I had a visit with Samantha and she told me things that were not correct as far as the filler lasting, the results did not last nearly as long. I am very disappointed spending $2700.00, within a very short time, the effects were noticeably gone. When I contacted the office to express my concerns, I came back to see her and Samantha was defensive and offered many excuses. I was told there would be no refund and no additional product was offered to correct the issue. She said I have some movement on my forehead so I got 8 units and she said no more than that and 2 units each side of my eyebrow. She gave me 30 units on my elevens that had NO movement. She knew what was going on. I thought she was giving me 8 add units again why would you give 30 units to elevens that has no movement. I got swindled out of money and now no one will pick up my calls. Why would she only give me 8 add units in the forehead no more but then did 30 add units in my elevens AGAIN when it's frozen so I have 52 units just in my elevens. I never even gotten that much in my entire race. Now they are purposely not picking up my calls. It's highly unethical to give 30 units where there's no movement. I wasn't even thinking about the money part I just came from work and I wasn't thinking straight. Then In the middle of the session I realized and I said you're giving me 30?? She said yes and I said no I just want 8 she said she already did one side she has to complete it. I said we went over this twice now and she said I see so many patients but again why not give me more units on the forehead because she already knew I had Botox 2 weeks ago at a different place.She said I had a little movement and wouldn't give me more than 8-10 but give me 30 in my elevens when frozen?!!!? Great experience! Very clean and peaceful, with tasteful decor. The staff was also very kind, from the receptionist, Thayna, to my facial technician, Kara. When I called to change my appointment time because I was running late, Thayna was friendly about it, and once I arrived she was extremely welcoming. I went for a microdermabrasion, which I found on Groupon, and for my first time doing one, it was enjoyable. Kara gave me great tips and info for my skin type, including products to use, a new regimen, and treatments to do to help my oily skin. We also had great conversation the entire time. Not once did I feel like I was being upsold to pay extra for anything unnecessary, and they didn't even push the membership on me. I felt good after leaving here, and I am considering joining as a member now. I even won a gift card for participating in a promotion they are doing. I bought two of their products, a cleansing oil and toner, so I'm curious to see how they work over the next few weeks. Had a terrible experience with this company! Had an appointment for 11:45 which they confirmed 4 times via text messages the entire week as well as me calling them to let them know I was on my way. Literally 3 minutes before the appointment the very rude guy named Axel at the front desk calls back to tell me they don't have my product in stock for the appointment . No one bothered to check even that morning that it was there . Had they been apologetic and said they would rectify the situation asap I would have understood . Then they proceeded to say they would definitely get "right back to me ". Never happened . Waited several hours and no response . I had to call them and another location several times . They are unprofessional and rude and I immediately made an appointment with a much more reputable medical spa for the same product. To note of this incident, Axel notified the CEO, Maria who was unavailable to hear my accounts to this incident. In the interim of awaiting a few hours to speak to her, Axel had called me back to tell me that Maria made her determination not to speak to me and that I would be refunded for the service and banned from "all" Med Spa locations. Even though its the right of the company to service who they want, I feel that my accounts of this incident were incorrectly conveyed to Maria by the incompetency of Axel. I feel the aforementioned issue could of been rectified by just telling me that they were not ready to see me and they made a mistake. I am disappointed in Maria for not hearing my side making a harsh determination that was fabricated by Axel. It's disheartening that this company cannot keep their promise to good customer service and tell you like a child that you are banned from being serviced. Do not use this company for semi glutide! They said they would get it 4-5 days max and scheduled me and didn't even realize it was back ordered. These things happen but the way they handled it was disgusting. When you ask them not to gaslight you they get angry because they can't accept accountability. If you try to contact a friend to help you explain they get even angrier. I went for a couples massage yesterday. I had Jacob and my boyfriend had Kim. It was a very good experience. Our massage included halotherapy which means it was also a salt treatment room. Came in for laser hair removal and couldn't be more thrilled. The staff has been extremely helpful and informative through every step of the way. I highly recommend this spa for any of their services, but especially laser hair removal. The process was quick and easy. Consultation took about 15minutes and you were instructed what to do before and after your treatments. The laser itself didn't hurt and the entire Brazilian area took about 15/20minutes. Went once before and had Vanessa. Really loved it. Went again for a hydra facial and was extremely underwhelmed. I've gotten too many facials to count, and this is the first time a hydra facial didn't include going over my lips with the machine. Also, the facialist did not massage the neck while the face has product on it. Another first. The steam machine off wasn't working at the beginning of the facial, which is fine but put us and cut into my time. My friend who went with me for the same facial, went in before me and came out after. My facial was far too quick, plus I had some Mila she said she would get rid of for me but she didn't. Wasn't as relaxing as prior. This place is very clean, has amazing products and professional people. I'm sure my person just needs some more training. Just not the best feeling paying so much for something you're not satisfied with. read more
