She continued to try and sell me a tanning package. UPDATE: The owner reached out and rectified the situation. They were all located in great plazas, which made it easy to find. This particular location is located in the right hand plaza after Hillsboro and Federal Highway in Deerfield Beach, FL. It has a corner spot location in the small plaza. Once you walk inside, you are immediately greeted by a friendly employee. When I go around 5-6 p.m., there is usually a minimal wait time (5-10 mins) for a bed. The employees are very knowledgable on which tanning lotions to use, so feel free to ask them. The tanning beds and the rooms have been clean every time I've gone. They have many promotions going on. They offer a one week free week pass for new customers. You can tan unlimited in level 1 beds. Just need to bring your ID. Additionally, check their website for additional coupons before you go! One thing that could be better is their Spray tan process. You must wear flip flops inside the machine or your feet will be black with the tanning solution. In other tanning companies, you are able to purchase throw away flip flops similar to those at nail salons, when you are going to spray tan. As I understand, that is not an option at South Beach Tanning Company.

As I stated earlier, all that has been done and has been on file for years. These people suck!!! Their beds aren't working right either. Multiple bulbs are out on different beds that we've been in in the last couple weeks. Find somewhere else to go. You would think if they're going to have a policy change they'd email customers and considering we are a family of four and we are all members... well, we were until now!!

They have a policy where you can use any of their locations which was a treat as my home is almost an hour away. Additionally just enjoying the newer variations of the spa beds was my favorite part of the experience. Come check them out , give yourself a pampering. The payment option is like a gym however you can freeze your account instead of cancelling where the monthly Is drastically different instead of cancelling and re- submitting.

As someone who isn't typically a spray tan girl, that gave me a lot of peace of mind. I booked her bridal package, which included a trial tan and my wedding tan. From my very first appointment, I was impressed. Her salon suite was clean, organized, and welcoming. She took the time to thoroughly explain the process, aftercare, and what to expect, and even checked in the next day to see how my tan had developed. Together we decided to go a shade darker for the wedding. The real reason I'm writing this review, though, is because of the incredible care Sara showed the day before I left for my destination wedding. In the middle of all the wedding chaos, I completely forgot the loose outfit I had planned to wear home after my spray tan. Sara was concerned my clothing would leave marks, so she kindly let me borrow one of her robes. Then we realized it was pouring rain and wasn't stopping anytime soon. What happened next is something I'll never forget. Sara gathered towels, covered my feet, and when she realized my car wasn't nearby, she personally went out into the pouring rain, brought my car up to the covered entrance, wiped down the wet seat, and helped me get inside without a single drop of water touching my fresh tan. By the end, she was completely soaked herself. I've honestly never experienced customer service like that before. Sara wasn't just providing a service--she genuinely cared about me, my wedding, and making sure everything turned out perfectly. She explained that she does not use bronzers for brides, claiming that clear tans would not stain my wedding dress and that the tan would develop later. After leaving her studio, it was lightly raining, and I had to walk about 10 feet to my car. I called Sara to inform her, and she came out to quickly spray my arms again. Later that day, the tan developed, but I noticed that the fronts of my feet and both ankle areas were still uncolored, along with the back of my neck and upper back. When I contacted Sara about this, she expressed frustration at my concerns and told me that the tan would fully set in 24 hours and would even out by morning. The next morning, I texted Sara again, explaining that the missed areas still had not tanned. I asked if I could come in to have her fix the issues. She replied that she does not work in the mornings and suggested I use the spray she had given me to fix it myself. Sara also implied that the rain had affected the tan on my feet when I was by my car. I pointed out that I was wearing a long black dress that covered my back and neck, making it impossible for the rain to have caused the uneven tan, especially since it was only a light sprinkle and I had only walked a short distance. I sent Sara photos showing the areas that were missed. While she did refund me for the prepaid tan scheduled for two days before my wedding, she kept the money and tip, totaling $126.24, for the unsatisfactory job she did during the trial. Sara refused to take responsibility for her work and stated that she does not offer refunds, as noted on her website. I hope this review helps other brides avoid a similar experience. ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- In response to the business owner's reply below, I feel I need to clarify all of her inaccuracies, which is pretty much her entire response. I paid $200 for two spray-tans, and I paid $41.04 in tip. Only one spray tan was completed unsatisfactorily. The total charged was $246.24 including a processing fee of $5.20. A partial refund including my tip should have been $141.04 not the $126.24 that she refunded me. I prepped correctly, my aftercare was done correctly, I was dressed in a long dress that absolutely covered my neck and back, my shoes were not too tight. If it was raining as heavily as she claimed, then why didn't all of the spray tan wash off??? All of these excuses are incorrect and are just that, excuses. As for the inaccurate statement that it was raining heavily at the time that I left, my appointment time was 3:00 PM in Lighthouse Point Florida on October 7th, 2026. The entire appointment lasted less than a half hour. Anyone can go back, check the weather for that day and time and see for a fact that at that time in the afternoon it was barely sprinkling and only lasted a few minutes. I've only written this review to help other brides avoid a similar experience.
