I think this is the 1st Quest location I've ever given 5 stars! I had an appointment at 8:30 AM on a Friday. Usually when they send the text to check in, they don't get it or there's a complication or still a long wait. Today, as soon as I got the text message and checked in, I walked through the door and I was greeted by Ms. Marcy right away and brought back. So fast that I didn't have to sit down! She was very friendly, worked efficiently and is very experienced. I was out of there in about 10 to 20 minutes! I will definitely use this location in the future. You know it's good when you expect to be waiting for an hour or more, but so surprised to be done so quickly! Great way to start my Friday!!

the staff was unprofessional showing no empathy or thoughtfulness to me as a patient. Nor did it appear that they showed any professionalism to others. The employee who took my blood, ( Wendy), left me with a horrific black and blue vein bruise. There was no diversity in race. every staff member was black. No Asian, white, or any other race were employed at the Quest in Boca Raton. I made my appointment online and was then told after sitting for over an hour, ( after checking into their office kiosk Even though the prompt repeated my name and confirmed my appointment), that the information I gave was incorrect. I have never experienced such poor service at a blood testing facility than this particular Quest. I definitely felt that I was racially discriminated against by the staff in the was I was treated and processed. Thumbs down to quest!

MAKE AN APPOINTMENT. DO NOT JUST WALK IN. If you do decide to just do a walk in like me, you will be waiting. I came around 11am on a Thursday, I wasn't taken in back until 1:45pm. The waiting room provides tons of entertainment from just people watching people complain. When you walk in, make sure you sign in via the machine. There is no one to talk to behind the counter, sans the woman who occasionally pops in to get some paperwork. There is a TV in the lobby that will tell you where you are on the waitlist, and approximately how much time you will have to wait. Once they actually called me back, I was in and out within 10 minutes for a basic blood withdraw. Bottom line, don't go during your one hour lunch break, you're gonna have to wait here.

Medical staff Nichol helped me when I went, and she was the bomb. She was very friendly and efficient. Made me laugh a lot, and had an amazing sense of humor. She was very instructive and informative, which really helped me because I had no idea what I was doing. I was uneasy at first but right away she made me feel welcome. Having a scheduled appointment is the key to this place! If you want things to be smooth, and functional this is the best way to go about it. It's very easy to see what scheduled times are still available. Sign in/or create an account on Quest. Pre-registration is also very helpful. Super easy, and takes literally a few minutes. The only way this process could be complicated is if you disregard the directions above. The lady who drew my blood was just as nice, she wasn't rough, and in one two three. We were done. Clean, friendly environment. Can get super busy

I usually have an appointment when I go to this quest.but I was having trouble with the online appts in my quest. It did say this location had only 1 minute waiting time for walk-in. So I went over. There were 3 people waiting when I arrived so I checked in under my name date of birth etc. and it said would you like to wait outside or inside, and I chose outside. It said it would text me when it was my turn. I waited about 25 minutes in the car and went back to check and see how long it would be, it was now 10-15 minutes before closing. The girls were rude, and told me they are done and they don't take walk ins after 245. I said it doesn't say that anywhere and they said we are done. I have always been pleased with the service etc. at this quest, but something has changed... obviously the staff! A waste of valuable time

I had a 10:10 appointment and I was done and out by 10:15. The phlebotomist was excellent. I would not hesitate to recommend this office.

Long wait. Lobby was filled with frustrated clients. I brought my son and the rude staff asked me to wait outside the room.

* THIS IS FOR THE CLINIC AT 1150 45th St. West Palm Beach FL , THIS IS NOT FOR THE BOCA RATON…read moreLOCATION**** I want to start off saying I am very disappointed with who my daughter saw at this clinic I won't say her name but it starts with a T", first off my daughter came in for brain fog, and extreme fatigue she explained it's been going on for at least 3 years T" was also informed that my daughter was diagnosed with Sibo a few months ago, and the treatment worked but the symptoms seem to be coming back and an appointment was made for my daughter to take the Sibo test again. so why under" today's visit" on the paper they gave us did it say my daughter fatigue was " unspecified" My daughter emphasized that she was exposed to mold and also was concerned about her vitamin levels,my daughter told the T she has never been sexually active my daughter is 22, and why did she tell her that, because she then decided to give my child several different labs for std's including gonorrhea, trachomatis, HIV 1/2 hep C etc. she said it's because she wanted thorough testing but once we looked over the labs again we noticed she didn't add the mold IgE lab the ANA IFA lab or the Sars labs ( because my daughter didn't want the covid vax I suppose) So basically she just tested my daughter for std's vit B12 and vit D which can also be affected if you have HIV. Now I understand doing routine screening for new patients.. but gonorrhea! I can understand HIV because it can be contracted through blood but I am over 40 years old and I have never had gonorrhea.. "But most importantly" I have never once been given a lab to get checked for gonorrhea and I "AM" sexually active, my daughter specified she's had these symptoms for years, so who could go for years living with gonorrhea without dying?? I guess she is trying to prove my daughter is not a virgin with all of the std labs. I think it's a disgrace and very disrespectful to send a young female with all those std labs to be tested, it had to be embarrassing for my daughter, my daughter is in fact NOT sexually active, and never has been. and I don't appreciate her being made mockery of. maybe once T see all the sexual transmitted disease labs come back negative maybe she can test my daughter for what really could be wrong with her like mold exposure or some other infection like Sibo that is making her feel unhealthy.
