I might be the palest guy in town, so I started going to tanning salons a couple of years ago. I tried a couple of places before finding Glo Tan, but the other places were not very clean or modern looking, and the employees were not the most helpful That's not the case at Glo Tan. The entire place is always spotless, from the front desk to the floors and beds, and the staff is full of some of the most helpful people you could ever meet. All of them are nice, professional and knowledgeable. Whoever does the hiring and training does an exceptional job, especially when they hired Maddie and Zayna. Such a delight! The only thing I forgot to take picture of was their two zero gravity massage chairs that are on site as well! This location offers everything and I mean everything I didn't have a chance at my local home for use; you can sit in the massage chairs as long as you'd like and their multi beds offer consistently opening up for other guests so there was never any wait for beds. Loved the care and attention to the young ladies at reception tonight; the location is tucked in a very busy plaza but the music, decoration and vibes were lovely, I was very relaxed tonight and delightfully entertained for two hours just relaxing . They have a policy where you can use any of their locations which was a treat as my home is almost an hour away. Additionally just enjoying the newer variations of the spa beds was my favorite part of the experience. Come check them out , give yourself a pampering. The payment option is like a gym however you can freeze your account instead of cancelling where the monthly Is drastically different instead of cancelling and re- submitting. read more

First of all, I wouldn't say that the service is beyond amazing. Carla did an amazing job very knowledgeable very calm very efficient very sweet very kind, very professional and so was a girl that was assisting her in reality she went above and beyond my expectations even though it's been a long day and I'm still here working I decided to give her an extra applause because she was more than beyond amazing love location is beautiful as cute as unique. I've always tend my whole life and for the past four months I've been so busy with work generators and signage that I haven't been able to tan. I decided that today was it the day that I need to go back and get myself to stop being pale but honestly she is beyond amazing service is the best place is beautiful. Have a good night guys. I am extremely disappointed with my experience at Glow. I created an account for me and my daughter and signed up for a monthly subscription. Unfortunately, their staff was extremely pushy and convinced my tin age to buy a lotion for me. After using it, I had a severe allergic reaction; my eyes were red, and I was in so much pain. When my daughter went to return it, they refused to refund us. Later, when I went to the store myself, they still kept the product but never returned my money. This ordeal left me with a terrible medical condition--I couldn't even read after. Their product is of extremely poor quality. This small bottle cost almost $130, and I can't use it. They refuse to give me a refund. read more

Factual experience: I maintained my membership responsibly and paid every bill through autopay -- including the fee to freeze my account during a short vacation. When I returned to unfreeze it, I was informed that my membership had been mistakenly terminated by management. I was told it would be corrected within 24-48 hours, but no one followed up for more than a week. I later received an email saying I would need to open a new membership and pay another enrollment fee -- even though the issue came entirely from their own mistake. I declined and requested a call from management several times, but none were returned. Over the past month, I've also noticed what feels like a very disorganized and tense environment. The front desk staff are polite and try to help, but they seem to get almost no training or support. Several employees have personally shared with me that they feel underpaid, inadequately trained, and frustrated by what they describe as nonexistent or unresponsive management. Those private conversations matched what I observed during my visits. Also check out GlassDoor. I also originally chose this location because they advertised infrared and red-light therapy, but those services were not actually available as described, which felt misleading. Based on my experience -- the billing errors, the lack of communication, the unreturned calls, and an overall environment that appears poorly run -- I cannot recommend this place. There are other facilities with much better organization, transparency, and professionalism. At this point, it's obvious this place looks and feels like a joke of a company. This joint is so adorable!! Everyone was so kind, welcoming, and extremely helpful. As a beginner I needed lots of help and everyone made me feel super comfortable they helped me with products were super patient with explaining everything as well which I really appreciated. Came in coming for a free tan to see if I liked it and left with a luxury tanning package. Super affordable with all the perks included. Safe to say I'll be going back very frequently. Glo is my happy place. I absolutely love and enjoy the services they have to offer. From the skin wellness to the red light therapy and tanning. The staff is incredible and super friendly. Always giving the warmest welcome as soon as you walk through the door. Jayleigh has amazing energy and always makes you feel like a rockstar. Karla is super sweet. I started my search on Groupon for basic spray tan in my area. I was getting no hits so I switched to google. I was having no luck finding a place near me let alone an affordable price. After 15 minutes of searching I came across Glo tanning so I started to go through their website and they offered a spray tan and for new customers it was free. I was sold. No appointment needed so I told my friend and we went after work. needless to say while we filled out our intake form we enjoyed a massage like a full body chair massage. the place was huge and beautiful. very modern. she took us on a tour and they had all these different spa machines. I left tanned and moisturized. They have an incredible special $69 a month unlimited access to their machines. They had a red light machine that helps with your skin, a machine that helps with moisturizing, the Newest tanning beds, my spray tan was flawless. highly recommended. the staff is great! tanning beds are good as well. lots of tan options. The owner is not there often which is so vibrant and positive so I miss her. I have been having issues with having to wait a longer period of time to get a spray tan because they have two but have said 1 is not working for the last 3 months. I was told by one staff member that it works sometimes. This has been super disappointing as I've been told to leave and come back as a member.
