Yes, yes, & yes. 7th Nail Parlor went above and beyond for my friend and I. We didn't realize all the nail salons in Boca closed so early so we ended up here like 30 minutes before they closed. They still took my friend and I. Two of the employees awesomely stayed almost an hour late to finish our nails. AND she fixed my nails from a big fat flop to gorgeous in minutes. Inside the salon was beautiful as well! Very well maintained. Please do yourself a favor, go get your nails done here. You won't regret it! read more

New Owners and they are rude and treat there employees like shit! Who wants to go to a place like that. I waited over an hour for a manicure and finally just left. They have no employees probably because they treat the employees terrible. The new owners need a reflection on themselves or this place is going down hill read more

SAVE your time and money and don't come here! I came in and specifically asked for someone who's really good with gel nail polish -- you'd think that's a basic skill in any nail salon nowadays. Unfortunately, this was probably the worst my toes have ever looked after a gel polish service. The technician immediately tried to blame it on the fact that I didn't get a full pedicure, but that has absolutely nothing to do with how uneven, bubbly, and messy the polish turned out. I even chose Funny Bunny because I know it's a simple, classic shade that I've gotten over a hundred times -- and never once has it looked like this. The polish is streaky, full of air bubbles, and unevenly applied with gel all over the skin around my nails. When I mentioned it, instead of fixing it properly, she just layered on more polish to cover it up, making it look even bulkier and worse. On top of that, the attitude and gaslighting were unbelievable -- insisting it "looks fine" when it clearly doesn't. I honestly could have done a better job myself at home. Really disappointing experience, and now I have to pay again somewhere else just to get them redone. The pictures don't even show how bad it is in person. read more

Julie is AMAZING! My first time seeing her yesterday, she does my sisters nails, and I couldn't be happier. I don't live here but whenever I visit I'll see her for sure! I have natural long nails but I like to have dipping powder put on to help protect them. When I arrive, she didn't even ask me if I wanted just filling she automatically took off the old dip powder entirely and put on new. She's extremely meticulous and professional all in all it came to $50. She helped me decide on a color. The dipping pattern was brand new. The color is amazing number 245. read more

I got a French tip gel pedicure here. I forgot the woman's name who did it but she was so sweet. The pedicure was amazing! The lines are totally precise and very clean. It was a bit expensive, about $15 more than what I'm used to paying elsewhere but I was happy to pay it for the quality of the pedicure! read more

Do not choose this place. Walking into the store i was greeted with a man and he was very dry and cut not welcoming at all. Went to get my nails done with Wendy, and she cut my nails too short. She filed them very crooked and very uneven. When i tried telling her that i didn't like it and if she could fix it, she told me that no it looks okay and proceeded to not do anything about it.. I asked for clear coat and the next day it was chipping. Not a good place. read more

7th Nail Parlor is great!! My manicures never last long, but this one has lasted a week +, which is the longest ever for me. This pic is from over a week (9 days) after I got it. To me, that's a really long time and impressive!!! From the pic (sorry for my ugly hand, ignore that part, haha ), but you can tell, they stayed largely in tact after my nails grew out. That's what counts! I may get 2 weeks out of them. Wow!! I'll take it! This is one of the better places in the country I've been to. I definitely recommend it. read more

First of all, Han is the BOMB.COM! I moved to Boca almost a year ago and was in need of a new nail salon. After two fails, I found 7th Nail Parlor, and it was a win! Everyone is so friendly and accommodating. I love being able to book my appointments online and I never have to wait. I'm not super picky when I comes to my nails, so I always take whichever tech can take me first, and I've never been disappointed. Julie did an AMAZING job on my last set, exactly what I wanted. Today, Sandy did my pedi and it was perfect. I don't really enjoy pedicures so I asked her to do just the minimum and she did a great job! Han did my dip set this time and did a fantastic job, very quick and I LOVE my Barbie nails! read more

I've been going to 7th Nail Parlor for almost a year and I'm always happy with my nails! If you have been searching for a local, clean and professional nail place in West Boca, this is it! Since I'm not always sure when I can go, I've seen almost every tech and they are all nice, professional and do an amazing job! The owner is so kind and he knows everyone's name and he makes sure everyone is being attended to. He has done my dip nails many times and they are always prefect. I've seen some of his nail art and it is beautiful. Wendy has done my pedicures and she is very nice and does a great job. Chris does a fantastic job at both pedicures and dip nails, and you can just tell, he takes pride in his art. I'm so happy I found this salon and I love how my feet and nails look. read more

Total bs advertising , shows 15% off first visit online but when I tried to pay and mention it to them the guy doing my nails walked out and the lady at the counter nervously made up some bs excuse how it's only on the second visit and no place around here would give you that and their prices are fair. Han literally greeted me by name which is no easy feat as this place was popping yesterday!! As Han was busy and he didn't want me to wait he got me set up for my pedi/dip with Julie and she was WONDERFUL!!! My nails came out literally exactly as i imagined and I was very grateful that Han recognized it would be better to get me someone else than to have me wait for him!! Just visited for the first time and was blown away! I've been to a few nails salons in the area and the professionalism, attention to detail, and overall ambiance was exceptional. I had pulled my dip off last week and damaged several of my nails. Hans did a great job with my new dip, took care of my nails well, and listened to what I wanted. It was clean, well-lit, and the staff was very friendly. I was taken back to one of the rooms, and my esthetician let me know the process. I liked that they use the self removing wax, meaning there were no strips of cloth used to take off the wax. I have sensitive skin, so I usually fair way better with this system. After the wax was done, I wasn't super happy with the results. She missed a lot of the hair on the top of my brow, and she colored them (didn't know that was a part of) way too dark. After leaving, I noticed that the front desk lady did not give me the 50% discount. I called the location, and the manager was able to refund me my money over the phone. I'm just getting prepared to not be able to walk (the issue I had at the last place I tried 4 months earlier)! Easily park, walk in and welcomed. Waiting room is clean and bright. Person at desk tells me about website issue and bathroom in the back. Makes it easier to be nosy and see it's just as clean throughout and no one is screaming their guts outs as a walk the hall. I empty my nervous bladder, wash and baby wipe myself, then tuck my panties in my purse before going back to front. My person greets me and quickly takes me back. I layback and for a minute twitch cause I except to put my feet in stirrups. I'm talked into a yoga move and a few calming touches with a perfectly tempered waxing stripe I'm relaxed. My phone alarm goes off killing the vibe. MY person - we've bonded - asks to pass my purse. I agree and grab my phone out while they continue great service. I was in pain a few seconds that quickly goes away by the time I'm told to turn over and hold my cheeks apart. I felt as good as a new dress with pockets when I'm done and panties roll smoothly back on. I tip my person. I'm in my car when I get another alarm goes off. Somehow I called the last person that called me on WhatsApp and record a video to include the one time that I ooooohhhh shhhhiiittt when hairs were pulled from the root. It was a wonderful time! Only thing on video were images of my feet and one leg. No pubes in sight. It hadn't sent! But I will now add muting calls and alarms before I go back for more great service.

The two stars are for the look of the salon and how clean everything looks but they give the impression that they really don't need your business. Had an appointment for the first time and waited for her to get done with the person before me and then when I sat down to ask questions she seemed annoyed and asked "so do you want to do it or not." Doing my hands and feet is going to cost over $120. I want to make sure what's being done is going to be what I want. If you can't bare to spend less than 3 min answering some questions then you don't value the business. This is another nail salon that's not polite unless it suits them. It's just rude. I decided to just end the appointment before it started because she already had someone waiting and it was clear she double booked me and really didn't want to do the appointment anyway. So as soon as I stood she was already waving the other lady over. Waste of time. UPDATE !!!! Manager is on the phone with me after I call them by accident to follow up on an appointment I have at another salon. This guy instead of asking why the experience was bad started yelling at me and Asking if I posted to yelp and then proceeded to accuse me of being 15 minutes late. I was less than 10 min behind and gave them a call ahead of time asking if it was ok and they said yes. Again less than 10 min. He yelled at me saying it wasn't right to leave a review. So now it's a 1 star review since I had to experience being yelled at by the manager. Literally did not get one word in because he was going off on me. ADVICE FOR THE OWNER: Don't be rude to your customers. You just opened and you already have 2 bad reviews. Had you not yelled at me on the phone and actually inquired about the experience and we're nice I would have removed the review and chalked it up to a bad day but this only emphasizes the way the appointment was handled. I just spent $150 somewhere else instead of at your business. I was polite to your staff but I don't owe you my business if you are unkind and unprofessional. By the way if you call me and sincerely apologize for yelling at me on the phone and being rude at the appointment, I will remove the review. I don't want anything but a sincere apology. You have my number. read more

New to the area, I was checking out different places looking for a good nail salon. After 3 different shops, I have found my nail salon. I am very picky, and like a salon that can do everything, and do it well, and 7th Parlor is a great salon that fits what I was looking for. Everyone is very nice and the owner Han did an excellent job on my pink and white ombré. I would recommend this salon to anyone who is looking for a quality salon read more
