Setting the appointment online was very simple. I arrived and signed a waiver before my technician Luisa called me. She was very nice. The place was very clean, nicely decorated with very relaxing music sounds in the background that I almost fell asleep. The whole process took about an hour. Painless no issues. No allergies. They were very punctual too no waiting time The final results looked great until I got home and realized the right eye lashes were not as dark or thick as the left side. Not sure why the left eye lashes looked better thicker and darker. I need to call back and see if they can fix it somehow. $115 full price Lashes last from 6 to 8 weeks apparently. I've been coming here for almost 4 years and have always had great experiences, which makes this…read moreespecially disappointing. Today I came in for both nails and a pedicure. My nails turned out great with my usual technician Tom but my pedicure was a completely different experience. The technician Brady had a bad attitude almost like he was annoyed he had to do my pedicure with a shitty attitude the entire time....he did not clean under my toenails, did not trim my cuticles, my nails were all uneven with white polish all over my toes. He was also on the phone during my appointment which came across as unprofessional and inattentive. When I brought this to the manager (Sarah), the focus was only on the polish color "looking fine," instead of addressing the quality of the actual pedicure. Please find pictures attached!! I was offered a redo, but after already being there for a long time, 4pm u til 6pm I was unable to stay & ready to go at that point Despite the poor service, I was still charged $40 for the gel polish and French because I was "leaving with their product on my toes" After being a loyal client for years, that was really disappointing. A pedicure is more than just polish--it's the FULL service--and unfortunately that standard was not met today. Sadly, this experience and the way Sarah handled it has made me decide not to return. All she cares about is money and not the customers. I'll be taking my business elsewhere
