Extremely convenient since it's in the mall and they have a lot of staff. I think a bit pricier than I would like, but I get dip powder so I don't have to come back so often. They have a nice variety of colors and even have glow in the dark options. I recommend making an appointment because they do get booked quickly around 4pm til end of day. read more

I don't ususllay complain or even review but i had to because this probably one of the worst nail experiences I've had. During my pedicure the fellow didn't get off my excess dead skin and when i asked him to he said it was "cracked" and that if he did so it would hurt me. This is not true because i work on boats and it's just extra peeling skin and i always have it removed during pedicures. Then when he was done and moved me to his nails table, he basically ran away and i had to follow him, walking through other customers, who almost stepped on my just painted nails. He did my ombré acrylic nails and the finished product looked unfinished and just wider than my nail bed. They were cured over my cuticles. When i got home i had to push my cuticles down and file all the bottoms of the dip he had put on my nails. They look way better after i finished but still just too wide for my nail beds. Pedicure chipped after first day. I don't treat myself often and am about to go on a cruise vacation with terrible looking nails so im very disappointed and don't have time to get them taken off/fixed. Update: i upgraded my daughters manicure to gel, so they wouldn't chip and would last out while vacation. Day two and almost every mail has chipped. Mom and mine pedicures had to be removed due to chipping off on day two. Worst nail experience ever. Do not recommend and will not return. read more

Prices have grown between gel mani, basic pedicure and waxing eyebrows plus tip you put down over $100 twice a month. Sometimes depending on who does your gels they dont last two weeks. It's getting unaffordable for me. read more

Very disappointing experience. The nail technician was unprofessional and seemed irritated whenever I expressed concerns. The French manicure was poorly done, and the acrylic was a mess. Unfortunately, the quality of service does not reflect the price. I would not recommend this place!!. read more

I have been going to Nail Mark for a while now. I absolutely love Tiffany who has done my pedicures for many years. I actually followed her from Boca Raton to Ft. Lauderdale. So if you want a great pedicure that includes an amazing massage and perfect paint job on your tootsies she is the girl for you. I also love their deluxe pedicures that include a mud mask for your legs and a longer massage. It comes in 4 fabulous scents: tangerine, rose, lavender, or lemongrass. Nails looked great, I will be coming back soon. Very nice people and I felt welcomed and comfortable. The problem was I didn't know if they did designs and charms. I checked on there website and did not find anything and I forgot to ask when I was there. But next time for my Halloween nails I will ask. But if anyone knows please let me know. I myself am a business owner that also migrated to the USA from a foreign country. I know how important customer service is and it can either make you or break you. The foreigner lady who is the owner of this business is so rude it's to the point of being verbally Abusive!!! Mostly to elderly Cliental !!! I have witnessed her mean nature both to customers and her staff. Instead of being kind and appreciative for her shops success she is nasty and evil and is an only there to count her dollars instead of blessings!!! I have been going to Nail Mark for a couple of years and thought I would post a review. I have always received excellent and quality service...whether just getting a quick manicure or full manicure/pedi. I had a powder dip French manicure yesterday and could not be happier. I have visited several nail salons over the 20+ years I have been having my nails done and this by far was the best powder dip I have ever received! Came here on a whim w/ my bf. Asked for 2 pedicures and full set and mani. Pedicures were amazing. Forget about the full set, the nail technicians do not know what they are doing. I sat with Tammy first, she asked the length I wanted. I said medium. She cut it super short. She redid it and then started complaining and screaming in her language to the front desk. He then approached me and told me to switch seats and get assistance with another woman who's name was To mai. Biggest regret ever. My nails came out wonky looking like mutilated chiclets. My bf's nails came out bubbly and gel polish cured on the skin. I paid the $260 so I can gtfo there. My bf tipped, I necessarily wouldn't. The vibes and the service and also the actual work sucked. I had to hold back tears on how awful everything was. I drove down the street to pay $28 before tip to get them fixed @ Mod nails. They're actually really good. Go to them instead!!! read more

Don't come here if you want your nails to last. Me and my friend came here 4 days ago to get a full sets of acrylic nails. First of all, the nails looked horrible, we both had different technicians yet somehow both our nails were lopsided, different lengths and shapes, and just looked sloppy. So I think, ok whatever they look a little funny but as long as they last me a few weeks I'll be fine. Then, THE NEXT DAY the middle finger nail falls off my left hand. Then the ring finger, then the other middle finger and so on. It's day 4 and I only have my thumb nails left (which at this point I'm removing). Overall sloppy and unfriendly. Will not be returning here. read more

I've been going to nail mark for three years now and have had a great experience each time. They are always friendly and attentive upon arrival. Cindy is great. She always recommends what's best for my nails and has helped me avoid many painful breaks. She always shapes my nails exactly how I ask and gives an amazing pedicure! My dip powder nails last about a month and the lavender pedicure is always a nice upgrade from the regular pedicure. It includes a mud mask for your legs and feet and aromatherapy In the water. I suggest making an appointment before arriving! Also they only accept tip in cash but they do have an in house ATM. Nail mark is located by home goods and easily accessible from the entrance to the mall closest to the movie theater. read more

To Mai has no business doing sets. She doesn't listen and moves so quickly that she isn't paying attention to detail. I repeatedly told her to slow down because her shaping wasn't consistent across each nail. When my nails were done, the nail tech said - "they look so beautiful!" I told her that my nails are not the shape that I asked for (I showed her a clear picture 3 times before and she said she could do it) I went back today after I felt like my set wasn't done well (thick, inconsistent, and longer than I wanted) and they said there's nothing wrong with it and told me to me to leave despite being respectful. Also, the tech kept reverting into her native language talking shit about customers as if we can't tell. Do not waste your money at this place read more

This one guy doing my nails was really rude to me he even through the brush on the table he didn't finish putting oil or lotion on my hands he is very rude I never seen someone like him I showed him a picture and then when he applied the color on me I didn't like it I said can you do it this way he said no you should tell me from the beginning I said it's a color I didn't like he can remove it with cotton He start throwing things and start raising his voice the owner or the manager saw everything but he didn't do anything poor poor poor service read more

I am completely unhappy with my pedicure. The staff was really nice but the quality of the pedicure was sub-par, especially for the price I paid. I could have done a much better job and it would have cost me nothing. I am disappointed about the exfoliating of my feet and the horrible nail polish application. I've been coming to Nail Mark for about 10 years. I used to go more frequently but now I live in Miami, so whenever I come to visit my mom we go together. They revamped the place and gave it a beautiful makeover!! We both came for a manicure today. I had Christine. She did a great job and was so sweet! (My mom recommended her). Highly recommend!!!! I have been going here several years. Fills/Pedicures etc....never wait - always remember my name - and I have no preference for a technician - I go to whomever is available. One time I had an issue with a certain tech and the Manager/Owner at the front desk was very apologetic and gracious and rectified the situation - Hey, things happen - what matters is how they are handled. It is one of the most cleanest Salons in town - that was one reason I initially started going regularly. Even their bathrooms are spotless - and that is one way I judge a business - how well they pay attention to cleanliness!!!! They did a great job decorating as well.....- very welcoming!!! I'm giving this place two stars because at least the place is new and clean and convenient. Sigh... this is the punishment I get for straying from Angela over at Infinity .... The male tech I had tried to convince me that my nails looked great and so did the manager. Uneven shape... sloppy polish job... didn't listen when I said the acrylic was too thick... acrylic over flowing on to my cuticles! I had to show him how bad it was and had to go in on my own with a file to remove it. Bumpy application which he told me was "perfect". Photos do not lie. See my other reviews and compare. I recently visited the Wilton Manors location and received an extraordinary, rejuvenating massage from Ugo. In a very stressful world, he offered me an hour of true peace. As a Transgender woman, I often move through public spaces with a sense of guardedness. However, Ugo's presence was a beacon of safety and respect. He was attentive and kind, reminding me that authentic human warmth still exists. While most of the staff were lovely, I did feel a very uncomfortable and rude energy from one staff member (I think he is a Brazilian guy and his name is Julio). He was very disrespectful to me. It was a stark contrast to the rest of my experience. As someone who has dedicated my life and my work (including my memoir Beyond Face Value and my activism for the Black, Brown, and LGBTQ+ communities) to leaving the world better than I found it, these moments of respect mean everything.
