure takes close to an hour or more time to do correctly. The man that did my manicure took less than 40 minutes. I had called and made an appointment. It started off with this one woman who was very nice and did my pedicure, once I sat down and she was working on my manicure. Once she trimmed my nails I was told that she had another appointment so I had to move to the person next to her that clearly did a crappy job. If she had an appointment why was my appointment given to her is beyond me. I felt like I was treated more like a walk in. But still paid over $100. I will not be going back to fix the chips because they just make you feel like you are a little Cuckoo when you go in n to have them fix their poor quality. Next time when my regular place is closed due to an emergency I will wait at least they do a good job and stand by their work!

An Exceptional Experience at Toi Spa…read more My daughter and I had the pleasure of visiting Toi Spa yesterday, and from start to finish, the experience felt incredibly thoughtful and elevated. What truly made our visit exceptional, however, was Nataly. Nataly's attention to detail is impeccable. She was meticulous, patient, and genuinely committed to making sure everything was perfect. You can immediately tell when someone takes pride in their craft, and Nataly absolutely does. What impressed me even more was the care she extended to my daughter. She was incredibly attentive, warm, and made her feel completely comfortable and special throughout the experience. That level of personalized service is something you don't always find, and it made our mother-daughter visit even more memorable. If you're anywhere near Miramar, put Toi Spa on your list and ask for Nataly. Whether you're treating yourself to some much-needed self-care or making it a special outing with someone you love, you'll be in wonderful hands. Nataly, thank you for making our visit such a beautiful experience. We'll absolutely be returning. Your hands and feet will thank you.

I only had a gel manicure which was beautifully done while sipping on complimentary coffee (they also offer complimentary wine and tea). I'll definitely be back for a pedicure and a eyebrow threading soon. I definitely found my permanent go to salon from now on in M&M. I'd rate more stars if I could. Highly recommend this jewel of a place!!
