During my manicure and pedicure, I was cut several times around my fingers and toes, leaving me with multiple small cuts that bled. My friend was also cut several times by the technician because they were rushing. On top of that, the quality of both the manicure and pedicure was below expectations. The nail shaping and cuticle work were sloppy, and the overall results did not reflect the price we paid. I've included photos of the cuts because they show what happened. I understand that mistakes can happen, but rushing clients to the point of causing injuries is unacceptable. Based on this experience, I can't recommend this salon.

The pedicure started off good but as soon as it was time to start my nails... I was passed off half way through them because another client came in. I wanted coffin style black french tip but the lines were totally uneven so I asked if it could be changed to the black and red cat eye. The guy doing the tips threw the ring of nails on the table and started yelling in mandarin. So the original women finished them but used the wrong color and didn't shape them correctly. These are not coffin style nails, there are bubbles in the nails and the nail dip is uneven. I wish I hadn't gone here because they didn't even apologize for the guys scary behavior and they aren't what I asked for!

Ethan also got my roommate a blanket, which was so sweet! Very happy with our experience :)

I've been coming to this salon on and off for about 5 years, so I'm honestly really disappointed to…read morebe leaving this review. This was at the 525 N Federal Highway location. I came in for my usual gel manicure over my natural nails and a pedicure. My natural nails were very long, and growing them out is important to me. Although my pedicure looked nice, the technician made several comments throughout the appointment that made me uncomfortable. She commented on how "skinny" I was, told me my nails were "dirty" and then said, "You're dirty," and later told me I was "up there in age." When I told her I'm 26, she doubled down. Individually these might be brushed off as jokes, but repeated unsolicited comments about my body, cleanliness, and age felt unnecessary and uncomfortable. The bigger issue happened during my manicure. I looked down and realized she had cut ALL of the natural nails on my left hand extremely short without asking me. Thankfully, I noticed before she did the same to my right hand. I immediately stopped the service and asked for someone else to finish. Another technician was very nice and made the finished manicure look beautiful, but extensions had to be added to my entire left hand because my natural nails were already gone. I specifically grow my natural nails because I don't like the thicker feeling of extensions, so I now have one hand with extensions and one with my natural nails. During the repair, two of my fingers were also filed into the skin enough to bleed. What disappointed me most was that the original technician never apologized or even acknowledged what happened. I was told it was a "miscommunication," but I never asked for my long natural nails to be cut off. I was also told I should come every 2-2.5 weeks instead of every 3-4 weeks so something like this wouldn't happen again, which I genuinely don't understand. The frequency of my appointments has nothing to do with cutting someone's nails without confirming first. I appreciate the staff members who stepped in and made my nails look good afterward, but fixing the appearance doesn't undo losing five natural nails I spent months growing. After being a customer for approximately five years, I expected the situation to be handled very differently. Unfortunately, between the uncomfortable comments, my natural nails being cut without permission, being cut during the repair, and the lack of an apology, I left extremely disappointed.

I would highly discourage getting any services done by the owner of this nail salon!…read more I went in yesterday to get my nails done by Ann (came out amazing), so I felt confident having my sister come in to get her nails done as well. The owner Donna was a complete menace. Her attitude was completely unprofessional and instead of my sister leaving confident and happy with her nail service, she came home disappointed and upset by how the owner belittled her during the nail service. If you don't want to work on nails, allow your staff to handle it but her attitude is completely uncalled for and is not worth the price of the service. As much as I love getting my nails done by Ann, I would not return to this establishment under the current leadership.

I'm disappointed because my visit started off well…read more Three days after getting my nails done, I returned to fix one broken nail. The original technician, Hanna, wasn't there at first, but when she arrived she remembered my polish and took over. She fixed the broken nail and it looked great. Before leaving, I mentioned the clear top coat on my ring finger had started peeling. She warned that reapplying clear coat might cause the nail to peel more. I said that was fine -- I just wanted it to look neat. At that point, her demeanor changed. She grabbed my hand abruptly and began applying product without properly prepping the nail. I felt uncomfortable and pulled my hand away. She then raised her voice and said, "You're no longer welcome here. I don't like how you're talking to me," and walked toward the back. I sat quietly, shocked. When she came back, she continued saying rude and unprofessional comments. Instead of escalating things, I calmly told her, "I forgive you." She replied, "You're not God." I responded, "You're right -- I'm only human. And look at how you're treating me." What's unfortunate is that I had just taken a photo of their business card to recommend them to a friend. After that interaction, I tore it up and threw it away. I walked in supportive and left feeling disrespected.
