I've been here 4 times now, and every time is great! They have very reasonable pricing, I pay 15$ for a manicure here and the nail salon closer to my house charges 28$. My nails always come out looking good, and the polish seems to last days longer than anywhere else! This is my third time's going there, the first time it was way over priced. However I gave them a second chance and went back, I was happy with the service. But I went there to get my nails done today and they were busy, so I set my appointment for 4 hours later. On my errand I found another place. But I wasn't happy with the results. So went there on my appointment and told them that, I just want some gel glitter on my nails to make them look more like Christmas. After the service, she charged me $50 just to put some glitter on my nails, after I already told her that, I just got my nails done and all I wanted was some glitter. If that was not over priced then I don't know what is. Unbelievable! I hope she is happy for robbing me $50 today, just to apply some Gel gIitter on my nails. IMy daughter had her nails done for her Sweet 16 by Billy on Friday. She had natural long nails and just needed manicure and polish for her special birthday. NEVER AGAIN... Today was my first and will be my last time giving this business my money for some Walgreens press ons I went in for a pedicure, dip set and eyebrow wax. They completed my pedicure (the only good thing they did) but they forgot about my nail set until I finally said something which now makes sense because I could've been soaking off my old set while getting a pedicure but that did not happen. What a waste of everyone's time . My ombré nail set was terrible. I could've just purchased better press on from Walgreens. My final straw was letting the nail tech know the ombré did not look good and he ignored me and kept polishing so I repeated myself 3 more times and he finally responded by saying I was shaking my hands (which I was not) so the pink powder spread over the nail more which is BS. and if I was "shaking" my hand why didn't you say something and you expect me to pay for something that you youknow isn't right. They offered for him to paint over this mess with a polish. Now why would I let him touch my nails again ... I wouldn't. The nails may have been great with regular polish but that's not what I asked for nor what I paid for. Overall bad first impression and I will not be returning. I couldn't trust them do even touch my eyebrows after that. Used to be great but have been really disappointed with my nails and the service here Recently. Came a couple months ago with an appointment and they made me wait an hour before I decided to leave and go to Blue nails instead where they started on me immediately though I was a walk in. Came back yesterday to give them another chance since I used to love it here and left with nails that look like they've been growing in for a week already and are bumpy and chunky. I typically go to nail spa studio in west boca and have been looking for a new salon for awhile. I walked in to this salon for the first time today and was very happy with my experience. Ughhh. I was looking for a place on my way home from work. Somewhere where I can just run in and get a quick french manicure. I had plans later on that night and my nails were a mess. I remembered passing this place so I looked at their website. They claimed to be very clean and their website said they use disposable liners in the pedicure stations. I called and made an appointment for 5:30. Big mistake. I walk in the salon and immediately notice the odd layout. It really looked like they put no thought into the design of the salon. Desks were placed in random places and honestly my first impression was that this salon looked more like a children's playroom. I was greeted immediately and within minutes I was being introduced to May, the nail tech who would be doing my nails. I sat down at her station and removed my sunglasses. I stared around in disbelief. Every chair and desk was in terrible condition. Torn, chipped, I could go on but I won't. At this point I just want to get in and out as quickly as possible. I decided to just get a french polish change instead of the full manicure. As I'm sitting there I am looking around and taking it all in. Some desks had crayons on it, some were being used to hold supplies and some were being used as a place to keep magazines. I'm here and I know I will never come back. May starts on my nails and she is clearly having a hard time. I was biting my tongue not to say anything. This salon is filthy. Even the floor is nasty. As I'm getting my nails done I am quickly realizing that my nail tech has zero experience. But then she drops the brush she was using on my nails. No biggie I drop things too. I was horrified when she picked up the brush from the floor and sat back down with every intention of continuing without washing the brush. WTF!!! I couldn't keep quiet anymore. I insisted she wash the brush or I was walking out. Well, from there it just spiraled out of control and I felt like I was being tortured. One hour later she was done. An hour for a french polish change. Unbelievable. To make it worse my nails looked like crap. I gave her a tip and left. I stopped at Venetian and they redid my nails perfectly. I should have just gone to Venetian to begin with. I can tolerate a lot of things. But a filthy salon is a non negotiable. read more

I went to this nail salon to get a pedicure and full set of gels. I asked for an ombre and it was like I was asking for the world. Most nail techs would love to up the price by doing nail art or extra service. Not this place!! They want you in and out. 22 dollars for a pedicure and she rushed it and told me she had an appointment so hurry and select a color. I needed their expertise and I was rushed out of there. I finally said clear polish paid and went to another salon. Dont go here, they're terrible. When I got home and checked the toes they were not even groomed properly. Decided to come here based on google reviews and I'm very happy I did. Both owners (husband and wife) are very nice, knowledgeable and easy to talk to. I had outgrown my nexgen set and needed a pedicure. The wife soaked my nails with acetone and wrapped them in foil while I sat for my pedicure. I didn't get the young girls name that did my pedicure but she was very nice and did a nice job on my pedi, I love that they use liners! After my pedi I wasn't sure what I wanted to do with the nails on my hands since I thought you could do fills on nexgen (apparently you cannot or shouldn't really) Billy the husband reexplained to me the pros and cons of each service and recommended what I should do in my particular case. Because my nails underneath looked nice and healthy once all the old nexgen was soaked off; he said I should continue the dip powder and give them a break in the coming months without anything on the nails but a store brought nail hardener to keep my nails naturally strong. No ones ever gave me advice like that from a nail salon so I'm sold on this place for their honesty and services. I'll be back for sure! Been going here for months but I guess they decided to start doing halfassed nexgen manis so they can get their customers in more frequently. I've had nexgen on super long nails and now that I've cut them down two weeks into my manicure the nexgen is coming apart from my nails. The nexgen has cracked and therefore cracked my nails WHILE THEYRE SHORT AF. HOW DOES THAT EVEN HAPPEN WITH PROPER NEXGEN APPLICATION. might as well get crappy gel if this is how they're gonna operate. Will never come here again. Lol this owner guy is a clown.
