The Wow Studio is appropriately named!! We are in town on vacation and I was looking for someplace for me and my daughters to get mani/pedis. I saw the reviews on Yelp, and I went to the website to try to book. I was able to start the process and then wasn't sure how to book more than 1 person. I had put in my name and cell, and figured I would call in the morning to try to get in touch. 10 minutes later the owner of the salon, Dey, texted me to see if she could help me with my appointments. In under 5 minutes she responded again to tell me I had 3 mani/pedis at noon the next day. We walked in and were promptly greeted by friendly staff. The girls were brought to their pedicure chairs immediately and mine was available a few minutes later. The process was amazing - they do the mani and the pedi at the same time - 2 nail techs working on your services. Needless to say, I've never experienced anything like it! Our nails were amazing, and the nail techs did a fantastic job. From start to finish - this experience was truly outstanding - WOW !! They offer everything from nails and facials to body treatments, brow waxing, microblading, and eyelashes (and I'm sure even more!). The entire team is incredibly kind, friendly, and welcoming, with top-notch customer service. They also accept multiple forms of payment, which makes everything easy and convenient. I've been there several times now for facials, manicures/pedicures, and brow waxing. Sara, Angie, and Daniela are the sweetest! They do amazing nails and pedicures--so meticulous, and my nails always come out exactly how I want them. I've also had three facials with Franchesca, and I can honestly say they've been the best I've ever had. I'm in my 50s and have had facials all over--from home to traveling--and she is truly exceptional. She's kind, professional, and very knowledgeable. She carefully assessed my skin and recommended the best treatment for me. Her technique, especially with facial massage and cleansing, is incredibly skilled and thorough. My skin looked radiant, glowing, and absolutely beautiful afterward. I also had my brows waxed by her, and they came out perfectly shaped--exactly how I like them. They offer memberships which are nice. They're a bit pricier than your typical nail salon, but I go here specifically for the luminary system that they use which allows your real nails to get stronger and grow longer so you don't need fake nails or anything else. It helps your nails get healthier. I can't find anywhere else that offers that specific service. read more

This is a difficult review to write - especially given this high scoring studio. Booking and parking was easy and flexible. The receptionist was very busy on the phone so I wasn't greeted for a bit, which was fine. Two women walked in without appointments and were seated prior to me, which was confusing. I waited twenty minutes until after my appointment time before I asked if everything was ok. I was told the assigned tech was just finishing up. She was very nice and worked hard on my cuticles but the manicure was awful. I had hang nails and a shape worse than before my manicure unfortunately. It's possible the nail tech was new, though I did notice her certificate had just expired. I wish I had known who to book as I had a unique but disappointing experience. read more

Other than the natural regrowth of my nails, my manicure & pedicure with regular gel polish is still flawless. Not one chip. Incredible! I felt this impressive result warranted a review update. Notice I changed my review to 5 stars. This is because, I have been getting regular manicures/pedicures for 25 years, and I HAVE NEVER HAD anywhere close to this lasting result. It has been between 5 & 6 weeks since I visited The Wow Studio. For my nails to still be so perfect, shiny, and remain unchipped is remarkable. Also, let it be noted, have a flock of domestic ducks, and my hands are changing out water bowls multiple times per day. Crazy the way this gel manicure has lasted. This result is unmatched, and I will definitely be back. DO NOT LET THEM UPSELL YOU UNNECESSARILY TO THAT STUFF THAT'S NAME BEGINS WITH "L." Again, I must stress, this result is with a traditional gel manicure. I had been told that this regular gel would only last 2 weeks, and that I needed the "L" product which would last twice as long. The techs telling me gel mani would only last a couple of weeks is untrue as I am living proof /between 5 & 6 weeks now & not a single chip (with major, frequent contact with water). Thanks WoW Studio for a job well done. Please stop misleading customers though that they need this other product just to make more money off of them. It just is not the honest thing to do. I have gotten a pedicure with Ruth twice now and she does such a great job. I am sooo picky with my nails. I have had really bad nail salon experiences and very few excellent ones. The WOW Studio Wowed me and is up there with my excellent nail journeys. I went once the nail salons were allowed to open up again post Covid-19. They remodeled the salon to make sure social distancing is in place. Clear window like dividers were added to minimize breathing into the nail techs space. Now you have a divider and you put your hands under. My tech was very precise, she did a great job. Actually the best pedicure and manicure I have had in a very long time. She cleaned my toe nails and gave detailed attention to my manicure including recommending nail art. I have already went here three times twice for my hands and once for a petty.Cata is the person that did my nails the first time of course I went back only to her because I love having the same tech every time because they already know what you want. She is wonderful. She's very friendly and she does amazing job cleaning cuticles and nails. Honestly, everyone is great. I always watch everybody's work while I'm sitting there getting my nails done. They're always busy all the ladies are wonderful. You can tell customers are happy and when I went back my second and third time I did see familiar faces, which means customers do come back because Not only their work quality and ethics, but their materials are great too. My nails look pretty but the stuff they use is not good. I would never go back to the same place. The owner is also very nice. They have expanded their list and have move on to a bigger location so they now offer amazing new services. They're always on top of any trend and every single person that works there is a master in their craft. They will make sure you are comfortable and happy the whole time you're there. If you want to feel pampered, then come here for sure. Dey and Fran take such good care of their customers. I love coming here and singing all the songs with the girls while they take care of my hands and feet. It's a nice salon with very personalized attention, which I love. It's SUPER CLEAN, I have noticed they take a lot of care in making sure everything is sanitized and disposed of properly. They have a HUGE SELECTION of colors in both regular and gel, and they both do nail designs and are REALLY GOOD at it (if ya don't believe me check out their insta, that's where I first found them). I come every 4-5 week' and my nails make it through that period pretty much untouched (and I work with dogs 6 days a week). Ever since I started coming here my nails done break as much either. I dont know how they do it but they probably have magic powers. They really are the best, Dey even let me bring my dog once! (It was an emergency of course, but none the less most places would've said "too bad, so sad" or "leave him in the car"). I come to the studio EVERY 3 WEEKS ever since they practically opened. Before my first visit I had never felt comfortable with my nails as I thought I had nail issues but they educated and helped me have pretty nails. They have a huge assortment of colors and they always update them too. I love that they have a matching set for regular and gel polish. FRAN is my girl, she takes care of me every time, she doesn't rush my nails and is always so detailed. Aside from that she's done my brows and given me lash lifts. I am constantly getting compliments everywhere I go! I always look forward to my nail appointments. The Studio has great energy, super personable, they have updated the stations due to Covid so that is awesome.
