My appointment took about an hour and a half, and every minute felt intentional--she paid great attention to detail, both with my nails and the design. Nothing felt rushed, and you can really tell she takes pride in her work. What made the experience even better was how comfortable she made me feel. We had great conversation, and I was even offered Vietnamese coffee, which was so delicious and such a thoughtful touch. My pedicure was also done beautifully. This is my new favorite nail salon in the Coconut Creek area. The first time I came. I love the atmosphere. The Customer Service was great, but I didn't care for my nail did not like my pedicure, nor how my Nails came out. However, I told myself to give this place another try and I was so happy I did. Leyna is outstanding with Nails. She takes her time with your pedicure and Nails, which I did dip and they came out. Perfect. I highly recommend this please. My favorite nail salon in the area ever, and I've been to a lot! I never ask for a specific tech, so I've had my nails done by pretty much everyone in the salon and I've never had a bad experience. They can do anything you can imagine, and customer service is always great. They are always upfront with pricing and don't randomly change their prices like other salons. I never have to wait a long time, even without an appointment. The place is also super clean and nice, and they have complimentary drinks. I recommend this place to everyone! read more

I'd been looking for a new pedicure place when my nail girl moved to Orlando and this was a great option since it's like 5 min from my house. Some people from work had recommended it and said they do walk-ins which is foreign to me but I've done it twice now and it's so convenient. I've been here during the week and on a Sunday and both times had about the same crowd right when they opened. I check in, pick a color and pick a pedicure service. The water is warm; the place is clean and bright and they FAST. As a momma to a young baby, that is the BEST. I have had polish come off pretty fast on my little toes but idk if that's really in their control. I just have to say that my other nail girl didn't really have that problem- but I'm sure if I went back they would fix it since it's only been a few days. read more

The place itself is very pretty and well lit with complementary drinks available. My nail tech is Nin, who is always on time and very friendly. Do not recommend Tommy. Service was rushed, nails were shaped uneven and acrylic was lumpy. Towards the end of the service, Tommy slathered oil on the tips of my fingers and did not answer when asked what the oil was or if I needed to keep it on. Thankfully they were able to redo the manicure however I have cuts all over my fingers from the intense filing and nails are not what I had shown upon arrival. Tommy's finger also split and was bleeding during the manicure which was unsanitary. When getting my nails done the second time, I was shamed the entire time for having short nail beds, biting my cuticles (which I do not do), having dry cuticles and how not every nail is able to look the same. The entire time while redoing the manicure, it came across defensive. I understand that it wouldn't be exact, but I have gotten many acrylic manicures before and have never had them look so bad or have so much feedback from the technician. I went here for the first time and checked in thru thier system. At first, no one was helping me. Eventually Andy did - but he kept answering the phone and stopping. So that was a bust. Eventually Tiffany did my nexgen mani and helped find a color to match my new pedicure! She did a very nice job. But I didn't love the way no one really greeted me. Excellent nail salon. Never disappoints. One of the very few salons locally that consistently produce good results. I have my favorites, but overall, I think anyone at the salon does a pretty good job. The product they use for what I get done as well as my daughter also seems to keep our nails from chipping or breaking. Unlike other salons we've gone to. Even other salons where I've had decent results had me coming back for chips or breaks which I very rarely have at Picasso. They've got a large array of colors, can pretty much do anything you ask within reason. I haven't actually had any super extensive art but for the average customer, they offer a lot of options. Very clean, very professional very friendly. The staff are great from the front desk to the management. All around, I would give it an A+. I can tell you it's probably not the cheapest but that's probably why it's very clean and has great consistency and friendliness. Top-notch salon and my money feels well spent. read more

Saturday mornings are busy so I made an appointment. Usually if you don't know a tech in advance, nail salons give you anyone (most times their newbies). On the phone, I was clear please no new nail techs. I get there Saturday morning and guess what, new nail tech. Whewww. Ok. So we get over that hump. I get someone else. I asked if they had cotton candy color, the one guy said no. Then he says ask this other person cause maybe there was a slight language barrier. I asked and someone else confirmed, yes they do. But then, they didn't. And I decided to just go with plain white. But as I was sitting starting my pedi, one of the guys, who turned out to be the owner, came in the back with a palette color options resembling cotton candy. I was very thankful that he actually tried to look for me and found something after several conflicting responses. The nail tech I did end up with was very nice. She initially put the cotton candy color and without me saying anything she goes "you like, I don't like." Nope, I don't like either. It looked very patchy. Not sure if it was the polish or the way it was applied. We switched to plain white polish. That didn't help. The polish was not evenly layered. I ended up switching to someone else for the two big toes. The new nail tech said she doesn't like the DND polish that was originally being used for my nails. She uses OPI white color rather. I did my hands and was out of there, happy after the back and forth. I must say the owner, Travis I believe, was polite throughout the whole process. It could've easily been portrayed like I was the problem. But I appreciate that he owned up to some of the issues and tried his best to help. And he repeatedly apologized and asked if everything turned out okay. It did. Thank you. This is a very clean and well maintained salon that I like to visit whenever I'm around this area. My one thing would be that I need to find a couple nail techs and learn their names so that when I'm booking appointments I can request them and not have any issues. A few names I gathered today in my experience and also speaking with another customer were Mai, Kelly, Holly, and Jay. Next time I'll try to book with one of them directly if available. Check them out. It's definitely worth it. They'll take care of you. read more
