Sweet, personable, and got my blood drawn the first time and quickly without hurting me. I arrived right on time for my appointment and was taken back straight away, and back out the door less than 5 minutes later. Most of my visits usually go like this. This is great when fasting and ready to go and get my food and coffee! It's also located in a busy parking lot right next to Target which is convenient. My only critique is that there is no person up front to speak to, so if you have a question or need to use the restroom you have to attack the person who is calling the next victim, er, I mean patient. But there is a screen showing how many people are ahead of you and next which is nice. And they don't have the full name for PHI purposes. I will continue to come here for the foreseeable future!

She clearly knew exactly what she was doing, and it ended up being the easiest blood draw I've had in all 33 years of dealing with this. I was already anxious and was not wanting to be seen as one of those crazy, annoying customers that customer service so often has to put up with. Lesson learned, I will put up more of a fight next time. And lesson to all, YOU DO NOT HAVE TO GIVE THEM YOUR CREDIT CARD. Also please note per attached email that they see nothing wrong in just charging your card and to get your billing info from your insurance company. In what world is that ok? I arrived for my scheduled appointment only to find out that I wasn't even on the schedule. No one called or notified me in advance that my visit wouldn't happen. I wasted my time coming here for nothing. This level of disorganization is unacceptable, especially in a medical facility where patients rely on timely and professional care. I hope management takes these issues seriously and improves communication, scheduling, and patient care so others don't have to go through the same experience.

It feels as though candidates are being kept as a backup plan instead of being treated with the respect they deserve. This location is gorgeous in set up and is very clean. I had to get two ultra sounds done due to pain. I was able to get a cd right away. And my doctors got my results within 24-48 hours. Turned out nothing to be serious and it was just a cyst and fibroid. Glad I got it checked and tested by getting these tests done. The technician was excellent. She was gentle and good in communication. She told me exactly what she was doing etc. Side Note- They offer drinks if you need them after your tests. Now I understand doing routine screening for new patients.. but gonorrhea! I can understand HIV because it can be contracted through blood but I am over 40 years old and I have never had gonorrhea.. "But most importantly" I have never once been given a lab to get checked for gonorrhea and I "AM" sexually active, my daughter specified she's had these symptoms for years, so who could go for years living with gonorrhea without dying?? I guess she is trying to prove my daughter is not a virgin with all of the std labs. At 530am the front doors promptly opened to the lobby and met with the bubbly registrar Diane who made check in simple and quick. Security walked me up to the waiting room where I sat for a bit then prep for surgery. They knocked me out with some great stuff and the surgery was a success. Cudos to Dr Johnathan Levy. Went home and began my brutal 12 week recovery.
