She takes her time she makes sure that you like the color and then proceeds and even at the end double checks with you to make sure that you still are happy with the manicure. This one came up with 4.3 stars on google, so we gave it go. Well worth it!! We were serviced by James. He was thorough and didn't rush my pedicure. not only did they give me the wrong dip color after not telling me they didn't have the color I wanted. even tho I know the color I chose was labled 6, and they gave me 9 instead. they tried to blame me for not telling them sooner it was the wrong color, which again weird since they said they knew it was the wrong color, the owner even said he told my tech it was wrong and that she forgot to tell me lol. it was dip so in powder form they are both shades of pink btw. just a massive blame game. didn't give me any off of the service for finishing my nails in a color I didn't really want and had to settle for, and on top of that the price of my nails went from $42 base for a full set dip powder - to $58 because I got an almond shape. so I was charged 18 additional dollars simply for an almond shape. this place is a joke and my nails look like crap read more

I went for a gel manicure and it was one of the worst I've had.... Very rushed and sloppy. 1. I had gel on and she didn't do a great job removing it so there was still some on my nails when she finished. Even when I pointed it out to her she just quickly filed it but still did not remove it all. 2. After removing the polish she soaked my fingers in cold water. Not a big deal but I was surprised since every other manicure I've had it's warm/hot water. 3. She was very rough with the sponge file/buffer and kept running it over my skin so aggressively it was painful. 4. She was so rushed cleaning up my cuticles and the skin around my nails. I've never had it done so fast and clumsily. She cut one of my fingers as well (not horribly so it didn't bleed but still uncomfortable). 5. Typically the hand massage is usually done at the very end but she did it before applying the polish which is fine. However it was the fastest massage I've ever had. I counted for the second hand she did... 10 seconds. That is not an exaggeration. 6. The polish was applied very messily. When she first applied the color to one of my hands I pointed out that it was not very even and asked if she could get it a little cleaner and closer to my cuticle and the edges. It still did not turn out great. 7. There are little bubbles in the polish on multiple fingers. Looks very messy. Overall outcome was not as bad as I expected but would never return. Extremely rushed, clumsy, and rough. Luckily it was only $28. If you're looking for a good nail place in the area I would highly recommend Vanity Nail & Spa in Coral Springs. They just didn't have any availability very soon which is why I decided to try this place. read more

I took my boyfriend to get his first mani pedicure. They were so sweet, professional, thorough, clean and friendly. The space is large and clean. They had a great special for a spa mani pedi for $28. We highly recommend it. Also, they have special sterilization liners so that each client gets their own foot soak. It's extremely hygienic. read more

No bueno my friends .. I've come here on multiple occasions over a 2 year span and its not worth it. Job is half fast and after a week, 6 out of 10 of my nails are popping off. I originally got my full set from Texas and they lasted 3 weeks... $35 down the drain on a fill from around the corner of my house. Upon moving to Florida from Colorado, it only took me a month before I realized there are no "off months" when it comes to pedicures since your feet get to be in sandals year round. I really lucked out finding this place on my first time out. It's right around the corner from home and they consistently give great pedicures. The staff is very friendly and efficient and the space is nice and open. For the quality of pedicure I get every time, this is a great price as well. Also, remember to bring cash! Do not go here. I came here to get a dip powder manicure and the lady name Ana messed up my nails. I ended up with a dip powder that the color came out terrible then she fixed it by putting a gel color. If I wanted a gel I would have asked for a gel. Nails was so thick from all the dip powder then the gel. It was not a good experience. That was my first time there and will not be going back She is lucky I paid and even tip her for the lousy job she did. read more

They fully charged me for service. They didn't paint my nails because my toe wouldn't stop bleeding. The employees are fairly friendly however; the work that I had done on 3 occasions was sloppy and I watched the equipment and tools NOT being cleaned or sanitized between each use on my last visit. When my mother talked to the guy at the front he told her dip was 38$ and tips would be an extra 5$ so 43$ when I sat down and talked to the lady once my mother left she told me design was 5$ extra, and tips were gonna be another extra 5$ too. And then when I asked for shape she said another 5$ at this point I only had 55$ on me cause I thought my nails would be 43$ plus 5$ for design. So I said I would just get whatever shape was free. Half way her doing them they looked so terrible I started crying so she said she'd shape them how I wanted for free. Then she proceeded to convince me to get a design I didn't want when I asked for something else and only put it on 3 nails of each hand. I feel like I was taken advantage of because I was a child and once my mom left prices changed. My total ended up being 70$ when it should've been 48$. I called my mom and we spoke to them to get SOME money back that I was over charged, they refused. I wouldn't even be writing this review if they just gave me my money back AT least. My nails are short and barley have any tip because she told me if I wanted a little bit longer it would cost MORE. When I went to pay, the woman that did my nails knew she was over charging me so she walked up to the guy at the from who told my mom it would be 43$ and told him to go away so she could get away with over charging me. That was all my money for the week, school, and anything else. They took advantage of me because I was child. read more

I've been going here for about 6 months. It's clean, quiet, and there usually isn't a long wait if you don't have an appointment. I've had all of them do my nails at some point and some are better than others. Tony isn't as good at doing my fills since he's in charge and and usually greeting customers and checking on other employees. Jennifer is really good at my fills and is really talented in doing my nail art. But my favorite is Thai (not sure if that's how he spells it). He is amazing!! He's careful and meticulous and if he messes up while painting he will do it over. Their pedicures are nice too. My favorite person for those is Lynn. They have nice, clean massage chairs and I can really lay back and relax while I'm there. read more

Went to the worst nail salon on Thursday. Normally only get my eyebrows done there but really needed to relax and get a pedicure and a full set done. Nails started lifting yesterday. Was so pissed. Got them fixed by the same tech for free today and still they aren't right. One is crooked, she didn't let me go wash before the polish so there is dust on them from filing she just wiped it off with that big blush brush they use. And put on the gel polish. I tried like mad to wipe the stuff off but she was rushing it. Had no customers but rushing. Why? It's not cheap to do all of this. I'm on a budget. Getting ripped off like this is bullshit. Worried about infection because she didn't let me wash my hands. Let's see if they make another four days. Never going back there again! The absolute worst nail salon. Couldn't relax on the first trip there because the nail tech Candace kept harassing me to get everything under the sun waxed. Pedicure looks like crap too. Didn't have enough time. She lied to me and said my nails were growing and that's why they were lifting! After four days!!! That's total bogus crap! Will never go there again even for my eyebrows. My friends and female family members now refuse to go there after this mess. They are ridiculous worrying about being fast instead of doing a good job. You lost us all as customers now. They should be reported for health violation with the not letting you wash your hands after all that acrylic and gel dust gets all over your hands. Again she just painted over it while I quickly tried to wipe it all off like mad on the other hand. She was very easy to talk to. Kind of sad. It's hard to find a good tech who likes to chat.
