Because I was unhappy with the outcome, I requested that the nails be soaked off, as I did not wish to pay for a service that did not meet my request. However, my request was declined. As we attempted to address the issue, the situation became increasingly tense and difficult to resolve. The disagreement eventually escalated to the point that the police were called, which made the experience even more uncomfortable. Despite my concerns about the quality of the service and the final result, I was ultimately required to pay for the nail set. While I understand that misunderstandings can happen, I had hoped for a resolution that would address my concerns. Based on this experience, I was not satisfied with the service provided and cannot recommend this salon.

The girls that work here are so kind and sweet and VERY thorough with their services. We got 3 last minute pedicures on a Saturday evening right before closing and the owner was so accommodating to squeeze us in. It wasn't rushed, they took their time and went IN on the cuticles, massages, scrubs and all. Even my husband's pedicure wasn't just a quick 20 minute, she took her time and thoroughly worked on his feet. We all needed it! One of my favorite parts about the experience here is being able to get seated in the pedicure bowls right away and picking polish straight from your chair without having to stare at a wall of colors for 15 minutes to try to pick and choose. I emailed this establishment and I believe the owner or manager responded quickly and told me I could come in today without an appointment. We messaged back and forth which I love the communication. I arrived and upon first entry the place was super clean and the air was fresh not the chemical smell you sometimes have in a nail salon. Everyone was very welcoming even the customers had the content look on their faces just a relaxed atmosphere. I sat down for my pedicure and it was luxurious start to finish they even use fresh lemons and oranges for the volcano pedicure which was nice. I also received a warm neck pillow which was shocking and very delightful. The entire experience was just relaxing and felt great to be pampered. My nail tech was super sweet and she did her job very well repairing my chipped nail and getting my feet back to looking decent enough to show off. I had a little discrepancy with my full set when I left and I contacted the owner and they repaired it without a problem. This entire experience has been wonderful and I will be brining my husband back to put the seal of approval but I know this will be our nail salon from now on.
