Had a fantastic experience here! I got the base massage with hot stone addition and a hydrafacial. There was free parking in the back. Overall the environment was clean. All of the technicians were kind and accomodating. I got a light/medium pressure for my massage. I did my entire body. Everyone paid attention to detail. My hydrafacial made me peel a bit in the days afterwards. I left feeling so relaxed. I always make these appointments later in the evening so I can be ready for bed when I depart. I got a hydrofacial at Eden day spa for my birthday and had the greatest experience! The hour facial was relaxing rejuvenating and provided results I was looking forward to. I left with my skin soft and smooth and feeling so clean and relaxed. The facility is clean and modern with new technologies being used by the staff. The employees are kind and helpful and are GREAT. Sofia did an amazing job on my facial providing me all options and information upfront. She was very knowledgeable about the industry and was thorough in analyzing my skin and giving me recommendations on what would work for me. They were able to create a rejuvenating experience and I loved the complimentary Tea. The ambiance was refreshing and the decor was really nice. The facial was really good..not as deep cleaning as I'm used to and hoped for but my face looked amazing after (took some years off ;p ) The massage was definitely stress relieving I felt lighter after walking out amd she applied the perfect pressure..just wish there was more focus on the shoulders and back. Geane was absolutely incredible! One of the best massages I've had in awhile and I get them monthly. She had the perfect pressure touch and worked all my stress and aches away. She ended the massage with some great stretches for my shoulder and backs. Truly it was a 10/10 massage experience! I'm so sad I don't live in the area because I would come see her often if I did!! However I went with a friend who got a massage the same time as me and she hated her experience. Her masseuse just kept applying pressure points throughout her back leaving her in pain and bruised. She told her masseuse she had surgery and to avoid her left ankle and she forgot and began to massage that area. She says most of the time was spent on her back with just quick light massages on her arms and legs. I feel so bad because I had an incredible experience and she had the exact opposite. read more

The staff are super friendly and will talk you through each service if you want them to. Like explaining each step of your facial, etc. I've done the Polish & Pamper service a few times now, and it's always such a treat. The body scrub makes my skin feel so soft, and the massage after is just what I need to unwind. Every time I leave, I feel like a whole new person! I've also tried the HydraFacial a few times, and it's amazing. My skin feels super dewy, hydrated, and my pores are so much clearer. It's the perfect glow-up facial if you want that instant fresh-faced look. Quick curly hair tip: If you've got curls, I'd suggest bringing a silk scarf or something to wrap your hair in. They give you a towel headband during facials, but it's not the best for curly hair (trust me). Also, check Groupon before you book--they usually have deals on massages, facials, and other services. Plus, parking is super easy with plenty of spots in the back of the plaza. This is a smaller space so there aren't any saunas, salt rooms, or soaking pools so this isn't an all day experience, but it's good when you want a few specific treatments done locally. They also usually send out a coupon every so often in the mail after you've been there once so I look forward to those coupons when booking my next body scrub. read more

I came here for a facial and a massage. It was a nice break during a work day. It was very nice and they were all very pleasant. The only thing I didn't love was that there was a lot of commotion in the beginning which was disturbing while you were getting a treatment. Then they wanted me to buy two products - bakuchiol and niacin amide moisturizer and wild plum eye cream (I was told they would last at least 6 months but I just didn't want to invest that heavily right now in the items). I waited a little between the services - almost didn't get a seat in the back room but I did. There are snacks and water to have if you desire. I like that the spa is nearby and I am able to relax here as well. We have a small oasis in our own backyard. read more

Eden Spa Day is located in East Boca and is a small yet relaxing boutique spa. They offer quite a bit of services that is suitable to your needs. I was able to make an appointment fast. My esthetician was nice and provided a lot of information based on skin concerns. I received their 50 minute signature facial where Emmy face was throughly cleansed, exfoliated, and extracted. I definitely walked out with my face brighter and much cleaner. I highly recommend this place. The prices are a little higher and there are several places where you get more bang for your buck but overall, I do recommend as it's clean, everyone is welcoming, and I did enjoy my facial. read more

I recently pulled my back so I made this reservation on a whim. They got me right in and assigned me someone great. It was probably the best massage I've ever had. Thankfully their spa is within a 5 mile drive from my home and the reviews didn't disappoint. Tucked in a shopping plaza, Eden is a haven for those looking to relax and recharge. I booked both a 90 minute massage as well as a hydrafacial. My massage was exactly what I needed to melt my stress away and feel refreshed. My masseuse took the time to work on certain areas she and I discussed. I happened to do an intense workout earlier in the week which had left me feeling a bit sore, especially in my upper body, but the massage definitely helped. This was my first time getting a hydrafacial and I enjoyed it. Definitely felt like my skin was flowing afterward. Lastly, this place has tonsssss of Eminence products. Truthfully it's the largest selection I've ever seen in South Florida. I love their stone crop exfoliating scrub but still had some at home so I bought a night cream instead. Overall, I'm a fan. Arrived three minutes early for a scheduled appointment and was NOT told at check-in that the masseuse was running late. I kept asking the front desk and was told "soon". I had a work zoom call that I ultimately had to reschedule because it was clear I wasn't going to make it on time. Unnecessary to keep me in the dark like that when they clearly new the masseuse was running very late. THIRTY minutes after my scheduled appointment time the masseuse emerged. No apologies from the masseuse or the surly front desk woman, and no follow up call to apologize from the spa manager or the owner. Nobody seemed at all concerned about my waiting for so long. The spa boasts "you can forget about the stress and worries of daily life" and yet it failed on all counts and in their mission to provide "the ultimate in relaxation, rejuvenation and customer service". It used to be a good spa but it's gone terribly down hill over the years. Very expensive; therapists are never on time, always rushed and cut corners on services, front desk staff are rude and unprofessional. Used to go there a lot, but this was definitely my last. Such disrespect and unprofessionalism does not deserve my (or your) business. If they treat a well-regarded regular like that, why would they treat a first timer any different? read more
