I had an older gentleman remove my dip powder nails, he burned & cut me MULTIPLE times. He did my pedicure (still cut me & burned me) which took him an 1 hr & 45min. I was the first to sit down & the last one to get up after at least 5 other people. I like the other nail techs there. That one just completely changed it for me. I've been here twice. The first time I got a manicure and pedicure. It was fine but I didn't like the older man who did my pedicure. The second time I did mani/pedi. I get dip on my nails btw. I got the same man for my pedi and he has no customer service skills. He also cut me. After my pedi, I waited for my mani. And waited. And waited. They just accept walkins without regulating if they have enough time and workers. I listen to podcasts so I know I waited for over an hour. Eventually I peeled the rest of my old manicure off and left. I ended up at Tipsy Salonbar down the street and it was SO MUCH BETTER. read more

I have been coming here for a few months thanks to my friends showing me the work from here. It went great at the beginning then the work began to get sloppy. Well not I'm facing potentially losing my nail due to negligence from Nina. Instead of taking her time removing my nails she snapped it and Cause severe damage to my nail. They just sit me in the pedicure chair and after 10 minutes I'll ask if anyones coming and they just respond "15 minutes". Never an apology for falling behind or anything. 2:00 on Sunday and no wait. Went in for a pedicure. Great selection of Essie and OPI colors and spotted my beloved Ballet Slippers pretty quickly. Though this type of thing doesn't matter to me, for those who care, the people who work here are predominantly Asian. The decor is cheesy and what you expect in a typical nail salon in a strip mall. Not fancy, not dumpy. The first thing I noticed is the plastic liners inside the water basin of the pedicure chair. Made me feel as though hygiene is important to them. I also saw that the tools came out of a sterilized pouch. The chair itself was also pretty comfortable. Didn't catch the name of the guy who did the service but he was nice enough. I don't look for great conversationalists in my nail techs and there was just the right level of pleasantries exchanged. TV was set to Sunday football which was fine by me! He paused a few times to turn around and watch the game. I noticed they use the grater and not the weird electric mixer type tool I have seen at salons in Pembroke Pines. The basic pedicure includes the hot towel. The guy was pretty skilled at the French pedicure. He checked to make sure the white line was the thickness I wanted. It came out perfectly. I came here on the recommendation of a friend unfortunately I did not have a great experience. The lady that did my manicure and pedicure seemed very inexperienced and was SO slow I was in the salon for 2 hours. Two hours later the gel on my thumb chipped and my big toe nail also chipped in the centre: she left nail polish all around the sides of my nails and skin and cut my big toe nail into a strange shape. My cuticles are COVERED in gel Polish. VERY BAD JOB!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I would give this review zero stars if I could! On the upside, the threading lady is awesome. She actually knows what she's doing! It makes me mad...just because I am a first time customer and I don't know any of your technicians don't try and fool me by giving me an inexperienced technician! I get my nails done every 10 days!
