I just moved to the area and was looking for a place to get a pedicure. I ended up here and got the volcano pedicure and it was amazing (great massage too). Nate was absolutely phenomenal and very kind and did great work. I even told him I wanted my cuticles to be really clean and he was happy to work with me. I ended up loving my toes and asked if he had time to do my manicure too and he said absolutely. They were all very kind, very welcoming. It'll be my returning go to nail place. I've been here four separate times for various services: pedicure and Apres Gel-X manicure, fill, Gel-X removal, and new set of Gel-X. During my first experience, the (no longer available) technician was attentive, however it got real awkward when a verbal fight broke out between her and the manager. Shouting, clapping-in-faces, cursing, the whole shabang. My second experience wasn't as exciting, however still not good. I asked for a fill and the technician caked on the gel builder like it was nobody's business. I used to do gel builder for years (not Apres gel-X) and know what a good set and fill look like, respectively. This was far from it. Super bulky and thick. I thought she was going to file down the thickness but didn't. I was trusting the process and it failed me here. Mind you, I was going to the person that seemed the most experienced or amongst the top, from other yelp reviews. My third experience was meant to be the final attempt. This time, the manager took care of me because I was a walk-in. Clearly he didn't care about the quality of the Gel-X removal. He place the acetone foils on my fingers and walked away, which fine, I didn't feel like talking either, but when he returned, roughly scraped the softened gel, barely filed my nails, and cashed me out (I guess now is as good a time as ever to mention that the removal price he charged me was more than the price I was given over the phone by a woman..hmm). There were many nails that were uneven due to hard gel product that wasn't attended to. I ended up having to file them (the tops of my nails *and* shaping) down myself afterwards. No, I did not want a manicure after removal and filing is not a "manicure" service. Filing is basic nail health prior to getting into manicure territory of conditioning and treating the nails, then adding polish clear/color. He picked and chose which nails to touch with the nail file, which I found odd. Thankfully I wasn't wearing clothing that could easily snag, if you catch my drift... My third appointment was really out of desperation. I needed a new set FAST and they were the closest salon to me that had availability. I met with __(don't want to get her in trouble)___ and she immediately asked me who removed the gel before because it was done so poorly. I told her it was her manager and that made things a little awkward. She removed the rest of the gel that I didn't file off because I was concerned for damaging my nails and then got started on the new set. She applied gel-nails that were too small, so it misshaped my nails (I learned this from my new nail tech at a different salon). Important to note that it didn't hurt, I probably wouldn't have noticed, but it is important for the technician to handle your nails carefully for risk of longer-term damage. She then applied wayyy too much clear gel bond. It was globbing out the side and well into the tip, past my natural nail. She didn't clean this before curing and I unfortunately realized after the fact. After that, she painted them, again globbing the polish on. The end result was a lumpy and THICK coat. If you looked at the nails head on, they looked bulbous with product and with weird hills and valleys on them. When I got home, I had to file the excess product from the sides and attempt underneath, as best I could. Literal chunks of gel-bonder were flinging off my nails. Not the vibe, not what I want to spend my money on, and moving on. Overall, I really wanted to like this place. I mean, I gave them four chances :\ it's clean though! And they have good massage chairs. read more

We scheduled 2 Signature Spa Pedicures and thoroughly enjoyed them. The salon was clean and set up beautifully. We enjoyed the massage chairs, a glass of wine and the full treatment. The Hispanic nail technician speaks loudly to other staff across the salon and uses speakerphone when calling her husband, which disrupts the tranquility. Additionally, the nail technician who did my manicure is still learning and, while very lovely, did not do a good job. Although she polished my nails nicely, my cuticles were not properly cared for. Worst dip manicure I have ever had. They rushed through the process and misshaped every one my nails. I asked for oval and he shaped them almond then had to try to go back and fix them. I told him to put tips on if he needed to and he said he could shape them, when I was unhappy at the end and mentioned he should have put tips on he said I never told him that. They have several choices for both manicures and pedicures; I opted for a higher level with more bells and whistles. He left me sitting in the pedicure chair for 20 minutes while I waited for his other employee to start my nails! Horrible customer service! Their website says nail art is $5. However, when I showed them the design I wanted they said it was $15 for two nails because $5 was too cheap. The design was some lines and gold foil- nothing complicated. I feel like I was taken advantage of. To top off this bad experience, my top coat peeled off within hours of the service and I now have to go back for a repair. Very upsetting. I got acrylics with a black tip and silver living, very simple. asked for much longer. Can see the white tips showing through, looks very tacky. the silver living is just simply not a line. there is paint on my hands. The acrylic feels uneven. i can feel the sharp edges of the glitter on top. I said the only thing i really care about it the edges are very sharp, they're rounded. whole process just very upsetting. & for 80$??? worst nails i've gotten and these are the most simple i've asked for ever. read more

Honestly, I never write reviews, but I'm frustrated with this place. I went twice. The first time, the nail polish color started to fade within a week. I thought maybe it was something I touched, but I've never had this happen before. The second time was a disaster. They rushed the service, and I had to ask the lady to apply a third coat because the color was off. I ended up with three nails in a square shape and the rest almond-shaped. Additionally, I had to return two days later because once again, the nail polish on my toes was fading. Now, a week later, my gel is peeling off. The materials they used seem to be of poor quality, and their prices are extremely high for the level of service provided. I won't be returning. read more
