4 hours ago New This was my 1st time coming here and I wanted to get my lashes and eyebrows waxed, I advised the the lady that I only wanted to get the strips and I asked what type of lash glue she had and she said that they only use 1 type. She was pressuring me to get the individuals because number one they're more expensive and number two she will use the good glue on it. I told her that I only wanted the strips only because The individuals are very uncomfortable to me. She then proceeded to get the strip eyelashes and she tried to put bonding hair bonding glue on my lash anyone who used to get their Lashes done knows that you can feel the coolness of the glue on your lid but she use absolutely no glue and also used hair bonding glue and I caught her in a lie and her and the manager tried to cover it up with more lies the Manager said that they didn't use strips but she gave me strips to choose from so they both were lying. I have been coming to this nail salon, every other week, for the past year, for both manicures and pedicures!. Managers Mary and Megan at the front desk always greet me so warmly when I walk in! I have always been so pleased at every visit! my favorites have been Helen, Ken, and Kim, and sadly, the all moved away! I went there the other day and I had my nails done with Jimmy. First and foremost it's not his fault but they sat me at a chair with nails on it everywhere. I told him and he moved me right away. He is a nice guy over all very friendly. However when it comes time to painting nails he didn't get close enough to the nail bed line, and told me they don't use spray for nail polish drying. They sat me at a lamp table "uv " and he didn't check on me at all. I have no idea how long I was supposed to sit there, later a lady asked me if it's been 15 min, I told her 45. She then told me I can get up. I told her they weren't dry enough. She assured me it was plenty of time. I paid, tipped via Zelle. And left. As soon as I got in my car, my thumb got scratched by accident and all of the nail polish scratched off. I was so furious it took me a while to write this review. I've been coming here since they opened a few years ago. Now they are under new ownership and it's even better. The salon is nicely decorated and always spotlessly clean. Great selection of dip and gel colors. I see Jolie and get dip nails and a deluxe pedicure. Have never been disappointed. Jolie is fantastic and helps me pick my colors and designs because I can never decide. Noon is also fantastic. My husband comes in once in a while too and he said Helen wonderful. DO NOT GO HERE TO GET WAXED!!!! A lady named Mary waxed my eye brows & ruined them!!! I told her I'd been growing them out for 2 MONTHS to get a nice shape & within second she waxed off what was suppose to be the shape of my eyebrow & gave me an entire new shape THAT I DIDNT ASK FOR & NOBODY WOULD WANT!!! I had beautiful full EVEN eyebrows & they botched them. My eyebrows have never looked worse & their only solution was to make them thinner. Maggie tried to help but couldn't do anything after the damage was done. I was being patronized as if I'm being dramatic when it's quiet obvious how bad my brows look, the service was horrible. DO NOT GO HERE!!!!!!!!!!! I clearly didn't pay for the service & when I asked if they could tint them they said the lady was out for "vacation". My girlfriend received a recommendation to try this place from two different friends, and we are so glad we did! We both left this nail salon feeling HAPPY, RELAXED, & VERY PLEASED with the entire experience. The nail technicians RULE!!! We both got manicures and pedicures. Arriving at 11am, on a weekday, they were able to sit us together, without setting up previous appointments. This place gets busy quickly, so I recommend calling ahead for an appointment. Kim did an amazing job with my pedicure and manicure. She is so attentive! I felt how much she actually cared about her work, and about me! Her hands are so soft, and delicate enough to handle soft cuticles like mine, but also strong enough to give a great massage! Kim's work ethics are also on point! She let my girlfriend and I catch up on our time without interrupting, and they took their time making sure our pedicures and manicures were WELL DONE! Both technicians showed us how much this nail place cares about the well-being of their customers. Even tough there were people waiting to be attended, we did not feel rushed. I visited Parfait Nail salon for the very first time and was extremely impressed. I am not one to test out other salons on a whim, and have been going to the same nail tech for 13 years. I was recommend to try this salon that is much closer to my home and boy am I so glad I did! The salon is tucked away in an older plaza off of sample and federal highway. To be honest, from the outside I did not have high hopes until I entered. First off, the salon it's self is GORGEOUS. It is beautifully decorated with large chandeliers, stone walls, waterfalls and very comfortable chairs. I've never seen anything like The salon was also very clean, which is something I always look for. They used a disposable liner in the pedicure tub, as well as sanitized tools and disposable pumice stones and nail files. For COVID, there are plastic protective barriers on every station and customers were all socially distanced very well. Masks were also enforced. I got a dip manicure and pedicure with Lee. She is amazing!! She took her time and made sure my nails were exactly how I wanted them. I have very thin cuticles and am often cut by the drill if I visit a random nail tech and Lee did a perfect job, not cutting me once. I will absolutely be back to Parfait nails !!!!! read more
