This place is awesome!! Personal attention, very clean and professional!! This is my "go to" place!! Never ever disappointed!!!
Got a pedicure by Rosie & it was a dream I was very much relaxed & she was also very kind to me. Deluxe pedicure is definitely worth it! First time at this location and she left a good first impression. Had a full set done aswell, waited a bit although I made an appointment but I was in no rush anyways. They work was lovely and the environment was overall clean and nice employees.
Not happy, I went here to get a gel fill and pedicure. They did a nice job painting my nails, however when I asked for a pointy/sharp shape. They could not provide. My nails were lumpy on the sides and some were not even straight! Which is very important when doing a pointy shape. Once I got to my car I had to fix the shape of my nails myself. Which I should NOT have to do. My pedicure was good, my only complaint was when the lady was pulling out my nails on the side she was putting me in pain! I chopped it up to my ingrown toenails but I don't think it was that alone.. i do like the way my toenails came out but jeez that hurt! Finally, I was charged 75$! Which when I looked at the price list the gel fill was only 35$ and the pedicure I got should have only been 25$. Needless to say I doubt I will go back. Even for the pedicure. 8/24 update. 2 days later my nail broke while folding the laundry!
Their work speaks for itself! Flawless and I appreciate the fact that the place does not smell like chemicals. They are also very kind and listen to their clients! Other nail salons need to take notes. Ms. Amy and staff are phenomenal!
First time here I loved it enough to want to come back. Today I visited a second time and Oh boy! Just paid $90 for the WORST Nail experience. Not only do my nails look horrible but I am bleeding from how bad this lady kept on filing and hurting my cuticles; even after complaining to her that it hurt. Everything was done in a complete rush and when questioned why there was so much polish around my finger, she didn't care. Just told me to scrub it off ?¿ My only complaint is for the girl who did my nails (Vicky.. I think was her name). HORRIBLE!! My toes were done by someone else and they look great.
I won't even mention who is responsible for this monstrosity because my goal isn't to shed a negative light on anyone in particular. I simply want to bring awareness to the mediocre work coming out of your salon. I pay to get my nails done because I would like them to look as neat and professionally done as possible. Otherwise, i'd do them myself. If you are employed here, I would assume you are a professional in your field, which would mean it is expected that you take pride in what you do and ensure it is properly done. As you can see, this paint job is sloppy and my cuticles are a mess. This is my first yelp review and my 3rd & final time giving this place a chance. In addition, the young man who did my nails proceeded to ask if I'd like "to leave anything extra" upon checkout but caught an attitude once I said no. You shouldn't let people feel obligated to leave a tip especially when your service wasn't up to par. Please relay the message to your staff and let them know they need to stop rushing, diligently do their job, and take note from the people there who actually do take pride in what they do. Unfortunately for me, I didn't get the better end of the stick but so be it! Side note: these pictures were taken 10 minutes after leaving the salon. I'm about to wipe them off. This is truly a shame.
My nail chipped the day after I got them done here. It was busy when I came in to try to get it fixed but the guy who usually sits up front on the left hand side told me that I had to wait an hour to get my chipped nail fixed because it was "first come first serve". It sucks because I actually liked the lady that did my nails. I am never coming back here again. I hope all those who witnessed how he treated a paying customer never comes back here either.
Took my daughter here to do her nails and everyone was super nice . The girl who did her nails did a great job and he offer her some new nail color that last longer and so far is good after 6 days . I don't remember the name of it sorry ,
Came across this place one day since it's close to work. Met Paul who is now the only person I trust to do my acrylic and dip nails. He always does an excellent job and shapes them exactly how I like it. He's very quick and it doesn't take away from the quality. I've had acrylics done by another lady in there when Paul was off and I didn't care for her at all. They broke very easily, so definitely stick with Paul or his wife Amy (they both sit in the front). The business has always been very clean, and everyone is required to sanitize their hands upon arrival. Great nail salon with reasonable prices and a huge color selection.
I've been looking for a new nail place these last couple months. Who knew there was this hidden gem in my back yard. Kathy took great care of me! The pedicure was beyond expectation. The way she made suggestions for my nails was perfect! I tried dip powder for the first time today & I'm sold on it. I won't be going back to acrylic anytime soon. Their nail polish/gel/ dip powder color selection is amazing! I'm so happy!
I called a little earlier than when they opened on Friday, so I didn't get to speak to someone. However, the called me back when they did open, so I thought that was nice! This place never fails to please when I go! Ask for Amy, she's wonderful! The current color on my nails is Nexgen 230. Edit: my nails after 3 weeks (tip extensions taken off and changing to natural nail with NexGen) and changing the color to 257. Also, another picture of my French nails done by Amy before
I had booked an appointment here because i really wanted to try the chrome nail powders because my regular salon doesn't have them. When i called to make the appointment, i requested Mya because of other reviews on here. The guy on the phone seemed rushed to get off the phone but i wasn't worried because i had seen so many good reviews on here. When i got there, they didn't seem to have a receptionist, so one of the female workers came up to greet me. i told her i had an appointment and ended up having to repeat everything i wanted to her (when i go somewhere i have an appointment for, i expect them to know what its for because is that not why i called to make the appointment in the first place?). She told me to pick a color and pointed to a station to sit at when i had finished. (Im not sure if only the salon i regularly go to does this, but none of their regular polishes on display were color coded so it took me longer to look through their colors and find something i wanted.) Before i could finish deciding on a color, a man asked me to come with him to start my pedicure. (mind you, i had requested Mya) but went anyways because i didn't think anyone could really mess up a simple pedicure. He rushed through the pedicure, commenting that nothing really needed to be done because my feet were already so clean. I went in the salon with two straight toe nails and left with a crooked toe nail on my right big toe. He then moved me to a station to start my nails. By this time, i figured out who Mya was and noticed she was doing another clients nails. (what was the point of me even requesting her? i don't know if they double booked her or the guy on the phone didn't care and thought he could just put me with whoever and i wouldn't care). When i was on the phone booking the appointment, the guy was so rushed to hang up i didn't even have time to ask how much the chrome nail powders were, so i asked the guy doing my nails and he said it was $15 and then proceeded to say "so it would be $60", i then said "for everything right?" he laughed and said no. I was getting a full set of acrylics so i don't know how $25 + $15 = $60. I made sure to tell him i wanted them very thin and natural looking as thats how i always get them. He slapped so much acrylic and nail polish on my nail it was unbelievable. He also put about half the tips on crooked, and got nail glue all over my fingers. One of my nails ended up having a concave in the middle (i don't know how he managed to do that), another is not even AT ALL on the tip, and most of them are thicker on one side than the other. None of them look like the same shape or the same length as each other (he didn't even check the lengths between each hand to make sure they were even). The color i picked was a deep red, but some look darker than others because he put such uneven layers of nail polish on. He seemed rushed, nervous, and jittery the entire time, like he was trying to get out of there or had something better to do. He then led me to the drying table which i noticed wasn't even on. I looked under and noticed it wasn't even a drying table. It was a normal table and they had put two small fans on each corner, THAT WEREN'T EVEN ON. So i sat there for 5 minutes with nothing actually drying my nails. Overall, i was so excited to come to this salon but came out almost crying because of how bad my experience was and because i just wasted $50 on nails that i will be getting removed in a few days because thats how bad they look and a mediocre pedicure that left me with a crooked toe nail. I didn't feel very welcome there and also felt like they did not care about my experience or what i requested AT ALL even though i was paying for a service and not once was i rude or problematic. I'm sure my experience would've been different if they had actually listened to my requests, but i will not be going back a second time to find out.
I came in town before my trip and needed a refill so I yelp the area and ended up there. I made an appt with Amy based on the reviews.... She greeted me as I entered I showed her what I wanted and she went to work.. 1st let me say that I went to nail school so im very picky, she took her time and even fixed the mistakes from the previous nail tech. I decided on the chrome nails and i absolutely lovvvweee them!!! She is awesome and whenever im back in town I will definitely will be back!! Thanks Again Amy!!!

I have always loved this place since they opened a few years ago. Always so clean and professional and always fast! Fastest fill with gel polish I've ever had! And the speed does not take away the quality! The techs here are always so friendly! I recommend them to all of my friends and family. Keep doing you guys, cause you're amazing!! After a service at my usual place that I wasn't thrilled with I decided to give Diva a chance. They took me in right away on a Saturday. I got Nexgen for my nails and a pedicure. They did the pedicure first and it was painful. The girl dug into my toenail and it was excruciating even though I asked her to stop. My toe ended up hurting for a month It's just starting to feel better. The nail service went much better. The pros of this place was that it was closer to where I live and a few dollars cheaper than my usual service. The cons were that they hurt me, not as many colors, and no wine while they work on you (LOL). If my pedicure hadn't hurt I would have probably come back. I just couldn't face that torture again and went back to my old place. read more

I really wanted to get a mani/pedi while I was on spring break with my family. I'm very particular with my nails, especially when it comes to having tips done because I have seen the good and the subpar. However, I looked on Yelp for different nail salons to go to and we decided to try Diva Nail Bar. Not only can I say they had amazing customer service, but this is one of the best mani/pedi's I've ever had. I got my toes done and at first I wanted them in orange, but then I wanted to switch to light blue and the nail tech was super nice about it. It had been almost a year since I had my last pedicure and she made sure that every step was done perfectly! The same nail tech was going to do my manicure as well, which I asked for a dip powder set in a similar color, but she sent me over to another nail tech (I didn't get his name, but he sits at the very front) and he did such an incredible job! He matched each hand perfectly, made sure every part of the top and sides were smooth and not lumpy, he dipped my nails in the powder about 4 times per finger to make sure that it was color was opaque and natural looking. Honestly for a place that doesn't have a 5 star overall rating, they really had me shook and if I lived in Florida, this would definitely be my regular spot!!! read more

Mediocre at best. The place is nice clean and beautiful. Staff is friendly but the quality of work is not there. My Nails were uneven, bulky and nail polish was sloppy. These are pics of what i asked for vs what i got. read more

Went in to get a gel manicure yesterday. My nails were naked. I was given a girl who didn't seem to know how to do gel. I noticed she kept using nail polish remover in between coats because it was so clumpy. I asked her why she was doing it that way. She said she did not understand English. The manager came over and looked and said it will be fine. When it was all done my manicure was the worst I've ever had. It looks awful. Super thick. I have had many gel manicures in my life never Bumpy like This And very messy around the cuticle. Shame on me for leaving a good tip. Shame on the manager who sits. At the front door for not looking at my nails before I walked out even after she knew I was concerned. read more

I'm extremely picky to the point where no matter what I 99.9% hate my nails for a stupid OCD reason. I have not one complaint every nail is perfectly symmetrical, he was able to do the design I wanted. I couldn't be happier! read more

After seeing the amazing photos of other people's nails I thought finally a good nail place near me! The guy who did my nails didn't do the nail coat evenly. He hurt my nails with his long dirty nails trying to clean off excess nail polish he kept getting on my skin. There was no hot towel or hand massage like I'm used to especially with a GEL manicure. What kind of service is this???! I don't recommend this place I had a horrible experience... When I first walked in and was choosing my color I was rushed to sit down and to quickly choose a color as if the guy had somewhere better to be. I'm upset I wish I could get my money back! read more

Every time I come here I always go to Sam and he's literally the greatest! This place is very clean and everyone is always nice and always smiling . Service is amazing and you walk out with a feeling of being served by the highest. I always come back and it's very affordable and they work with you on pricing. So sweet. Immediately when you walk in there is always someone to greet you. I love it read more

I was there since 530 to 8 o'clock just to get gel liquid with gel polish and a pedicure when they were doing my nails he had to redo a few fingers because they were uneven especially the French part. Then his wife had to finish because he was impatient but she told me it's because he is hungry? After she applied the rhinestones and put the top coat gel my pinky nail looked so bulky cause she slapped the gel on top and it was so thick! One rhinestone ended up overlapping another. It no longer looked like a pinky nail. the pinky nail to the right pic was supposed to be filled with rhinestones halfway (like the ring finger to the left. ) she asked me what she wanted me to do I got frustrated and told her to just remove it and apply one line of rhinestones because it really made my fingernail look really bulky and then they charge me $89 for everything. $20 of that was to have the rhinestones which is pathetic because they're not even real crystals and she told me yeah because they're expensive?! I can buy a whole pack of the rhinestones for a dollar on Amazon at the end of the day that is too expensive for some rhinestones $20 that's ridiculous and they tell me after????? I didn't even ask for rhinestones on all my fingers yet $20?! Wow never again coming here. UPDATE: next day the owner message me this (3rd picture) don't have a business when you can't take the heat. Meaning corrective criticism. This is my honest review and now they just proven them self to be so unprofessional read more

The guy who did my hands did such an amazing job the shape is perfect and if you've ever gone to get stiletto nails you know how easy it is for someone to mess them up with out thinking twice. The reason I took off a star was because the older woman who was doing my feet was rude and very rough. She kept complaining that my nails were to short and even after I asked her to stop shaping my nail because it hurt she continued until I had to pull my foot away. She was rough on my feet from the moment I sat down. Needless to say I wasn't happy and I didn't tip her when I left, that earned me a dirty look and what I'm sure were swear words in a different language. My hands look great tho so I'll go back but I will avoid her at all costs read more

Just to update from my last review at this location. I will no longer be coming back to this nail salon. I was a loyal customers for the past 6 months, and the last few times I went I got rushed out. I expect if I'm going to get my nails done that the nail tech take their time, but instead I got rushed through and the outcome of my nails looked horrible. They'll take care of you the first few times, then once you become a regular they don't care. Disappointed with this place. read more

Previously I tried one a the male nail techs twice & my nails barely lasted 2 weeks. I followed the advice of a friend & tried Katy. I go every 3 1/2 - 4 weeks because of my cuticle growth. Other than that my nails look perfect. Please keep in mind that she does take quite a bit longer than usual to do your nails but it's well worth it. read more
