The technician Brady had a bad attitude almost like he was annoyed he had to do my pedicure with a shitty attitude the entire time....he did not clean under my toenails, did not trim my cuticles, my nails were all uneven with white polish all over my toes. He was also on the phone during my appointment which came across as unprofessional and inattentive. They've always made me feel right at home, they feel like family now. But hands down the best part of going to them every 2-3 weeks for several years now is that it has quite literally changed my look--ironically, my eyebrows now give more natural and full (than when I waxed or tweezed in the past) AND they're more stylized to the shape of my face. Best of both worlds! Pro tip: Make sure you go at least 3-4 times to allow your hair follicles to start growing in naturally, the first few times will prob hurt a bit and then your hair (and your tolerance) will adjust so it's smooth sailing into the long game. I'm now at the point where I have them thread my ears, cheeks, below my lip, around my hairline, and my neck. Remember: beauty requires sacrifice & commitment -- and these ladies make it all worth it!
