I started going to this salon and the manager told me I was not allowed to get designs when I asked for French because they wanted to close early. I left without even getting nail polish. What a DISGUSTING way to treat a paying customer. They were not even busy. Than the woman said it was too difficult to do a design. Not happy at all. My pedicure was a tad pricey, but hey - isn't everything nowadays? The salon is well kept and the receptionist was friendly enough. Thoroughly impressed with their polish color selection. Holy cow were there a lot of options! Ben did my pedicure and I felt he did a good job. The massage he gave was amazing - probably one of the best I've gotten at a nail salon. I also appreciated being fit in so quickly without an appointment. I only waited 10 minutes. read more

Do not go here. Extremely unhappy customer. I got home and took a better look at my pedicure and nails and it was horrible. One the pedicure was rush and Brian did not do my cuticles and the polish is messy . My acrylic nails are too thick, Brian used the smaller nail tips on my nails which did not even fit and the shape when Brian filed them he filed them in evenly which is very noticeable and the polish is also very messy on my nails. I would never go back here again and would not recommend this place. read more

I recently moved to the area and was in need of a new nail tech. I've come here a few times, had a couple different people and every time I've come I have had a great experience. Everyone is very nice and welcoming. The salon it's self is beautiful, new and clean. Staff and receptionist is very nice. I got my nails done today for my baby shower and he mimicked the photo I showed him perfectly. I will definitely be back and highly recommend if your in the coconut creek area. Also recommend the organic pedicure, I almost feel asleep! They really take there time and make it a pleasurable experience! read more

I am a girl who loves nail art plus I'm super picky so when someone recommended me to see Ben at organic nail spa, I thought I'd give it a try. I'm so happy that I did because the spa is very professional, very clean and beautiful inside. Ben does an excellent job on my nails every time. I literally bring him a picture of what I want and he always manages to do exactly what I asked for. He does not do pedicures so I usually just see whoever is available. Some are a little better than others but I've never been disappointed. My friend sees Tommy and she loves the job that he does on her nails as well, although he does not do nail art so if that's what you're looking for than definitely ask for Ben. I also know someone who sees Demi and they love her too. Pricing is also very reasonable. Definitely recommend. read more

Left with a few bleeding cuticles & they try to blame my nails. Next day I woke up noticed an infection on my finger.. researched & this can happen if they cut too far down on your cuticle. Very dissappointing & hopefully this will all heal quick. I tipped 20% trying to be nice & I'm not sure why I did that. I wouldn't have if I knew about this infected finger after. read more

Worst place ever!!! Ive been going to this salon for a couple of months already and now I regret it since there have always been an issue. This salon Lacks of good or any customer service, I remember the 1st time I went there the tip of the nail broke, decided to give them another chance and found Miriam that did an awesome job, she would take her time but never once my nails broke and this us why I kept returning. Since Myriam had limited hours I tried Carolina and she also did a decent job but the main issue here is their customer service, the owner is the rudest person Ive encountered in these type of salons, I don't know if its a cultural thing but she has no idea that there are nails salons in every corner and that she should treat customers with respect. Every time Ive gone I've witness some type of an issue with a customer, one time a customer asked if she could speak to a manager and the owner never admitted she was the owner, very sneaky. Went there on Saturday had an appointment at 10:45, got there 8 mins late at 10:53 and the the person i had the appt with was already doing a pedicure and it didtn look as she was just starting. The owner proceed it to tell me that since I was "late" my nail tech didn't have time to do my nails, mind you EVERY time i go there with appointment the minimum wait is 20 or 25 min so I was shocked that they changed my nail tech Because i arrived 8 min late. Couldn't they call me out of respect to ask me if I was coming before changing??? The previous time the smowner decided to upcharge me for having round nails instead of square mind you I had been paying the same for many times having round nails but she decided to charge for that WITHOUT letting the customer in this case me know that there was going to be an additional charge of $5 for round nails. My nails are regular length not the extra long ones. Last time I went they had a new sign that says customer should ask for pricing before, im sure they have been having issues for being so sneaky. I was extremely disappointed about the owners behavior and Carolinas since i was her customer for not caring, when I asked Carolina how come they changed me she totally dismissed too so she acted the same way as the owner. I am taking my money somewhere else, like I said there are nails salons in every corner and they should take care of their customers. I wish I can give them 0 stars. The receptionist was really nice and tried to understand my frustration but if the owner doesn't have any manners there is not much the employees can do. Rudest salon ever!!!!! read more

Went for a basic manicure. Regular polish. I like my nails very short. Nail tech filed nails with an Emory board, not a regular nail file. Tried to tell her that I would like nails cut, not just filed. She did not understand. Left with jagged nails that were too long for my liking. $18. (Without tip). Not worth it. read more

For many reasons I don't recommend this place. I went once and got amazing nails from JT but then came back and was told JT isn't there anymore, so I got stuck with someone else who then gave me to somebody else who then gave me to someone else. I booked the appointment online with the understanding that an acrylic full set is $35. I then got told as my nails were done that it is $60 and I asked why because there website says it was cheaper and was told cause "it's $60". My nail's themselves are crooked uneven and incredibly thick and not really what I wanted. When I asked to get them thinner I was told "I will in a minute" that never happened after I reminded him twice. I was late to work and didn't have time to keep asking so ended up leaving. My friend who was also getting her nails done got cut and pulled away her foot and said "ow" and the guy just grabbed her foot not saying anything. The one hand is not that bad but the other is terrible. I'm annoyed I had to pay in total $100 for nails I don't like. read more

Let me start off by saying that I am not the type of person to leave a review, but I had the worst and most embarrassing experience of my life. I have been going to JT for a long time, she does very nice work but she is not the friendliest. Regardless, I would still go to her because she does nice work. I arrived to my appointment today 6 mins late (I know bc i had a spam call as i walked in and can see the missed call on my call log) and she was in the middle of helping another client. Because I have a meeting after, I gave myself 2 hrs for this appointment that usually takes about 1.5. (I was anticipating that i may have to wait because that happens sometimes) 30 minutes later once i saw other techs finish up with client i asked if anyone was available to do my pedicure while i waited for JT. One was eating, one was not available, and one was going on break. I then heard JT begin to talk about me to her client saying that i was late as if that justifies her running 30 minutes behind. "some people only think about themselves" The audacity tbh. She was in the middle of helping that client when i got there. There is no way that 6 mins would've changed the scenario of her running behind. I've shown up and waited multiple times for her to finish with clients past my appointment time and i've never complained. I patiently waited another 20 minutes and asked to have my dip removed and left with out finishing my services. I waited a total of 50 minutes for my appointment. She was rude when she approached me. I explained i could hear her gossiping, i explained pretty much everything i stated in this review. She still charged me $10 for the dip removal. Nail Salons are becoming a chore instead of a spa like experiencing. read more
