Had two cold/flu drips from Natasha, who was beyond amazing. Great service, fantastic all around. Kicked it in a few days.

I've raised my review one star because at least I got a response from the rep to my complaint. It…read moredid take a full week for them to respond, though. I will add that the phlebotomist / person working at front desk did not present giving my credit card as "optional". She called me to the side desk, asked for my license, insurance, and credit card in a very hurried way. When I asked what the credit card was for, she mumbled something and I don't even know what. Feeling anxious about being tested for medical problems in the first place, I probably should have asked for more info or put up more of a fight but I just went with it. I was already anxious and was not wanting to be seen as one of those crazy, annoying customers that customer service so often has to put up with. Lesson learned, I will put up more of a fight next time. And lesson to all, YOU DO NOT HAVE TO GIVE THEM YOUR CREDIT CARD. Also please note per attached email that they see nothing wrong in just charging your card and to get your billing info from your insurance company. In what world is that ok? "Charge card first, you can ask another company questions later" seems to be Labcorp's motto. I guarantee there will be a class action lawsuit about this, and I will gladly take part.

During my first visit, the staff struggled to insert my IV properly, which made the procedure much more difficult and painful than it should have been. For my second appointment, it was canceled because the office had ordered the wrong infusion solution and didn't have the medication they needed. Today was even worse. I arrived for my scheduled appointment only to find out that I wasn't even on the schedule. No one called or notified me in advance that my visit wouldn't happen. I wasted my time coming here for nothing. This level of disorganization is unacceptable, especially in a medical facility where patients rely on timely and professional care. I hope management takes these issues seriously and improves communication, scheduling, and patient care so others don't have to go through the same experience.

Sweet, personable, and got my blood drawn the first time and quickly without hurting me. I arrived right on time for my appointment and was taken back straight away, and back out the door less than 5 minutes later. Most of my visits usually go like this. This is great when fasting and ready to go and get my food and coffee! It's also located in a busy parking lot right next to Target which is convenient. My only critique is that there is no person up front to speak to, so if you have a question or need to use the restroom you have to attack the person who is calling the next victim, er, I mean patient. But there is a screen showing how many people are ahead of you and next which is nice. And they don't have the full name for PHI purposes. I will continue to come here for the foreseeable future!

Even though I didn't have an appointment, they were able to take me in within 10 minutes (I know…read moreappointments are recommended, so I got really lucky). I was super nervous because I hate getting my blood drawn--I always feel like I'm going to pass out and I'm a total baby about it. But Wendy was incredibly kind, confident, and fast. She clearly knew exactly what she was doing, and it ended up being the easiest blood draw I've had in all 33 years of dealing with this. Also, everyone there had such great energy--it genuinely seemed like they enjoy what they do.

I went to Quest this morning for a blood draw, and once again, it was a very frustrating…read moreexperience. Before arriving, I drank about 2 liters of water to help with the process, but it made no difference. As soon as I was called in, I clearly explained to the technician that I consistently have difficulty with blood draws. I told her that my right arm does not produce blood and that my left arm is very difficult. In my last three visits, I was stuck at least three times each time, and they always had to call the most experienced staff member to complete the draw. I even mentioned that during my last visit, they had to recline me with my legs elevated and use a hot pack on my arm just to get it done. Based on that history, I respectfully asked if I could be assisted directly by the most experienced technician. Instead of listening, she became defensive and insisted she knew what she was doing. She proceeded anyway and, as expected, was unable to draw blood. She moved the needle around repeatedly and applied excessive pressure, causing unnecessary discomfort, and still did not succeed. When I reminded her that I had explained this beforehand, she blamed my veins, saying they are too small and "move." She then insisted on trying my right arm, which I had already clearly refused because it has never worked. I had to firmly repeat that I would not allow it. At that point, she became visibly irritated. Only after all of this did she finally bring in a more experienced staff member, who was able to draw my blood successfully. This is not an isolated incident. It has become a pattern at Quest, and I have already reported similar experiences in previous surveys. This situation is completely avoidable. My request is simple: please document in my profile that I am a difficult draw and should be handled by the most experienced technician available. This would prevent unnecessary pain, repeated needle sticks, and stressful interactions for both patients and staff. On top of all this, the same technician added my credit card to my profile and set it for automatic charges without my knowledge or consent. At no point did she ask for my permission or explain that she was doing this. This is completely unacceptable and a serious breach of trust.

From my perspective, it is how a business owner and his or her staff handled such a situation, that directly affects how I rate them. This is a case of such high respect and understanding after sharing my views, that I want you all to know, that it's a wonderful place to go and have your veins analyzed. Step 1: My first recommendation is to start with the complementary meet and greet. (A short appt to decide if you and the being clinic are good fits for each other... (plus it's no obligation) Next, I highly recommend and was thrilled to have Mr Roberto to be my Ultrasound Technician for the Vein Analysis. This was easy and fun. We spoke about life and why I may be experiencing some symptoms of Venous Insufficiency. (Affects about 40% of the population) I didn't get to meet Dr S, but I saw him working in a room. He appears to be a nice fellow. Things to improve: I did wait in the waiting room for an hour past my appointment time. Said appt was made that morning. (So maybe they were over booked) Lastly, DO absolutely make sure they accept your insurance as treatments are not inexpensive when you require them. (often, it may take several visits, post analysis) Mine would be $1500 a visit, Times 3 visits... If you are to be a cash patient, DO ask how much things cost if needed, so you can make the informed decision to take Step 2. Step 3, The office cash visit is $180 and the ultrasound is $250. The facility is clean and nicely laid out. The vibe is chill and friendly. I'd recommend a visit if you need any of the services offered. Always ask questions upfront. Thai place is medical, not so much for cosmetic purposes! The front desk staff are really nice too! And if you run into any glitches, ask for the office/business manager and she will help to resolve any matters upsetting you as she did with me. Many blessings!
