I live in Pompano and I would travel to South Miami every three weeks because I didn't trust anyone with my brows but now I have finally found a place! Prior to booking an appointment I called to discuss my options and found Rupa to be very knowledgeable of her craft and understanding of my dilemma. She booked me an appointment for me and when I showed up the quality of service, professionalism not to mention friendly atmosphere is what I was looking for. I came in after trying to grow my brows out & fearful that I would mess them up. She came highly recommended and now I know why! Her studio is gorgeous and welcoming, not to mention extremely clean. She is professional and takes the time to listen to what you want with your brows. Never has she been late for an appointment either and if you're from south Florida you know how big of a deal this is! The wax process itself was essentially painless, and I have a super low pain tolerance. The appointment in it's entirely took no longer than 30 minutes and she offered me a great and doable plan on how to get my eyebrows where I want them to be. You can really tell she loves her job, is extremely knowledgeable about her profession and offers great products (cost friendly ones too!). I had put in my name and cell, and figured I would call in the morning to try to get in touch. 10 minutes later the owner of the salon, Dey, texted me to see if she could help me with my appointments. In under 5 minutes she responded again to tell me I had 3 mani/pedis at noon the next day. We walked in and were promptly greeted by friendly staff. The girls were brought to their pedicure chairs immediately and mine was available a few minutes later. The process was amazing - they do the mani and the pedi at the same time - 2 nail techs working on your services. Needless to say, I've never experienced anything like it! Our nails were amazing, and the nail techs did a fantastic job. From start to finish - this experience was truly outstanding - WOW !!
