She's incredibly talented, patient, and detail-oriented -- every single nail came out flawless. She listened to exactly what I wanted and made sure everything was perfect. I also added on a massage, and WOW. Kim has amazingly strong hands and gave one of the best massages I've ever had. She knew exactly where to apply pressure and made the whole experience feel so relaxing and soothing. It was worth every penny. Not only is her work beautiful, but she's so sweet and gentle that you instantly feel comfortable. I left feeling pampered, refreshed, and obsessed with how good my nails look. I have been coming here for going on 3 years and have never had a bad experience. I always do dip and use Cynthia and Cassie. They are amazing and their attention to detail is impeccable. I get my pedicure done with any of the gentleman that are available and they always do a great job, I recommend having an appointment so they can accommodate you easier, I have and will continue sending clients your way. I'm trying out new places for pedicures and my mom mentioned this one. I came in today 2/27/23 and was able to do a walk in. I got a basic pedicure, with white regular nail polish. The tech was very nice, although he didn't speak much. He paid attention to detail, and I noticed that when they do the massages it's timed. Tammi did my nails first time coming here May 2023 Came out with what I expected rhinestone crystal clear with glitter on top trendy design. It was a little over the budget but worth it I also got a French shellac pedicure for the toes and man did my nails good but didn't massage as expected but overall they treated me with care by offering a drink for free. I don't know why I didn't come here sooner? I didn't have time to make it to my regular spot, so I Googled for a place nearby, when low and behold there's one right across the street! I took a chance and called even though it was short notice and I got lucky, got an appoint! Edison did my pedicure, and he did a fabulous job. LOVED IT!!! The place looks spotless, it's very soothing with a massage type music and the chair, oh my God, I've never had a chair like this before. Probably one of the best pedicure chairs I've ever sat in. Waxing might not be their specialty. I think the wax was too hot. This is 45 mins after my wax. I can't believe they didn't ask if I was having a reaction or anything. I didn't even know they looked like this until I got in the car and looked in the mirror. My dip nails turned out great. The massage was wonderful. Customer service.. well there isn't any. They don't talk to you only to each other. Update: Hours after the wax is the second photo. Dr. had me get a honey burn cream to hopefully prevent scaring. The burns are very painful. I don't have hair that low so I'm not even sure why the wax was this low in the first place. Please ask and double check the wax is not too hot before you get your eyebrows waxed here. read more

How are there so many 4 & 5 stars?? I came to this place because my usual place (creative nail spa) is closed today. I regret coming for a simple pedicure. At creative I paid for pumice, blade, scrub, massage, gel polish for less than 40. I went into Lyons for a regular pedi. Was told it would take 20-25 minute wait, it took over 45 minutes. She starts my pedi and told me it would be an additional $5 to drill off the gel polish. Creative doesn't do this. Then she begins to scrub, I asked for the blade because the pumice wasn't enough, she says an extra $10 wtf!? I thought I was being punkd. Creative does a superb job everytime, clean and does not break up pricing like this. I'm never coming here again. I don't recommend but if u do try them keep in mind all prices presented are BASE prices. She then recommended an even higher package‍ read more

I used to come to this place once a month, for two years, and I loved it however, one day I was told that I have to pay extra money for choosing a nail shape and if I don't like it, I can go somewhere else is what I got from the owner. I was very disappointed by this response but I did find a better place and I am not returning here!!! read more

I absolutely loved this place! At the level of the pictures and so much more. The music was soothing, and at the right volume. It had been a very rough week and I didn't realize just how much I needed this place, the care, and attention I got. Different from every other place I've been to, the manager or owner took my questions well, and while going through the list of prices (other than being very reasonable prices for the quality), she explained exactly what my best options were based on what mess I walked in with on both hands and feet. I had acrylic done before, and she not only convinced me out of getting that again, but she also showed me the damages I had on my nails. Then, Cassia topped it off with incredible skill and gentleness. Instead of using the machine that scratches my skin and hurts, she used the good traditional way of cleaning cuticles with care and even took caution to an ingrown toe nail I had issues with. Then, the massages were unexpected both on legs and shoulders - just what I needed. And the low voices and relaxing environment made it all a smooth ride until I left with my delightful nails done. Finally - when I paid, I found myself spending less than when I always pay, having left with so much more and better service...so I tipped the difference. It was worth it! Will definitely return! read more

Impeccable work, however, when I walked in, I showed them a picture of how I wanted my nails done (the picture had designs included) and was given a quote of $45. When I got to check-out, the charge was $70! I questioned and was told there was an additional $3 per nail design, which I had no idea about and requested for a minimal design on every nail. I would go back for the customer service, but the price was very stiff for the simple work I had done. read more

I have been getting my nails done there for almost a year now and I've never felt so humiliated. The male tech seemed annoyed that I had gel polish on my toes and asked me if I wanted the same thing for my pedi, mind you it was done poorly. My nail dip fill in had to be soaked a second time and he left the station to smoke a cigarette came back to finish my nails and when I mentioned that I wanted one of my nails wider the other tech I assume translated and before I can say something he removed the tip with an attitude. First and foremost my bill is always way over $100 and so am I not entitled to say something if I'm not happy? What ever happened to customer service? My nails were all different length, shape and the color Of my nails were not even close to the color I picked. read more

I went here on a whim and I will come back 100%. I read the other reviews that were really good and decided to give it a try. I went in for a gel manicure and was blown away. The inside is so pretty, clean and open. The chairs were incredibly comfortable and the manicure was perfection. My tech took his time on each nail and ensured it was the way I like the shape, he did the polish perfectly (even the front of the nail) and ended it with a hot towel. I recommend this salon for anyone wanting to feel pampered. read more

Several of the masks and cleansers caused a burning sensation that wasn't addressed. Most disappointingly, I woke up today with my skin looking worse than when I went in. I also received zero aftercare instructions. I wasn't told whether to wash my face, what to expect regarding irritation, or how to maintain the results. Overall, it felt like a waste of money for a professional treatment.

I'm just getting prepared to not be able to walk (the issue I had at the last place I tried 4 months earlier)! Easily park, walk in and welcomed. Waiting room is clean and bright. Person at desk tells me about website issue and bathroom in the back. Makes it easier to be nosy and see it's just as clean throughout and no one is screaming their guts outs as a walk the hall. I empty my nervous bladder, wash and baby wipe myself, then tuck my panties in my purse before going back to front. My person greets me and quickly takes me back. I layback and for a minute twitch cause I except to put my feet in stirrups. I'm talked into a yoga move and a few calming touches with a perfectly tempered waxing stripe I'm relaxed. My phone alarm goes off killing the vibe. MY person - we've bonded - asks to pass my purse. I agree and grab my phone out while they continue great service. I was in pain a few seconds that quickly goes away by the time I'm told to turn over and hold my cheeks apart. I felt as good as a new dress with pockets when I'm done and panties roll smoothly back on. I tip my person. I'm in my car when I get another alarm goes off. Somehow I called the last person that called me on WhatsApp and record a video to include the one time that I ooooohhhh shhhhiiittt when hairs were pulled from the root. It was a wonderful time! Only thing on video were images of my feet and one leg. No pubes in sight. It hadn't sent! But I will now add muting calls and alarms before I go back for more great service.
