I have been going to this nail shop for over 10 years. Unfortunately the customer service has declined tremendously. From when you walk in no one cares to greet you. Jordan points to the main lady and she's busy painting someone toes to acknowledge or ask what service you want. Better walk in the chair knowing exactly everything you want on your nails without any questions, don't even expect to get their opinion on anything cause they get irritated. Time is money and they want to get you out of the chair as quickly as possible so come in knowing exactly. They will also do the bare minimum to get you out the chair and on to the next. I've witnessed their behavior and responses to many customers coming in the shop and they are very rude. Only a few of them are talented in what they do but isn't worth the terrible experience. I got my nails done on Sat, Sep. 14. By Monday, Sept. 16, the gel nail polish started chipping on my thumbs. I sent a photo to the IG page and asked if I could come in on Wednesday to get my nails repainted. The person responded that I could. However, I wasn't able to come on Wednesday so I came on Saturday, Sept. 21. When I came in, there were 4 women waiting to be seen. A guy closer to the front door asked what I wanted help with. I told him that I needed 3 nails repainted and he told me that I'd have to wait for 4 women that needed a full service before I could be seen. Meanwhile, if someone that came in and asked for a full service with a pedi, they were directed to be seen for their service immediately. I then waited about 20 minutes and then spoke to the same guy and showed him my nails that needed to be repainted and asked if it could be done by the next tech available since it's quick. He said I would still have to wait. After waiting about 10 more minutes, I decided to leave. I've had times I've had to come in because of a tech error on my nails and if it's quick, they usually let me be seen at the next available. I am dissatisfied that my gel nail polish started chipping away after 2 days when I'm used to it lasting for a whole 3-4 weeks normally. I'm disappointed because when I went in to get the error fixed, I was going to be forced to wait at least an hour for a 15 min at most repainting of 3 nails. read more

The pregnant person that works at this shop confronted me about the negative review in an extremely inappropriate manner. She also was upset because I left a positive review at another salon. I'm very up set with this nail spa, I came to get a pedicure and fills. I checked in with the young lady at the front desk with what I wanted and she new exactly what I wanted because she repeated it back to me after then it took more than an hour and a half to finish my pedicure by this time half of the employees was leaving I was left in the shop with a few employees and five other customers which all the customers in the shop at this time came in after me I noticed no one was helping me with my nails since I was finished with my feet I walked up to the young man at the front desk the young lady had gone home and there was a young man at the front was waiting for me to pay my bill and I ask what about my nails he said with an attitude that there's no one else here to do your nail the young lady didn't tell anyone to do your nails before she left one of the nail techs asked if I could come back tomorrow I'll never come back to the establishment the customer service was awful I felt terrible that no one cared that I even existed in this establishment at this point. DO NOT GO HERE. I have never written a bad review, unfortunately this is my first because I don't want this to happen again. Read about my experiences, yes plural below: (To the owner, if you're reading this I hope this encourages you to start using/teaching the right technique and put your customers' safety and satisfaction over petty cash) I decided to try Infinity after moving to the area and seeing pretty good reviews. As most do, I took the good with the bad and decided the good outweighed the bad. I was very very wrong. First time I went there were a couple of red flags that ignored - the nail tech said she had to take off my acrylics because they were rising and for fear of water seeping in and causing fungus she had to take them off. I said ok. She proceeded to very forcefully remove my acrylics with another nail. It hurt so bad! My previous salon tech who I LOVED (go to Kaly at D Diamond Nails on Hallandale) warned me against salons and techs that used this technique because they're damaging and ripping your nails, just for the sake of time and money - faster they get the nails off, the more clients they see, the more money they make. How to know an elite nail salon from a money hungry one? They will take the time to soak your nails in acetone and cover them with foil for at least 15-20 mins. It takes more time, but guess what the acrylics always come off easily with no damage. Second con about this place, EVERYTIME you go its a different price. The next time I went for a gel fill and they charged me $32??? When I asked the owner why so much, he said its $26 for a gel fill, $3 dollars because I asked them to cut it down (mind you my nails and short to medium length already) plus my tip. Why was I not told about a charge to file down my nails before hand??? Hmmmm. Why did I continue to go five more times? Because this place is in walking distance to my house and I always loved the end result. But that would prove to bite me in the butt on this final trip. I went in for a gel fill once again and this time by one of the male techs, I am told again that my nails are lifting underneath and need to be removed. I'm hesitant because of my last experience, but he assures me its whats best to do. He proceeds to use the same technique as the first lady except he's even more rough. As the acrylics are coming off I notice more and more of my nail is coming off with them and its becoming more painful. I tell him 3 times, ouch, that really hurts, please slow down. He nods and continues. Then it happens... he tries to remove the acrylics from my index finger and has a hard time getting off. He looks under and says uh oh. Uh oh?! He removes it with another instrument and all I see if flesh! Flesh and blood. It hurt so badly, my heart started to race. He told me to look away as dropped some green solution, which stung like alcohol, but stopped the bleeding. He proceeded to remove the rest of the nails in the same fashion. During this time, I express how much it hurts and that I don't want to put acrylics any longer. He looks scared now, probably afraid that I would tell his boss or they would get a lawsuit. He urges me to please let me him put an acrylics over it, that this will help it to heal better. I say no, that I'm going to let it heal on its own. I go to the front to show the owner and he has the nerve to say, "that'll be $10". I say come on, I'm bleeding. We share a quick exchange about whether or not I asked him to do it. Hello! It does not matter if I agreed. Your employee injured me, you better be happy I don't sue! He was like oh ok, "$5". I told him I'm not paying him anything and walked out. All that to say... I will not be returning back. I liked their finished product, but unfortunately this place does not care for or value their customers over money. They demonstrate it time and time again. I was the foolish one who kept giving them my money. Hopefully, this helps someone and this doesn't have to happen to anyone else again. To the young lady, who told me it was normal to bleed and that it happens to her all the time. Sweetheart, I hope you realize that is not normal and you should never pay someone for hurting you nor is it okay. read more

So Ive been going to this nail salon for about 3-4 years And out of those 3-4 years Ive been going there I've brought my service animal with me maybe 4 times at the most & never had any issues or complaints from either the staff or customer. My dog is 6 lbs yorkie. She helps with me with anxiety & panics which I do tend to have from time to time. I go on today for my appointment I sit down as usual and JORDAN (along side with NANCY) is telling me I have to leave or the dog because they will NOT do my nails. As pissed as I WAS & am....Im explaining to them that my animal is trained to sit causally on my lap & assist me if I have an incident. (WHICH BY LAW I DO NOT NEED TO EXPLAIN MY MEDICAL CONDITION) & I was still denied. I had to call a friend to come get my dog from me while I sat there extremely uncomfortable & ANXIETY through the roof while I got my nails done & yes I still got them done. I had no more patience to go anywhere. It's unfortunate I had to come on here & write this but people need to be aware of others who have mental & medical issues. I use to suffer from light headedness & I would faint & pass out. If that were to had happened or me having a panic attack where it is difficult for me breathe....THEN WHAT??? The one that was trained what to do is NOT with me....if the ambulance came or paramedics I would've showed them I have a service animal. They would've asked where is it???? & this could've went into an entirely different direction. Once this is resolved, I will think about returning my services until then absolutely NOT. read more

IN LOVE WITH THIS PLACE! So much talent and such great personalities. It's in a little strip mall, but don't let that scare you away. This place is a diamond in the rough. It's what's on the inside that counts, right? Inside isn't anything super fancy, but they did SUCH a great job with the nail art and are so nice (and prices can't be beat). I did a ton of research looking for a place with good nail artists so I could get my nails done while I was in town visiting my friend. I had a full set of acrylics with nail art and a pedi, and my friend got gel polish with art and a pedi. I had a specific design I really wanted, and they nailed it! It wasn't 100% exact (just because everyone has different materials), but I knew it wouldn't be and think the job they did looked fantastic. Ana and her brother, Sam, who is the owner, tag teamed on my nails. He did the shaping on the acrylics -- and did SUCH a good job -- and 3-D art (the little bows and the rhinestones). She did the hand painting and ombre and tie-dye effects. She did suuuuuuuch a great job, too. A week later, everything still looks fantastic. And my friend loved the job they did, too. She had leopard spots on some, burgundy tips on some and metal studs. The handpainted leopard spots were my favorite. Ana did a great job with them. Sam's wife did our toes, and my friend and I both agreed it was one of the best pedicure's we've had. We both really needed fresh feet, and she really cleaned them up well. I loved this place when it first open! They were new and trying to gain customers and did a wonderful job. After they started to become established the work became sloppy. I had a new set applied they were lifting within a week I became frustrated and took them off. Went back about 5-6 months later(which are the pics shown) to try again different tech same story. I don't know if it's the product they are using or something's being done incorrectly. The same tech did my daughters nail and she has the same issue. The owner did my mothers nails, same issue. That's a shame because I like the place and everyone is really nice but I refuse to keep wasting money like that. read more
