It's obviously very commercial and the 1st person doing my nails knew nothing about doing nails, the manager was great and gave me another person who had to redone the crappy job from the 1st nail tech. The pedi was fine with cold water and I was told they ran out of hot water. Smh.... Seems I will have to make the long drive to Delray Beach until I find a decent place near by that is not about how many customers they have but more about quality of nail care. She did an amazing job on my pedicure. They have a variety of pedicure service options, from the most basic to the most luxurious. This salon is very clean and the chairs are comfortable. THE WORST NAIL EXPERIENCE I'VE EVER HAD! He kept filing my nails crooked. When I would try to show him, he would aggressively grab my wrist and file harder. My nails are now so short they're bleeding. On top of it, I still had to pay full price for my nails. If you come here, make sure you get anyone else. This location is near my home, and I went in for a second time to get a Pedicure/Manicure on 1/12/2024. Subsequently, i went home to shower and noticed my chrome underneath my gel had completely rubbed off! I was originally seen by an elder woman named Ava. It started out O-K until the tech got lost in translation and began to add more coats of polish than required which caused my nails to raise at the tip of my nail, creating a ball like point. When I presented to her the error, she told me it was supposed to happen. lol. No way! She removed all layers of polish (at least 7) with her drill gun and nail buffer, and caused my cuticle bed to become sore! Some other tech had to finish the job, for which i left and returned to this location on 1/13/2024, LITERALLY THE NEXT DAY! Due to the chrome and gel peeling, AGAIN! I write this review on 1/20/2024 -- exactly a week from the day my nails was re-did. As a Man i get my nails done every two weeks, and have gotten this design prior at a different nail spa and have never experienced this. Must be old products or near inexpensive. After being 45 minutes away from my 12 year nail spot, I had to search for a new place :( I made an appointment for 6:30 on a Friday, 2 days in advance. I only waited 10 minutes for my nail tech to come to the pedicure side and start on me. I got Ken. He was quiet at first but lightened up. I'm a talker so luckily we didn't sit in silence. My boyfriend and I got mani-pedi's together here and it was a great experience. It took about 1.5 hours. Ben and Kim did our nails efficiently and were gentle with the cuticles. I've had the issue where when getting my nails done the person would leave a space without polish at the corners of my nails, but Ben was very precise. I love how my gel nails turned out and my boyfriend enjoyed getting the paraffin wax treatment. Kim made nice conversation and gave us some good local Vietnamese restaurant recommendations. Update: My boyfriend got an infection on his finger nail after getting a manicure here. A few days after we got manicures here, his index finger began to swell with pus and became painful around his cuticle. He's never had this kind of reaction on his fingernail before until after this manicure. He went to urgent care, doctor confirmed there was an infection and it was causing pus to accumulate around the finger nail and that's why it was painful. They injected him with anesthesia and drained the pus, prescribed him antibiotics. It's unfortunate because we had a good experience while there but we're both pretty grossed out and definitely not coming back here again. read more

Update April 21: The salon has gotten a face lift and looks much more inviting! It's a spacious and calming space than before. There's an entire room for pedicures and another room for manicures. The staff are friendly and courteous. The atmosphere is completely different and I'm so happy to be back. I love getting the Dip manicure and their color selection is vast. The service was good, the environment is toxic. Clearly this place flooded and was not properly dried out and remediated. Mold growing on the baseboards throughout and the A/C vents, among other places. I have enough challenge w the chemicals, add mold, I cannot patronize this establishment. read more

Doug is an amazing nail tech! I always schedule my appointments with him. Today I got a sport pedicure and it was fantastic as usual. This spa is very clean and hygienic. The pedicure chairs are quite comfortable with built in massage. It was busy being a Saturday, but it didn't feel crowded or overwhelming. I bring my own polish but they do have a huge selection to choose from. Doug is great at shaping my nails and cleaning up my cuticles. I am ticklish so he always laughs and holds on tight when scrubbing the bottom of my feet. I definitely recommend this nail spa and will be back soon. read more

Like their process of these plastic sink bowl covers and a sanitized water sprayers so you do not receive any germs from drain and bowl from last customer. They sit you in a massage chair that you can control the type of massage you want the duration of your appt. Very relaxing. They provide a purse and cup holder that comes down from the massage chair. Your nail tech brings out this tray that has all the potions, lotions, scrub and closed clear plastic bag with your clippers,file, buffers and nippers to use on your toes and feet. Asked if the water temperature was to my liking. Clipped my toes nails asked if they were to my liking. filed them and nipped the dead skin away. , pushed my cuticles and clipped them, scrubbed my feet and legs ,buffed the dead skin off. Put a conditioner on and gave me a massage and put a hot towel. On my legs and feet. Dried my legs and feet. Put foam toe separators. Painted a clear coat, then my color I got to pick from 100 samples. A great nail painter and added a final coat of clear. Love the thickness of the polish and the color. read more

First time here, worst experience ever, nail technician need to be honest and so do the business. If you come to do your nail, my advise is to ask price and video record that. I made an appointment, with the nail tech, I don't know her name, when she come out to see me, she ask what I want to do, I said gel or dip powder, I want nail extension but I want to do a heart shape on the nail, I showed her the picture on my phone, and she ask me you want on 2 finger or ten fingers, I said ten fingers, can I do that with dip powder? She said yes, follow me. When we sit down, i ask her what is the price for dip powder with the nail extension, she ignore me! And during the process I ask her two times, she never told me and keep ignore me. Before I go, I check the price online it' is $50. No cuticle cut or hand massage! I'm rush to work, she charge me $80, I didn't realize when I pay, and today, I was looking at their website again, it is $50 with nail extension, then where is the other $30 comes out? So I called, ask the guy who answer the phone first how much is the dip powder with nail extension, he said 50. Then I ask him can I get a receipt for my nails from yesterday please, because she charge me $80. I want to know why. I told him I didn't have cuticle done, he said all dip powder don't cut cuticle, that's call manicures. And he hold me I did acrylic full set, I said no I did dip power, then he call the nail technician, she said I told you it is $20 design fee before we begin. I was like??? You told who? Clearly NOT ME!!!!! Be honest please. You could just told me I'm sorry I forgot to mention their is design fee, instead of a rude attitude that I told you before, I told you when you ask me, and you said ok. For real they have cameras all over the store, we can go over the camera to see if she told me before! That's how sure i am, we can go over the cameras!!!!!! Then she keep interrupt me, not letting me say anything and keep telling me she told me before, I ask to speak with manager, while I'm waiting on the phone, both them talk in their own language, she sound very a angry, I don't know what they're talking about. Then the guy who said I have acrylics full set comes back on the phone, starting saying I don't care, she said she told you before about the charges, regular dip powder 45 plus 5 dollar nail extension, $5 for almond shape, 20 for design that's yet. Okay then do your math! Where is the other $5 go? Just randomly additional charges? And never mentioned $5 for almond shape!! She is very gentle during the service, I appreciate that! she is very fast, as you can see she is very rush to do the nail!!!!! Go to another nail salon will be better than here, you wouldn't want to spend $80 ( which included fees that no one tell ahead of time) get your nail done horribly and no cuticle cuts Most of my nail pay higher price then this one, BUT, all charges tells me before the service or right when I ask about the charges! He used a gentle cuticle dremel followed by trimming for the manicure. The polish was even and stunning (I chose something like Dorothy's ruby red slippers), and my nails are still very strong. I drive over and by the time I got there they told me she was no longer available. They asked me to come back tomorrow so I did. Cici did a great job! There was a sign that said prices have slightly increased at the front so when I asked for the total I noticed it was an additional $10. I asked what the price increase was and I was told $5 for soak off and $5 for having long nails (I do not have tips. These are just my nails). I can understand a minor charge but I mean come on! I was also getting a pedicure so I mean, they had to soak anyway! Anywho, less than two weeks later and I noticed a nail fungus underneath my polish.
