Pedi was amazing but the guy doing dip wasn't the greatest. My friend had pink on her nails previously and he didn't actually take all of the previous dip off before applying new. Not only is that unsanitary but it's also unsafe. I elected not to get my dip mani here after my friends experience and also the refusal to let me soak off my dip rather than have them drill into my nail. I'm only giving it one star because the sweet lady Ivette who does my toes, does an amazing job and does my pedicure amazing every time. But I've got a dip manicure twice and both times after only 3-4 days my nails were popping off. I got my dip manicure on 09/27/23 and had to go back because two nails popped off on October 1st. Literally only 4 days later. I went back yesterday to get them fixed and she went over the nails that were clearly not on right and applied another gel coat with dip and today one popped off again. I've been getting dip & acrylics for a long time and have never experienced this. I'm upset I spent so much money on such poor quality. Don't waste your money for nails that only last 4 days. read more

If I could leave a negative zero I would! I been here a few time but it's NOT my favorite nail place but it's literally one minute away from my house. I dropped in to get a sock off and the lady massacred my nails. As she was cutting of my acrylics she was being so rough & careless! She cut them so bad that it ruined my natural nails. I think I would've did a better job if I would've bite them off at home. I could see that she did not care about my nails and her roughness was out of control. I literally told her don't file or do anything. I was dying to leave that place. This is not the first time I felt like this location does not care about your nails. Just don't go. read more

Their location is on S Federal Hwy positioned in a Strip Mall right in between Nick's Grooming and Metro PCS. Walk ins are welcome and each time I have visited I was seated and started on immediately! Stephanie is my go-to Nail Tech and she does a great job executing my Manicure and Pedicure each time I go in. Giving attention to detail and making sure my nails look great when I leave! No matter if you are looking for Regular Polish or Shellac they have walls and walls full of different colors to select from. I've always chose the Shellac when coming here going through the the oodles and oodles of Nail Swatch Colors they have. It would be very easy to visit quite often and always get a new color or design! The tools, tubs, and overall appearance of the salon is very clean! They unpackaged the tools they use right in front of you with each visit. The tubs are covered with a new liner each time you sit down for Spa Pedicure and the Pedicure Chairs are comfortable offering a number of massage levels! For a great clean and easy to work with Salon, Queens Nails is a enjoyable selection! My Shellac each time I have been here has lasted at least the promised "21 days" on the DND Box! read more

It was my first time there. I went in for a soak off and pedi. They started my nails first. The guy doing my nails made a racist joke telling me that "I'm so black" I asked him what does that mean he said the way I spoke was black and he had other people that spoke like that. I didn't say to much Only because I haven't been feeling good. Seems like he had a attitude with me all of sudden my nails started to look bad. The shape was off he didn't make none of my nails even.I then move to the pedi chair where they work on my feet. I asked for a design and he couldn't do it so I was just going to change the color. He then gets up and walks always. When I asked for him to come back he said he wasn't and somebody else was gonna do it.. I didn't like the service that I was given from this place. I went on a Monday morning with no appointment and was seen right away. Jolie did my nails and did an absolutely fabulous job. She took great care when manicuring my hands (no nicks or cuts)! She is very precise with the nail polish. Jolie was extremely accommodating; I wanted an extra coat of sparkles and it was no problem at all. Good place. Visited for the first time a few weeks ago. I was nearby because I had Jury Duty, so I decided to try and get a manicure somewhere nearby. This place was the closest. They took me immediately, and finished within an hour. I removed old gel polish, got a new gel manicure with a simple design on my ring fingers. Two different people worked on me. They also had a super cute toddler hanging out with them, haha Price was $22 for gel manicure plus an extra $8 for the two nails I got a design on. $30 total. read more

The ladies were lovely, my pedicure is perfect but my nails weren't done properly. I don't know the woman's name, I feel like she tried really hard but nails just aren't her thing. My nails are atrocious and I really should've just asked her to remove them but I was already there for 2.5hrs. Wanted to get my eyebrows done but decided against it because once those are messed up it will take forever to grow back. Definitely misled by the reviews on here. Walked in here late in the day on a Saturday and got taken in right away. The nail technician was extremely friendly! My pedicure was great and turned out pretty. My manicure however did not turn out so great. The polish is not even and there are "holidays" in it. (The next evening they started to chip already. ) Although the salon is pretty clean and updated, the drying station is a joke. The lights did not get hot and the fans were not strong enough to reach where they were supposed to go. When it came time to pay, they charged me $5 more than advertised. Whatever, it was still much less than the last place I went to. I paid, tipped my girl and left. Nail places are like barbershops, you just don't cheat. I have been going to this place exclusively for YEARS now. The area has some very pricey salons. And speaking from experience, they lack the patience to really perfect your nails, Plus, they are not gentle. That's why I only come here. So let me tell you why I love this place: I was probably the most annoying client of the day. Super grateful, but looking back I was a hassle client. Still you wouldn't be able to tell because the service in general and Karen was so sweet. I was a late walk-in on a busy Friday. I wanted a mani pedi, on a Friday night, near close. but I was helped in a timely manner. Barely a wait time. During my pedi I struck up conversation with my girl Karen. She's wonderful, great to have a conversation with. Then the mani.... and that's when my indecisiveness kicked in. First, I decided I wanted acrylics instead of a standard mani. Then, I wanted gel polish on my acrylics. And last, I wanted designs I would have lost my mind with me as a client changing my mind so much. But not her the whole time she was sooo great. I was the* last client that day. She--meticulously-- did my acrylics. They were the right length perfectly filed, no residue of acrylic under my nails, weren't thick. Each nail looked perfectly even, she took the time to make sure they were built up perfectly. Gel had no bubbles wasn't streaky. And she picked my design for my Disney trip and it's too cute I'm not just coming back but I'll be booking with her from now on. read more

Literally the worst nail salon experience I've ever had in 32 years...no exaggeration. I am still in shock over it. I grew up here in the area and have been to over 20 salons in this vicinity, I lived in NYC for 4 years and experienced every level and type of salon there, and now I live in LA and have gone to over 30 salons between Long Beach and Los Angeles. NEVER have I ever been treated or spoken to like I was at Queen Nails today. I flew in last night from LA for a wedding, and the crystal design I got done in LA was damaged on the plane. I made a 12pm appointment to get the two broken nails fixed before the wedding. I called at 11am and asked when the soonest appt they had. Was told 12pm. Great, took it, got there at 11:56. The rudest woman ever "greeted" me with a frown and yelling "what you want?!" When I said I had a 12pm appt to fix my nail design, she rolled her eyes at me and slammed down a bowl of alcohol on a desk and yelled "soak!" Um, ok....so I sit and soak the two nails for 5 mins...still no one is helping me or making eye contact. I soak another 5 mins. Nothing. Finally I get up and ask how much longer it will be....the same woman dramatically sighs like it's the most annoying question ever, and says "god!" So I am pretty annoyed at this point but really needed this fixed for the wedding, so I'm trying to be cool and hold my tongue and be patient. Then another nail tech walks by, it's 12:17 now, and I say "excuse me, I have to get to a wedding, I had a 12pm appointment and it's only 2 nails." She tells to the other nail tech, who responds by screaming "oh my god I know!" Then she says to me "sorry mama." So finally the rude one walks by me again and it's now 12:21, I say "excuse me but I made an appointment, I'm going to have to leave in a minute if no one is going to help me." THIS WOMAN SHRUGGED AT ME AND SAID "TOO BAD, DON'T CARE." !!!!!!!! Like, SHOCK. Can you imagine??? Never in my LIFE have I experienced a business like that. I don't know how they keep any repeat customers, it must all be walk in only. HORRIBLE! Do yourself a favor and go to the other one a couple blocks down. read more

I walk into the place and said I needed French with gel on my toes and pink gel on my nails. She finishes the French on my toes and I look down and they literally looked horrible. The white lines were crooked and not smooth. One of the lines stopped half way across one of my toes. I told her they didn't look good and I said just to do color. So she took all the gel off my toes and painted them with pink gel and it didn't look good at all. So I was already annoyed and scared for my mani. This is what my mani turned out like... she barely cleaned up my skin and the paint doesn't even reach my cuticle. So at the end, I asked her how much and she tells me $75 (I normally go to another lady. but she was out of town. And she doesn't even charge me that much and my nails look flawless everytime I leave her). I tell the lady "I don't think this mani and pedi are worth $75" she talks to her boss and tells me I can pay $65. I tell her "I will pay you $50. This is not good" so she accepts the $50. I was in there a total of 2 hours and 45 minutes and I got the 2nd worst mani pedi I've ever had. If you go there don't get the lady I had. She didn't know what she was doing and I had to coach her what to do the whole time. If you go, get the the tiny short lady with glasses. She didnt two mani pedis in the time of my one and Everyone who left her was very pleased with her work and I might go back just for her. Don't not get the other lady!!
