Worst experience great look but work experience. I sat at the pedicure chair I sat for a few minutes I had to tell them to turn on the water. The turned on max temperature and walked off I had to ask for them to Turn it down. The pedicure was terrible and customer service match. Cut my toe filing a few times no apology. Used dirty tools on my feet. No look of sanitation tools or techniques. I asked if they put on lotion at the end which a normal last step but the tech said no which I no is a lie he didn't want to work this is not my first rodeo. I should report avoid business to the board. Not very sanitary. I payed 100 dollars for a clear coat manicure and black gel pedicure where my nails were not cleaned, cuticles barely trimmed and dirt trapped under my clear coat nails. Not only that but the original color I asked for was done incorrectly and I settled on just black. I had to come back three times within two hours for them to fix it. Beautiful, clean, spacious, bright and in a convenient plaza with plenty of parking. Everyone was welcoming and I was guided to my chair right away at the time of my appointment. My only con for this place was the technician I got. He did an ok job. He could improve in some areas. He missed to clip some of my nails (toes) so some nails were long and other shorts. He didn't exfoliate my feet and scrub long enough, they weren't soft at the end of the session. He missed to paint the edges of my nails. I paid for an enhanced pedicure and I didn't feel that it was worthy. I didn't really get a massage it was very simple. Maybe I'm spoiled by my last experience at a Venetian salon. My nail artist was Lena, she was very sweet and kind and did a good job on my nails. I got an acrylic set and a pedicure. I accidentally bumped my big toenail while drying and I asked the girls at the front desk to see if Lena could come and they "fixed" it for me. You can still see the huge bump on the nail and I had to specifically ask for a top coat to be put back on it. For the price I paid, I'm quite disappointed and I'm trying to figure out where I need to go to get it fixed now. Update: within 3 days I saw air bubbles forming at the base of my nails and within a week they are lifting and hair is getting stuck under them. Because she didn't push or trim my cuticles back they look like they are a 4 week old set when it's only been a week. I also had to ask her to cut my nails before gluing on the tips and then had to ask for them to be filed. Never experienced such a rushed service and the quality of them shows it. The came out cute but they do not hold up. Update #2: it has officially been 2 weeks and 3 days since I got my full set... and 7 out of 10 of my nails have lifted. For the past week I have had my hair getting stuck in my hair (iykyk) on 3 of my fingers and the others just kept lifting worse and worse. Today I had enough and removed them since 2 had completely popped off without me doing anything. Normally my acrylics last 4 weeks and I just have to get them filled. I have never had a set lift so quickly. Very disappointed and such a waste of money. Also I have lines on my nails from where she drilled too much. read more

I've been to this salon a few times, and unfortunately the same issue keeps happening every single visit. The technicians themselves are great -- the pedicure I got today was beautiful, and the person who worked on me was professional and kind. My problem is always with the front desk woman, Nikki. Every time I try to tip on my credit card, she refuses and insists that I have to use Cash App, Zelle, or some other method. I don't carry cash, and tipping on the card is an option at every other salon, so it's extremely frustrating. This is actually the reason I stopped coming for a long time, but I decided to give it another chance today for my birthday. As soon as I asked her to add the $5 tip on my card, she immediately became aggressive and started raising her voice, telling me "every time you come I always tell you" in a rude and confrontational tone. I had to repeatedly tell her to calm down because she was escalating the situation for no reason. I also noticed she has notes under my number, which made me feel like I was being singled out and judged as a customer, rather than helped. It completely ruined what was otherwise a relaxing experience. I had already paid at that point, so there was absolutely no reason for her to speak to me that way. I even had to ask her to apologize to the technician because I wasn't allowed to leave the tip on the card. I don't think it's acceptable for customers to be harassed over something as simple as tipping, especially when the payment option exists and the customer is willing to tip. Until they change this policy -- or change the way customers are spoken to -- I won't be returning. read more

It was my first time there . It was a struggle in the beginning the male who started working on my nails wasn't the best at applying acrylic powder. I was extremely nervous and it was my first time ever having a male do my nails so I was very curious to see his talent . He ended up passing me off to someone else and that's always an interesting experience but thank god for that because I ended up with Nikki ! She was amazing . She was quick and executed the design I wanted perfectly. Her pedicure skills could use some work for my total to come out to 170. But the massage she gave me was amazing . I'm a nail salon connoisseur . The fact that no one offered me champagne as soon as I got started was very unusual in higher end salons . Nikki finally did offer me water once my manicure was almost done but I had water with me lol. I would have loved a drink menu. The atmosphere itself is very cramped especially because they sat me in the very back not the most pleasing seating and i almost thought they had a colorism issue the way they sat me and the other only darker skin tone girl in the very far back. But towards the end of my service there were two others closer to the front section. Scenery due to the cramped space is not my style but Nikki's work is . I have very sensitive hands and I'm not easiest customer so she definitely amazed me with her talent for my manicure. I need to guide her better for how I like with my pedicures. Will I go back .. yes . The price is higher for a lower ambiance and poor drink service but the work on my nails is worth it. I'm on a search for my new nail salon home this place is in the running . Every inspo photo I bring him he does it perfectly. He's affordable and takes his time. If I don't like something I just tell him. He doesn't mind because he wants me to love my nails. I had the best experience at Chic Nail and Lash Spa. The atmosphere is perfect. It's not too loud and there's a good amount of space between patrons. Nick, the manager, is AMAZING! I watched him go around the room asking everyone if we're ok and offering water. He recognized me after only having been there once before and he helped with the check in process.
