It's my third time coming to this place and very pleased with both service and atmosphere. Always as a walk-in and all three times was serviced after only a few minutes of wait . So far have tried David and Tracy and both do an amazing and detailed job. Nails in picture by Tracy. Fun Fact: they only play reggae/ lounge music, which is a plus for me!!!! Thanks Jane for the great costumer service ! Will be back in a couple weeks.

I took a young lady friend of mine for a manicure and pedicure; she talked me into getting one as well. People are really nice in here. I was satisfied with the quality of work they did on me; however, the young lady wasn't very happy. It's a cool place to visit with pleasant people , and the prices are very reasonable.

This is a really nice spot! It's in a strip mall so parking can be limited when the other businesses are also open. The inside is well spaced and clean. Instead of nail scrapers or cuticle cutters for manicures they use a nail bit which is more gentle on the nail but the different file heads are stored in a small box so they are not sanitized before or after use. There is a really big selection of polish colors to choose from from all the big brands like Essie, OPI, CND, etc. The dip polish lasted almost 4 weeks before I got it redone without a single chip or crack, so definitely worth the cost. The prices were pretty standard, but on the slightly more expensive end compared to other salons. They do charge an additional $5 to remove gel or dip manicures which is not typical for salons in this area. $40 for a dip manicure $27 for a regular pedicure

The place is nice and clean. Upon entering they asked for you to go straight to the back and wash your hands. I had an appointment so I was set up immediately to start my pedicure. They have a variety of color choices for your choosing. My tech didn't speak too much English but there was another lady close by to answer when I did have a question. I saw a review that said they offered drinks so I was pretty excited about that. I wasn't offered anything so I'm not sure if that changed. For the price of the services, a little bubbly would've been nice. My toes were painted after cleaning cuticles and such but there was no scrubbing. Then once done, the lady puts this scrub on my leg and did a bit of scrubbing once I pointed to my heel. Maybe that's the process here. Anyway, I'm glad the scrub was not completely forgotten. Nice crew here but I think the service as a whole was just ok.

Nail salons tend to charge a lot for nail services even for a basic mani/pedicure. Which is understandable given certain amenities: wine/drinks, cleanliness, and overall talent of nail artists. Unfortunately, this nail salon charges the upscale price and doesn't have any quality features. At first glance this place seems to be somewhat cleaner than other places I've been too. The color selection is rather underwhelming. They do however, have the new OPI Mexico collection but that's the only collection they have. Whereas many other places I have been to will carry OPI staples (e.g., Funny Bunny, Lincoln Park After Dark, etc) and/or carry multiple recent collections (e.g., Hello Kitty, Scotland). My manicure was okay. She didn't ask how I wanted my nails shaped and she wanted to use a drill to remove my cuticles and didn't ask me prior and that's big NO for me. My pedicure was one of the worst I've had. I'm not sure my nails were filed into any kind of shape. The cuticle remover was not applied to my toes and my cuticles were not trimmed, just pushed back. The polish around my toes were not properly removed. She barely scrubbed the heels of my feet. I had to go home and shape own toes and remove the excess polish. I've had much better service at other places and this salon doesn't justify its price even at its discount (20% off services for first customers; $32 for mani/pedi). Will not be returning!

We love this place! My daughter and I love to come for pedicures. The ladies here always go the extra distance to make us feel comfortable and they take their time to give us perfection! I love getting the gel pedicure and the calf massage is fantastic! 100% worth the time and money!

There is not one bad thing I can say about my visit to Nails West Bar! I called at 10am on a Saturday and they were able to accommodate my appt the same day within an hour for a fill and a pedicure. I came here because I went to another local nail salon and was not happy with the outcome of my full set of ombré dip nails. Huan at Nails West was able to tell me the issue and I ended up getting an entirely new full set of acrylics with an almond shape and French polish. It is EXACTLY what I wanted and I cannot be any happier with the outcome. I'm addition, the young lady who did my pedicure was very gentle and I was very impressed with her as well. I will definitely be back and finally found a nail salon that I love.

I am ALWAYS satisfied when leaving. The male male nail tech is very thorough and everyone is so professional and sweet. My nails always look beautiful and the pedicure is actually a real pedicure. I leave with smooth feet. They are very clean and sanitize before and after every person. They actually asked me what shape I want my toe nails and make sure I'm satisfied all the way through. Only downside is that they are on the pricey side.

Juan did a wonderful job on my nails. I had gotten them done at a less than reputable salon before and I thought my nails were beyond repair, but he fixed them up beautifully. it's so hard to find a good nail salon especially in Covid times, so I am so happy I finally found Nails West!!! Thank you, and I'll see you for my fill in a couple weeks!!

UPDATE: got my nails removed and they were MMA WHICH IS ILLEGAL DO NOT GO HERE. went here because the photos looked great, place was clean however this was the most painful nail appointment i've had. i got an acrylic fill and not sure what happened but my nails were BURNING and whenever he held the fingers they hurt and when he would file them the pain was so bad i felt sick. when i told him all he did was spray some water on them which only helped for a couple seconds. i had to get burn cream afterwards to soothe my fingers. the acrylic is bumpy and the shaping is crooked, it doesn't even look like the prep was done correctly because i can see the lifting from the previous set. cindy had to come save my nails at the end and do the design properly. there were also so many add on prices that i wasn't told about either. i live the design on my nails but i don't think i can return because of the pain i felt during my appointment. update: i have never had problems with my nails breaking and i've had nails much longer than these. i've broken 2 nails from simple things like putting on my shoes. NEVER have i had nails this weak. the acrylic was done so poorly that it just cracks and breaks incredibly easy. needless to say i will not be returning.

Got a dip on Saturday and come Wednesday they're already chipping. The guy who did them was a nice and seemed like he did a good job but I don't know how this happened. I haven't been digging in the dirt or doing a lot of dishes or anything. If this is the product, then it's cheap AF. Also, they nickel and dime you for everything and don't have a price list.

Worst service ever!!!!!!!!. I was looking for a mani and pedicure and I decided to do a little bit of research since I was hoping to find a groupon. I'm in a tight budget since Im a maid of honor in a wedding coming up. I call the salon and Michelle the receptionist assure me that they would take both groupons and do the service.After getting out of work early to make it to the appointment, I arrive at the salon and the owner ( I think that's who she was) told me that she doesn't take groupons anymore, because they steal money from her etc and that it was the mistake of the receptionist. I explain the situation to her that I called and I made sure of all the terms before I even bought the groupon and made the appoinment. She just tells me to get a refund from groupon. She tells me she has someone ready but I ask her if at least a discount or something would be applied because the groupon was a special price, I tried to show her how much they were and she respond i know what the groupon said I put them there she adds.Then she says that it would full price. I said no thank you and left.I cannot believe this person has their own salon. What happened to make it right with the customer?. It was not my mistake. Yes the receptionist did not know but that your staff train them better or be responsible for your business. I was so upset I report it to groupon. I hope this owner learns how to run a business because she has no clue. read more

It's just not easy making my toes look great ! But hey Cindy really can make everything perfect as it gets! Everyone always asks where I get my nails done. They love the look of my natural nail gels. UPDATE: The owner got back to right away and fixed my nails the next day!! I love my nails now. Cindy is the best! She's detailed and she really listens to her customers. She also takes into account that not everyone is the same and some people have sensitive hands. Cindy is now my nail tech for life. Amazing customer service!!! 10 stars! I'm a bit disappointed. I was super excited to visit due to the great reviews and awesome pictures I saw. My nails all different shapes and lengths some are even crooked. Their customer service is excellent and everyone was really nice but I honestly hate my nails. My first and probably my last tome visiting. read more

Terrible, my nails were a joke and I had cuts all over my skin. I feel like they obviously only post one of the nail techs work to look good. Outrageous prices they charge extra for every little thing for a bad job. I've never written a bad review and I never show my emotion if I don't like something but I couldn't even hide it here I wanted to cry from how pissed I was. I still had to pay for unfinished work and the shaping of my nails were terrible. There was no proper nail prep and he couldn't even bother to do my cuticles either. My nails weren't even almond shape they were thick oval shapes can't see from the picture too well and there was lint all trapped in them too.The guy was so rough with me too and didn't seem to care and I still tipped him because I felt bad even tho it wasn't deserved. I had to rush home before work to file all my nails down to the natural length and had to pain over them. It was a utter waste of time and money. They wanted me to come back and my guess was because they didn't want bad ratings but wanted me to fix the design only with the nail tech that does now hoe to do them which if you knew I was going in for that then why would you put me with someone that clearly doesn't do a good job sorry to say. They even knew the French tip was terrible and I didn't even tell them that that was the problem and apparently a lot of other ppl had the same problem too. I also removed my nails and they took hours to soak off and file, they were unbelievably gummy and sticky I was scared for my nails. Clearly MMA let's be real. Horrible place don't come here unless my guess are you get the nail tech they post about. read more

This is the only place I ever go to or send anyone, for a full set acrylic, pedicure or regular manicure. my mom wax's here & loves it too. Recently I wanted Halloween themed nails and they did such an amazing job, its only been a day but I cant stop looking at my own nails to admire lol. 10/10 recommend. read more

I made an appointment based on the reviews I read and that process was seamless. However, I walked in was greeted quite rudely. I gave my name and told the receptionist my appointment time. She seemed confused as if she wasn't expecting me. She was rude and unhelpful when I asked about colors. She went to the back and came out 10 minutes later, still quite rude. I told them never mind, I was happy to spend my money elsewhere. Unless you enjoy rudeness don't go tho this mail salon. read more

I was not initially that impressed with the set done on me but after removing it myself at home I found it to be incredibly hard and turn gummy very similar to the traits of MMA which is unsafe on the nails I have never had an acrylic set soak off like this safe to say I will never return here! read more

What a beautiful salon! A pair of sisters recently took over this location. Completely renovated, very clean, and great nail techs! I got a dip mani and regular pedi for $62 which is a very normal price. However, if it's your first time in (and it was mine) you get 20% off! They have hundreds of colors to choose from and they have matching colors for the dip powder. Most places you have to match them yourself. I have been going to the same place for years but I will definitely be coming back to Nails West! Very happy with my mani/pedi. Cindy is great! read more

This place is fantastic. My technician was Cindy and wow I can't stop staring at my nails! They are perfection!! She did exactly what I wanted and took her time with every little detail. I truly can this is one of the best manicures I've ever gotten. The people there are awesome and super friendly! The place is quaint and clean! In response to the review that was posted today regarding the salon being rude, I was one of the customers at the time the two young ladies came in and asked about pedicures. They were not available for walk ins and offered an alternate time. It did not work for the customers but the response was definitely not "ok then bye". The owner simply responded with "ok see you next time". I would suggest making an appointment next time or simply understand that you are not guaranteed service as a walk in customer. The owners are incredibly hard working and I have been their customer for years and will continue to be. Please be considerate of other peoples livelihood before you post a negative review. read more

Don't go here! If I could give it 0 stars I would! My cousin and I went I and maybe cause we are younger girls (21) they were really rude. We were so excited to go because we saw some good reviews! They say walk-in welcome but that was not the case at all! She was doing someone's toes and asked what we wanted, when I told her two pedicures she just said no, I was like oh ok and she was like we can do later. We went in at 12:30 and I asked when later was and she said 5, I said that was a bit to late and she just said ok then bye. Very very rude. It's like they have never heard of customer service before! I will never ever be going back! If you want a good nail salon go to V & Mi nails and spa they are sooooo nice!!!!! read more

I went here yesterday for a regular pedicure and a liquid gel manicure with tips for the nails I broke. Harry did my pedicure and did a fantastic job. Cindy did my manicure and was also amazing. I had neglected my nails while on a road trip and she made them look incredible again! They are also fast but thorough which I personally love. read more

I liked that they use the self removing wax, meaning there were no strips of cloth used to take off the wax. I have sensitive skin, so I usually fair way better with this system. After the wax was done, I wasn't super happy with the results. She missed a lot of the hair on the top of my brow, and she colored them (didn't know that was a part of) way too dark. After leaving, I noticed that the front desk lady did not give me the 50% discount. I called the location, and the manager was able to refund me my money over the phone. I layback and for a minute twitch cause I except to put my feet in stirrups. I'm talked into a yoga move and a few calming touches with a perfectly tempered waxing stripe I'm relaxed. My phone alarm goes off killing the vibe. MY person - we've bonded - asks to pass my purse. I agree and grab my phone out while they continue great service. I was in pain a few seconds that quickly goes away by the time I'm told to turn over and hold my cheeks apart. I felt as good as a new dress with pockets when I'm done and panties roll smoothly back on. I tip my person. I'm in my car when I get another alarm goes off. Somehow I called the last person that called me on WhatsApp and record a video to include the one time that I ooooohhhh shhhhiiittt when hairs were pulled from the root. It was a wonderful time! I didn't know what to expect when I arrived at nails west for the first time ! But I must confess I was surprised and very happy I went there and continue to go there . Cindy does an amazing job !! I had regular manicure and pedicure at first . I decided to do the acrylics and was also happy . Last time I asked for her opinion and we did the powder manicure and gel pedicure . After a horrible experience at another salon I did some searching for about a week when I came across this place and let me tell you I was absolutely blown away by the service they provided! This was my first time at Nails West but I have been using Cindy's services for almost a year now. She has exceptional attention to detail and is always willing to try out different styles and designs. I work with animals and more than once have had my nails get popped off at work. However, with Cindy, my nails always stay in place and look great as my natural nail grows. Nails West was clean and inviting, with comfortable chairs and a wide variety of colors to choose from. I have been going here for several months now. This place is clean and always take me on time. The owners are so nice and everyone here is amazing! My nails always look so good. Just got my nails done by Kevin!! Such Beautiful work. Everyone there is so polite and friendly and so helpful. He was very interactive and he really listen to what I want and he did a very very amazing job would definitely recommend him would definitely recommend the salon they do beautiful work and they're beautiful people!!!
