She has been doing my nails for about 2 years now. I can even go 4 weeks on my nails before getting them done. They still look good at week 4. They always come out perfect and im always so happy. This is a very stand up business. Earlier today there was a miscommunication with payment, as my minor child had her nails done. Services were rendered and paid for. There was no issues at the time due to the person that paid was not aware of the cost. Once they got home and told me, I called the business and questioned it. The guy made my toenail crooked when I told him to fix it by putting acrylic. He puts a gel X fake nail, and then puts the thickest layer of glue in the world so now my toenail is pointing up. Every single one of my nails has the amount of glue necessary for all nails on just one nail, so all them are now pointing up and they feel like i'm going to break them just by moving. $130 down the drain read more

When my regular pedicure person (my niece) went off to college, it became a monthly stop. I have tried one or two other places nearby, but I am now back to stay. The place is clean, the pedicures are really good (scrubbing, foot massage, thorough nail treatment). My favorite technician is Yen, a talkative Australian Vietnamese young woman. Angelina is less talkative, but also good. My only complaint is that I have had appointment snafus a couple of times. Great place for pedis! Made a same day appointment for two on a Monday and we were quickly accommodated in 1 hour. Around 30 min before the appointment, they called mentioning they'd have to move the appointment for 30 min later. We didn't mind waiting so that wasn't a problem especially because they were so kind to call (and prior to that even get us in on the same day). Service was amazing both Emylee and Angelina were incredible and thorough with cuticles, massage, scrub, perfect polishing, etc! Despite the change with the appointments this wasn't rushed, they took their time and they really did an incredible job, especially for my hubby's overworked feet. Bottom line: would absolutely recommend. The receptionists are SO kind and no one here makes you feel rushed or pressured to upgrade or upsell anything like other nail salons do. This was my first time visiting Posh! Upon walking in my first impression was spa like vibes and trendy! There's a Big screen tv with videos playing and other TVs showing nail designs! Front desk staff were friendly and quickly greeted me and checked me in for my appointment. Upon check in you are asked to wash your hands. The place was clean. I saw them cleaning chairs after clients and using alcohol for sanitizing. Prices are same as other locations - around $45 for dip and $5 for nail art. My nail tech Bo is amazing! Unlike other places that use stickers for nail art she creates whatever you want! Not your typical nail salon! They take their time and give you the attention and service you need! I didn't feel rushed. My appointment was over an hour. I recommend booking an appointment because this place stays busy! I could tell they have their "regulars" I definitely recommend! Pleasant experience. Receptionist at front desk greeted me and escorted me to the service area. Technician was professional and experienced.

Do NOT go to the nail tech named Saily. She is so rude. She did a horrible job on my nails that I paid $88 for (I got short gel x with French). Less than 24 hours later, my nails chipped. I had to go back to the salon the next day and waste more of my time just to get my nails done fixed and done correctly. She tried to tell me the color 891 Rosy Pink by dnd they didn't have meanwhile she put it on my nails yesterday. I asked her to check multiple times, she told me I'm wasting her time because they don't have it. Finally she found it and rolled her eyes. She ignored me when I asked her where it was. She then didn't sand all of the gel off and went to put the new gel on my nails without having me wash my hands or wipe them down when all of the sanding was still on my nails so then it was chunky with the gel on it. I told her this, she ignored me then started to yell at me saying they aren't chunky when there's legit sand now mixed in with the gel. She ignored me multiple times and was clearly trying to do my nails incorrectly so I felt severely uncomfortable so I asked her for a new nail tech and she ignored me again. I didn't even want French at this point because I didn't have time to sit in the chair for a long time again because that's my time, energy, and money. So I asked for one solid color and have a refund for the French, the owner said that's fine. The owner gave me a new nail tech and the guy who did my nails was very nice, professional, and did a great job on my nails. Then Saily who disrespected me and was so rude to me was talking about me to another woman and they were pointing at me. When my nails were finished, I went to the front and the owner told me I'm good to go, I had to ask for my refund for the French. Please please please do not go to Saily she is terrible at doing nails, spiteful, and extremely unprofessional and rude. I came in for a mani pedi for a special occasion. The first thing I noticed was the overwhelming odor. Like a paint smell, so poor ventilation. I immediately put on a mask to avoid getting a headache from the fumes. This place came highly recommended by several people I trust. Unfortunately the nail technician "Kim" rushed a lot. When there are bubbles in the polish it shows. I understand that a certain amount of up selling is expected. That should never be done out of manipulation or making the guest feel bad about the fact that they do not regularly get these services. This person actually said the following to me, "Let's see how bad your feet are," followed by a heavy sigh. It is embarrassing to be shamed by someone who is supposed to be a professional at what they do. I explained twice to the tech that I had a years old chemical burn on my left foot and after being shamed I unfortunately picked the volcano upgrade. The bottom of my left foot was stinging because not only was she still rushing and massaging my feet like someone who cannot wait to leave their job, she also did not take the time to slow down and actually listen to me. She mentioned she earned a college degree. If this job is beneath you, please go work somewhere else?! So while the front desk staff and other techs I exchanged pleasantries with were top notch I cannot recommend that particular nail tech. Pro-tip! I came here after trying a more expensive salon and initially loved it. The guy I got was really funny and had great conversation, I also enjoyed their complimentary glass of wine. I thought he did a great job on my nails, but a week later they started chipping from not being coated properly, and they grew out SO QUICKLY. It might be from the lack of filing it down? Not sure. This was my first visit at Posh Nail Lounge. I went in for a Dip Mani and Regular Pedi. Pros: The salon is extremely clean, the staff is friendly and welcoming. I did not have an appointment on a Monday late afternoon and they had staff available. Cons: The Staff member who did my nails seemed to be in a rush. When my dip was drying he kept touching the top coat to check if it was done causing it to smear several times. I was not in a rush and was willing to wait for the nails to dry to ensure they would not get ruined. When i pointed out that they were smudged he seems slightly irritated, and went over multiple times with top coat. Nonetheless, the smudges were less noticeable. One day after my service, i noticed that some of the dip was chipping and then two days after the service almost all of my nails have chipped. I am disappointed because $86 later, and the nails barely last a week. Typically dip will last me 3-4 weeks with no chips. I am not sure if it's the quality of the powder, the quality of the top coat or the nail techs technique that caused this. Overall in a last minute pinch, the place is not bad but will likely not be my regular place. read more

I became a regular here at Posh after having my nails professionally done by Anna. However, the past few visits and treatments from other staff members have dwindled my love for their work. Last week, I had my nails powder dipped and gotten a pedicure with Benjamin. The pedicure was fine, but the manicure felt rushed. He never fixed my cuticles, he left a few bumps on my nails, but honestly, I didn't really think much of it at the time. A week later and two of my nails are already chipped! I called the store to let them know what happened and to see if I could return to have them fixed. The receptionist says she'll call me back, but never did. I called again and was told I could have them redone for 40% off and I need to come in on the day they assign. OUTRAGEOUS!!! I already paid $70 for the whole visit, am a frequent client who always pays that same amount every time, and have never had an issue with their company. I told her that was an unacceptable deal, that I should have the right to get my TWO nails fixed at no extra charge, and should be able to choose when it's convenient for me considering it's two nails. She said she'd call me back tonight to let me know what the manager could do. It's 8:30 pm and no return call... I'm not mad at the receptionist, but at the poor customer service and policy put in place. If a customer, especially a frequent one, has endured something wrong with a product or service, the least that company could do is give them a call back or give them a more definitive answer. I get it, times are rough right now for businesses, but customer satisfaction is key to retaining a solid client base and it seems to me that they definitely aren't doing that now (for me or other yelpers, apparently). read more

first time going here and it took 3 hours for my old gel polish to be taken off and to apply new gel polish. My nails were not buffered or filed down, cuticles weren't taken out, no oil, no hand lotion- I don't think I've ever been to a nail place that didn't do that. An hour later, I looked at my nails and realized they were not smooth and looked really bad. So I called and asked for them to be re-done. I came back the next day and the man who redid my nails was amazing. Super fast super nice, friendly and efficient and he did An actual manicure. I was happy. It's been A WEEK since I got my nails re-done..... and this is what they look like. I've gotten gel polish for years and this has never happened after a week. You can tell the polish or supplies are either bad or I'm not even sure. My nails are chipping off and simply peeling off.... usually gel is hard to get off even two weeks after. I spent $30 for the first time and I chose to give the guy who fixed it $15. I just think for that money this shouldn't be happening. Every few weeks Tom and I come here for mani-pedi dates and then go out to dinner. Posh serves cold beverages (including wine) to its guests, so we look forward to relaxing and enjoying some pampering! When we walk in, we're greeted within seconds - either by the front desk people (hi Tony!) or the owners. They give wide, easy smiles and know us by name. They are glad to see us and we're happy to go where we feel celebrated. (I believe you should go where you're celebrated, not tolerated.) Feeling the love: Anna takes care of Tom and Nikki takes care of me. They are beyond nice - from day one they welcomed us and treated us kindly. We've come to care about them and their families. And when Hurricane Irma was approaching, Nikki was texting me with worry. Did your nail tech do that? Binh, the owner, hugged me when she saw me yesterday, asking me if we were ok after the storm. She and her husband run this very busy business with an eye towards customer care - they're both warm people. There are tons of choices: We love the walls of well-known nail polish brands and rings of sample gel and NExGen nail colors. I use NexGen, a powder, that Nikki dips my wet nail into and that's how the color gets on the nail. The nail stays shiny for weeks - until I return - and it never chips from the bottom of the nail - as the nail grows, I see my healthy nail bed from the top of the nail. Our time matters: We never wait more than a minute or two for Nikki and Anna. This shop stays on schedule - they'll even call you if the tech is going to be 5 minutes late, seriously. Nikki and Anna are quick to set up a new pedicure liners and tools to get us started. We sit next to one another and enjoy the leg massages and conversation. They often do our manicures at the same pedicure station because it saves time - no relocating - and the place is HOPPING. There's a bar where customers sit on tall stools and get manicures and traditional table/chair stations too. Often every seat is taken - but they turn over tables to avoid customer long waits. They do waxing so there are a few private rooms in the back and a bathroom on each side of the back. Comfy for everyone: You feel comfortable here and every single person who works there is pleasant - always. I've been going there for months - I've never seen anything other. There are nearly as many male customers and techs as female - so it's common to see couples and even families here. A few weeks ago I sat next to a man who was getting a pedicure and next to him was his young son and then his wife. It was a family spa day! We talked and watched tvs playing music videos. I think that the store is well decorated and sunny so people feel relaxed in the midst of a constant flow of foot traffic. Hurricane Irma shut them down for a few days - helping them set a new record of customers served on Friday. Yesterday they were heading towards breaking that record. I believe it - their techs work non-stop so there's never a huddle of them BSing on the floor. They give you attention - we've never felt rushed or handled like meat. No matter how busy they are, Posh breaks out the wine, bottled water and love to welcome us to the start of our date. read more

Okay...this is not a review on the person who does my nails at Posh as I have been going to him for as long as I have been married. (10 years) and have been following him from salon to salon. I have to say I wasn't very excited about this move because it's a schlep, but I absolutely LOVE posh. I also love Kurt and I am willing to share him with all of you as long as he doesn't get so busy that I can't get an appointment :) The polished are nicely displayed by color and have been like this for as long as I have been going there. It makes it so much easier to find a color and it adds to the decor. Posh is very clean and modern. All the tools are sanitized between clients and all the pedicure tubs have liners and they are changed after each pedicure Everyone is very friendly and the staff at the front desk is always friendly and helpful. I always make an appointment since the same person has been doing my nails for quite some time. The space is nicely used. I appreciate that I don't feel crammed in next to the person sitting next to me. The little bar area is also used for customers and allows the techs to stand if they want which I am sure helps since they sit most of the day. Even the pedicure stations are nicely spaced. I have had the following services: Fills Full set Pedicure (regular) Jelly pedicure (very cool and your feet don't get pruny in the water). It's a weird feeling...I stick to my regular pedi. Eyebrow wax (happy each time) My 7 yr old and her friends have had a kids mani/pedi and has had a polish change on her toes. She got alternating colors for her fingers and toes. Everyone is beyond patient when she giggles like crazy. I recently went on a Disney cruise and Na did an Up Themed nail art for me. She wasn't happy with one of the cartoons and removed and we decided on another. Everyone who saw my nails couldn't believe that she hand painted my nails. I love watching the screens with the nail art. They do everything from 3D acrylic to Disney characters. When you finish with the slide show you can enjoy the music videos. I had an 11 am appointment with OG for mani/pedi I called at 11:01 to inform them I'm getting cash to tip (screenshot attached). At 11:09 a different woman called me to advise after 11:15 they can't guarantee OG which I understand so after explaining why I was running late I asked when her next available appointment was, the woman put me on a brief hold and told me that's fine don't worry come she will be ready. I was extremely relieved and thanked her. I literally RAN inside at 11:20 on the dot and Ben witnessed it. As I walked inside it was packed per usual, in front of everyone Ben walked up to me completely uninterested and treated me like a second class citizen and rudely told me she's no longer available with no other solution offered. I tried explaining the situation, and how I was told I can still come in 9 minutes prior -Ben literally walked away from me completely careless. I followed him and took a glance at his name tag. Ben didn't care who I spoke to or that I called to verify I would still have an appointment. I wouldn't waste my time on a Saturday morning had I known I would be at risk of losing my appointment. I repeatedly asked Ben when is the next available appointment and he chose to ignore me. Good luck in the service industry my friend. I've been here several times. I've never had a problem. Today I came for a mani/pedi. Lisa sits me in the table and begins to bring manicure things. I tell her I don't have any gel on my hands. I'm thinking she's not aware that I've asked for a pedicure. I tell her I'm here for a pedicure as well. She mumbles something under her mask which I don't understand. I again tell her I also need a pedicure and she starts doing my manicure. It's never good when your nail technician starts on your manicure when you ask for a mani/pedi. Usually they start with pedicure so your nails dry while you are getting your mani done. She tells me that if she starts with my pedicure then her back would hurt. I've never heard that before and I'm sketchy but I follow along. This had to be the fastest manicure I've ever gotten. Lisa begins to look around for a pedicure chair, finds one and tells me that someone else will be doing my pedicure because she has another client waiting. WTH?? At this point I tell her it's okay and go to pay for my manicure. The girl at the counter looks at me and says we need a ticket. Who did your mani? I point at Lisa and she says can you ask her for a ticket? Really? I'm sorry but I was already upset so I said to her, Can YOU ask for her the ticket, you work here! I'm 7 months pregnant and felt extremely comfortable. My pedicure was seriously the fastest pedicure I've ever had. I told her I just wanted them red instead of pink. However after she finished I asked about the gold parts of the nails and was told I couldn't get the design because of the type of nail polish I chose. Like WTH!!! We talked about gel and powder polishes and you didn't mention if I was to get the polish I chose I couldn't get the designs!!! I was beyond mad because before services were rendered my exact words were. I want my nails like this but I want them red instead of pink. I mentioned it to the guy who appeared to be the host because she hadn't done the design and he said I couldn't get it. I was so upset about my nails and her trying to tell me she didn't know I wanted my nails like this after referencing the picture several times during the service that I just walked away. It was a lot of people in the shop and it was about to close and she had started working on another client. It took everything in me not to click out. I was almost in tears because I spent the only free time I had in that salon and was so unhappy. I will never go here again. The reply is a COMPLETE LIE. I was not informed that I couldn't get what I asked for until after the services were rendered and I asked about finishing my nails. Why would I pay $60 for nail services with the understanding that I would not be happy as well as waste time? No one goes to the nail salon to get their nails done differently than they expected just to be unhappy and have to complain. Lets be serious here. Also if you remember speaking to me how can you say I should have came to you in the efforts to bring it to management's attention? What do I have to gain by not wanting a resolution to getting my nails done the way I expected them to be done? I brought it to the attention of the guy who seemed to be calling the shots and no resolution was given. One of the reasons why I love the lo so much is the pictures that people share! I arrived at posh without an appointment And there was no one available so I had to come back a little later that day. The gentleman at the fort desk was very kind and quick to squeeze me in later that day. My nail tech was Tan and he was awesome! I showed him a picture of what I wanted and he delivered. I was very pleased with his work. He took into consideration all the things that I told him I wanted. I sat down at the nail bar and was entertained with the music video they had playing. There wasn't a lot of techs and it was 1;30 on a Friday. Not sure if they are short staff but that place is usually packed! Also, when I've been in the past, they offer refreshments and this time they didn't, not sure if it's because of covid. But I liked when they use to offer wine and soda. I mean, for the price you pay, it's a nice gesture on their part. I was very pleased with Tan and the customer service.
