Because I was unhappy with the outcome, I requested that the nails be soaked off, as I did not wish to pay for a service that did not meet my request. However, my request was declined. As we attempted to address the issue, the situation became increasingly tense and difficult to resolve. The disagreement eventually escalated to the point that the police were called, which made the experience even more uncomfortable. Despite my concerns about the quality of the service and the final result, I was ultimately required to pay for the nail set. While I understand that misunderstandings can happen, I had hoped for a resolution that would address my concerns. Based on this experience, I was not satisfied with the service provided and cannot recommend this salon.
