He never mentioned there would be an additional charge during the cancellation process. This feels like a very sneaky and unfair business practice. Clear communication and transparency matter, especially in customer service. I hope the business reconsiders how they handle situations like this because it's not a good look and won't help in building trust with clients. I would like to address the concerns regarding my cancellation process, as there appears to be a significant discrepancy in the information provided to me. Response to Andrew: When I came in person to complete the cancellation, due to Andrew's insistence that it could only be done in person (please refer to our phone call for confirmation), I was assured that everything was taken care of when I signed the paperwork to cancel my membership, and that I wouldn't have to worry about any further charges. At no point during that visit did you mention that another charge would be processed after the cancellation. Based on our conversation, he led me to believe the matter was resolved. However, a month later, I was charged again, which was never explained to me during the cancellation process. I was also never informed that I would need to complete another massage. Why didn't you ask me to schedule a final massage as you had done in previous cases? Why wasn't this mentioned at all if it was required? This lack of transparency and clear communication has been frustrating, especially after I took the time and effort to come in person, despite the inconvenience. The way this situation was handled feels deceptive and unfair. I would like to remind you that the phone call from that day, as well as the surveillance footage, can be reviewed. Both should clearly show that I was assured everything was set, and no further charges would occur. I believe this will demonstrate that I was misinformed, and I am hopeful we can find a fair resolution.
